Obama Administration and Police Brutality

1)  From time to time I read accusations against Attorney General Holder wherein conservative whites call him a racist favoring blacks. I disagree with this assessment because of his successful attempt to keep blacks interned - some for life - for possession of crack cocaine, which only helps prison owners and investors. 

2)  I would like to read inmates' revelations of how they felt when Attorney General Holder appealed the judge's decision that the Fair Sentencing Act would be applied retroactively. Because he won the appeal, thousands of black inmates whose sentences would have been over or nearly over are still interned in prisons throughout the nation at great cost to taxpayers as well as to inmates and their families. This administration defies the United Nations' recommendation for the Fair Sentencing Act to be applied retroactively.

3)  Do you feel that this administration is doing all that it can and should do to curb police violence against African Americans? Considering its stance against releasing prisoners who were sentenced under the racist crack to powder cocaine sentencing law, do you feel this administration is likely to ever take a strong stance against mass incarceration or police violence that disproportionately affect African Americans?

4)  Part of my reluctance to believe this administration will try to curb police violence against African Americans is based on the USDOJ's refusal thus far to release information, records, and things regarding the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who was a black man. The refusal of accountability for his secret arrest and demise in a publicly owned jail that was already under the jurisdiction of the USDOJ (after a lawsuit by the USA against Memphis Shelby County Jail) indicates that this administration actively works against justice for African Americans, even to the point of breaking the law to protect murderous police and corrections officers. 

5)  Helping police and corrections officers to avoid accountability for crimes against America's most vulnerable people is why Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) plans an international action against the USA. Larry's murder under secret arrest and other wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans of all races will go before the International Court in 2015. Such an action should be unnecessary to protect the human and civil rights of our homeless and mentally disabled citizens who are often neglected, brutalized and killed, and interned in large numbers (1.25 million) in "correctional facilities" where prisoner abuse is common and the press is disallowed.

6) Attorney General Holder reminded Americans that the USDOJ's investigation of Ferguson and Michael Brown's death is still ongoing. That would sound promising, except that Attorney General Holder also built hope in the Clemency Project 2014 but failed to authorize defense attorneys to participate. That was said to render the large clemency drive a dud. Considering past evidence, how likely is the DOJ investigation to contradict the findings of the Ferguson grand jury?

7) Doing what benefits private prison corporations and other big businesses seems to be a priority in Washington. Last year, corporate profits reached an all-time high of $1.68 trillion, while the share of profits that trickled down to workers hit its lowest point since the 1950's. Concerned citizens should therefore try to enlist support for justice from Big Business. This writer believes that unless there is a successful Boycott 4 Justice related to Ferguson, no federal charges will be levied against Wilson, and unrequited police violence against African Americans will continue to worsen during this administration.

National Bar Asso Open Records Request - 25 Cities

Look, Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin and JoNina Abron-Ervin Memphis' records will be examined by the National Bar Association. I suppose they will omit their secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal again. They always do omit his name. The USDOJ allowed Memphis officials to do that repeatedly - even in the jail's release hearings. In 2008, Vice President Dick Chaney and former Attorney General Antonio Gonzales were indicted for deliberately withholding federal investigations into inmates' murders in exchange for prison stock and other good and valuable consideration in Wallacy County, TX. I think it is traditional for subsequent U.S. Attorney Generals to hide the sins of previous administrations.

I will send the Bar Association a certified letter and let them know that Shelby County, TN Gov. has been excused by the USDOJ from giving any accountability for Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder. I will let you know how valid this interest in justice shown by the National Bar Association really is after they respond or fail to respond to my correspondence. It seems to me that the entire USA is in on Larry Neal's murder cover-up. The problem is that so many people have participated in his murder coverup by now (eleven years later), that everyone has a conflict of interest in promoting justice in his case. NATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS TO 25 CITIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES

Washington, DC — Pamela J. Meanes, President of the National Bar Association, announces the top 25 cities that the organization will send open records requests in an effort to end nationwide police misconduct and brutality cases that result in the deaths of unarmed individuals.

On September 1, 2014, the National Bar Association will begin filing open records requests in 25 cities that have been identified as having an alleged history of police misconduct and brutality cases. The open records requests will seek information regarding the number of individuals who have been killed, racially profiled, wrongfully arrested and/or injured while pursued or in police custody.

