Foreword, by Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin

Cochran Firm Fraud, by Mary Neal
Foreword by Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin
Human Rights Activist

This is a dangerous time in history, a time when the U.S. Government is being transformed to an outright corporate fascist regime, even though it has a long history of racial and class oppression of peoples of color and repression of those on the bottom. In today's America, the corporate elite are no longer content with having career political representatives control the government in a political democracy but want corporations to rule in a corporate democracy until there is no government, just corporations.

Hand-in-glove with the rise of a corporate autocracy is the absolute reign of terror by local and national police forces and the racist crimes of white vigilantes is the sellout by civil rights legal groups to prevent the use of the legal system at all by the poor and oppressed racial groups, and when it is used, to ensure that their lawsuits do a minimal amount of damage. There may have been a time when a crusading attorney or law firm, working with civil rights or Black radical movements, would have been willing to raise the claims of those on the bottom or fight injustice in the legal system to seek some form of justice -- and even become a "legal radical." That is no longer the case.

Most of the civil rights firms have gone entrepreneurial and political, and only raise such cases when recovery is assured. It is in their interest not to bring a case at all, and through a variety of methods, prevent plaintiffs from being able to appear in court. This legal sabotage is designed to protect the government and those powerful entities such as corporations with what used to be called a "gentlemen's agreement" but is now known as doing what is in their class interests.

Looked at in this light, the franchising of the law firm of the late civil rights attorney Johnnie Cochran and subversion of his legal mission on behalf of the Black community and the poor is a matter of government and corporate subversion. It is a counter-insurgency to prevent the use of the legal system for radical social change. This is hand-in-glove with the federal government's sparing use of criminal and civil rights penalties against law enforcement agencies that commit murder or engage in egregious civil rights violations, except for instances where there has been a mass community based rebellion ("race riot") or massive publicity forcing the hand of federal Department of Justice officials.

Because of all this, thousands of people were killed by police, jail guards, and other law enforcement officials. These cases are rarely redressed in court with federal criminal prosecutions or civil lawsuits by the U.S. Attorney General's Civil Rights Division. It is as much a scam as the Cochran Law Firm not fighting on behalf of its clients who have had loved ones brutalized or murdered. So, it is becoming more and more obvious that there are no remedies under American law for people who have lost loved ones to police violence in a place like Memphis, Tennessee. Remedy will have to come from protest movements at the grassroots level, but also from pressuring institutions outside of the USA, like an international boycott and the United Nations Human Rights Council's petition system.

The author of this book’s brother was murdered in the Shelby County Jail in Tennessee in 2003. The law firm she trusted for justice sabotaged the wrongful death and negligence cases. She has been spied on and harassed by police agencies, was radicalized and became a blogger and activist. She has seen firsthand the treachery of the legal system in this post-civil rights period. Like many people, she may have had abundant faith in the system in the beginning, but the corruption and injustice of the system has proved otherwise to her. Reading this book will be an eyeopening experience for many people, especially those who have gone through life with blinders on, who think that if you do not commit a crime you cannot be victimized by the government or its police. They simply do not understand the true nature of the system.

Mary Neal's unending quest for justice in her brother's murder in the jail in Memphis as well as her fight against racism, judicial corruption, and political treachery have much to be admired, although her suffering has much to be pitied. But it is not your pity she seeks; she seeks to educate and inspire you to take action against the injustices she describes in this book. She wants to enlist you as a partner in her campaign for justice and a soldier in her war against police repression.

Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin was a member of the original Black Panther Party. He is a revolutionary human rights advocate and a visionary. Ervin is an author and a teacher. He and other Black Panther Party members understood that America is at war with its citizens, particularly Blacks. I became a prisoner of that war after protesting the government's secret arrest and murder of my handicapped brother. Larry Neal died in this race and class war that most people who are Black, poor or handicapped may not know is being waged against us.

Informing the masses about America's race and class war and exposing collusion against the People by government, the media, and Big Business are my purposes for writing "The Cochran Firm Fraud." Readers will finally realize there is a war being fought against working class and indigent Americans, particularly people of color, as they read about my attempts to obtain justice regarding Larry's murder as well as my endeavors to elevate mentally ill Americans of all races to a point where their right to life and peaceful existence will be on a par with dogs.

The system is decidedly against giving "justice for all" and is offended by our human rights demands. We must resist evil and fight oppression just as we were taught by persons whose messages