The cities that have been identified include: Birmingham, AL, Little Rock, AR, Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; San Jose, CA; Washington, DC; Jacksonville, FL; Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Baltimore, MD; Detroit, MI; Kanas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; New York City, NY; Cleveland, OH; Memphis, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX and Milwaukee, WI.

In addition, the National Bar Association will send a “Preservation of Evidence” notice to all necessary entities requesting that they preserve all police officers' raw notes of statements, observations and data collected from the scene of an incident. This request will also require information on the officer specifically involved and all responding officers, as well as the officers’ detail logs from the crime scene, and video and photographic evidence related to any alleged and/or proven misconduct by current or former employees.

The National Bar Association will release its findings to the public and will submit copies to the Department of Justice. More importantly, the organization will demand the Department of Justice launch a full investigation and request a federal oversight of the cities that have been identified with problems.

The organization will also begin to host various seminars for the public next month entitled, “Know Your Rights, Because It Could Save Your Life”. These seminars are aimed to educate the public on their rights when encountering police.

Another Day, Another Death by Memphis Police

The Memphis Police Department has become a death squad. Police shot and killed an unidentified man on Wednesday night, April 10. He was the fifth person (not the fourth as the newspaper incorrectly states) Memphis cops have shot and killed so far in 2013, and the 16th to die at the hands of the police since January, 2012. Tomorrow, funeral services will be held for George Golden, who died last week from injuries he received on March 27 when he was shot and then beaten by police as he lay injured on the ground.

Thanks to the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation, we learn about the many deaths of Memphis area residents by police officers. In 2012, there were at least 12 people, and that total does not include dead inmates whose demise is sometimes covered up like the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, my disabled brother who was secretly arrested for 18 days before being killed on August 1, 2003. It appears that 2013 is a more bloody year than 2012 was, since there were already five new deaths before the end of April.

In my experience, the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) has a "hands off" policy regarding violence from the Memphis Police Department and in the Shelby County, Tennessee Jail, even when the jail was under direct overview by the USDOJ. One does not know how much their protection from federal investigations and accountability costs Shelby County officials annually.

This writer feels strongly that if community control was established over the Memphis Police Department, the community oversight board would be peopled with individuals like those NAACP members who are/were on the Shelby County Board of Commissioners in 2003, which covered up Larry Neal's murder by "The Cochran Firm fraud" (Google the term). Unless and until the USDOJ protects the human rights of disenfranchised citizens - the black and poor - police violence will continue to escalate throughout America.

Mary Neal, human rights activist, is denied free speech and freedom of press to prevent her advocacy to decriminalize mental illness, end capital punishment, police brutality, wrongful convictions, denial of human rights, racism and class consciousness in the justice system, avoidable wars, and to repeal Section 1021 of NDAA and other laws that infringe on God-given rights. She is also suppressed in order to continue a cover-up regarding the murder of her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. He died after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 under circumstances that the jail and the USDOJ refuse to divulge despite having received a federal subpoena and a Freedom of Information Act request, respectively. She has endured stalking, cyber stalking, and a burglary during which her original court files regarding her two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm were stolen on August 11, 2012. While America is embroiled in wars, supposedly for human rights, and officials contemplate more wars, it is imperative that human rights are respected in this country.

In denying Mary Neal her freedom of press and free speech rights, culprits also deny her right to peaceful assembly with like-minded persons through Internet communications, her right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and her right to practice her religion, which is Christianity. Proverbs 31:8-9 says that Christians are to advocate for the poor and needy and for all who are appointed to death. Mary Neal's denial of net freedom also curtails her ability to earn a living. Emails to and from potential employers are prevented, as are emails to and from law firms and civil/human rights organizations that might help. First Amendment protections are under attack for all people in America. As of May 2011, over 2,600 protesters had been arrested since 2009, and that was before the Occupy demonstrations began. The number of arrests may have doubled since that date. Peaceful assembly and freedom of speech should be upheld in the United States, including speaking against the secret arrest and murder of a disabled relative like Mary Neal does, and attempting to help other families who have mentally, physically disabled loved ones.

We, the undersigned, hereby demand that all telephone interference in the Neals' home cease, including (a) preventing outgoing and incoming phone calls, (b) making the phone number show as "unlisted" when it should be published, (c) directing callers to voice mail rather than allowing the phone to ring, then erasing the messages that the Neals did not hear, and (d) playing messages that falsely say the Neals' phone is out of service.

Parties must be prosecuted who take control of Mary Neal's browser, surreptitiously edit her articles and emails, issue denial of service (DOS) at various online sites, delete her Internet input, erase data from her hard drive, and otherwise interfere with her net freedom. Paragraph 2 of  7 -- When Denise Johnson notified me that cyberstalkers had attacked her phone and she could not get through. I told Denise Johnson to leave home to call the show from another locale if the interference continued. Cyberstalkers were probably hired to keep her from discussing the apparent murder of her son, Gregory Johnson, at San Jose University where he was died in the Sigma Chi frat house where he was the only black person. Compare the cover-up regarding Gregory's death to thirteen students at Florida A&M University (FAMU) being charged in the hazing death of Robert Champion. The president of the FAMU recently resigned. However, San Jose University students, including the sons of prominent white people, were not held accountable for Gregory Johnson's demise. In fact, Gregory's death was ruled a suicide despite much evidence to the contrary. Suicide has become a popular excuse for deaths of black young men in the 21st century.

Paragraph 3 of 7 -- Madeline Coburn was also a guest on the September 9, 2012, Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio Show. She reported to me that when she called the show, the phone just rang repeatedly. Blogtalk Radio shows always pick up the calls and informs callers what time to expect the show to begin. That was likely another CoIntelPro tactic to prevent Coburn's testimony from reaching the public. She was punished for running for Governor of the State of Missouri by being pronounced DEAD in public records. Coburn is a Prison Chaplin and a spiritual adviser for Reginald Clemmons, a man who she says is innocent on Missouri's death row. Rev. Coburn asks that we demand justice for Reginald Clemmons. A Special Master was appointed by Missouri Supreme Court to hear evidence in Clemmons' case on September 17, 2012. Paragraph 4 of  7 -- Much of the CoIntelPro activity that Coburn disclosed is similar too what I began to experience immediately after asking authorities "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" Larry was my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. His death is still covered-up nine years later because the U.S. Department of Justice colluded with the jail and The Cochran Firm to shield the jail from any accountability for Larry's death. Rev. Pinkney's guests are thankful for the opportunity to expose injustices they endure. Both Rev. Pinkney and his co-host, Ralph Poynter, empathize with people who suffer injustices. They have both paid and continue to pay a high price for standing for justice.

Paragraph 5 of  7 -- Rev. Pinkney was recently ousted as president of the Benton Harbor, Michigan branch of the National Association for the  Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He alleges that the NAACP bent to the will of Whirlpool Corporation, which promised to support the NAACP once Rev. Pinkney was ousted. Rev.Pinkney led a protest against Whirlpool and the PGA in May 2012. The NAACP had a special election on August 16 and omitted Rev. Pinkney's name from the ballot. This evidences that while the NAACP presses states for fair voting practices, the organization does not practice what it preaches in its own elections.

Pinkney and Ralph Poynter said it is important to hold civil and human rights organizations, labor unions, churches, political parties, politicians, and even the United States Government fully accountable to "be what they said on paper" (MLK). Jason Smith Found Dead; Organs Missing

I emailed an article that included Jason Smith's death, which the 14-year-old's father said was a KKK killing in Louisiana. When I copied the article about Jason and others into an email and sent it, only three of the four videos showed at the bottom of my Gmail screen. The Jason Smith video was missing. Therefore, to ensure that you know about little Jason's death, which was ruled an accidental drowning, I republished his video along with some some recent radio interviews in this article. It has been my experience that Attorney General Holder has zero interest in doing investigations on black people's deaths, and he would probably prefer not to be asked to do so. And there was no federal investigation into the disappearance and death of Mitrice Richardson, a young black woman who "disappeared" immediately after allegedly being released from a jail in California in 2009, whose bones were discovered a year later. Pit bulls' deaths are investigated in the United States. In fact, Eric Holder conducted an investigation regarding Michael Vick's pit bulls' deaths for the NFL. However, Africans in America do not ordinarily qualify for DOG JUSTICE. Instead there is the "illusion of inclusion" portrayed when blacks are represented in wrongful death civil actions and often defrauded by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. Google "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD."

Although Jason's story has been on Black Talk Radio and international media, there is still an effort to contain the news about the young teen's death and his missing organs. How long will mainstream media in the U.S.A. be like the State-owned media under Egypt's ousted dictator? Suicides, Accidents and Government Murder Cover-ups

If Christopher Ratcliff had been black, his mother might have had trouble publishing the video below. Families of blacks who die in police custody and denied justice are censored, stalked, and terrorized to discourage them from complaining about injustice online. The message above is one that cyberstalkers prevented me from posting at YouTube at this video about another suspicious death of a man who was in police custody. (Seven(7) links and four(4) videos are embedded in this article.) The death of Christopher Lee Ratcliff was ruled a suicide like Chavis Carter's and like Gregory Johnson's and others. (See a link to Gregory's story at the end of this article). Regarding my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, the murderous justice system did not bother to lie. Ours is the first family this century to have a member secretly arrested for weeks, murdered, and then be denied any explanation, excuse, investigation, or records. The YouTube message said, “ERROR, TRY AGAIN.”  That is typical of my response when I try to comment at YouTube. There are black KKK soldiers positioned in houses nearby the Neal’s Stone Mountain, Georgia home whose job it is to prevent my freedom of press. This is to hide Larry Neal’s lynching and help The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm escape exposure about its treachery. The law firm works behind its own clients’ backs to enable police departments and major corporations to dodge accountability when blacks die. They MAY let you see the censorship at the next link. GREGORY JOHNSON'S STORY: Not every murder that gets covered-up was done by police officers. A black San Jose University student in an otherwise white dorm reportedly hung himself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOchKWq5e8Q  Gregory was 6 ft 2 inches tall, yet he allegedly hung himself from the 6 ft ceiling. There were no burn marks on Gregory's neck from the extension cord that disappeared after the students say they cut Gregory down and sat him in a chair before calling the police. (Seven(7) links and four(4) videos are embedded in this article.) Gregory's skull was cracked, and his neck was broken. His body had other bruises consistent with a beating death.



CHAVIS CARTER'S STORY: Chavis Carter was arrested in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Police said Carter had drugs on him when arrested for missing a court date on drug charges. He was searched twice, double-locked in handcuffs, and locked inside a police car, but he allegedly pulled out a hidden gun and shot himself in the right temple although he was a left-handed young man. All five of the deaths presented at this article are alleged to be murder cover-ups. I would never have known that murders are often covered-up by authorities had it not been for the WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL. Police Beat Mentally Ill Homeless Man to Death

January 13, 2014 UPDATE: Fullerton County, CA officers were found NOT GUILTY in the Kelly Thomas beating death. LA Times reports: "An Orange County jury Monday found two former Fullerton police officers accused of killing a schizophrenic homeless man, Kelly Thomas, not guilty. Manuel Ramos and Jay Cicinelli were charged with striking Kelly Thomas with a baton and a stun gun in a beating that left him comatose. He died five days later." Prolonged stress can lead to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Many of America's police officers are exposed to tragedies that can lead to PTSD. Please help sick police officers. Why do justice officials help police hide Larry Neal's murder? Why was Memphis Shelby County Jail allowed to omit his arrest and death on mandatory reports to the Department of Justice? GOOD NEWS! The United States Department of Justice certified Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) programs! The programs like Kendra's Law provide mandated treatment for acute mental patients as outpatients and provide subsistence assistance - basics like food and shelter. This is one of AIMI's main goals. AIMI's second goal is to increase hospital beds for mentally challenged people who experience crises and for those who need indefinite containment in a treatment environment because of crimes and/or an inability to survive outside a controlled environment. We are well on our way to step 1. We must advocate for AOT programs to be set up across the nation and for every acute mental patient exiting jails, prisons, and hospitals to be mandated into an AOT. Step 2 is to open more mental hospitals for inpatient care. Some states are already building new hospitals or refurbishing those they have. But, unfortunately, some states continue to reduce mental hospital beds. More advocacy is needed.

I was so impressed with the zeal to enforce justice for pit bulls at Michael Vick's ranch that I penned this poem, wishing that certain people counted as much as dogs in America with their right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness protected like canine citizens. Laws are used to prosecute African Americans by the hundreds of thousands each year, but laws are seldom used to protect us:
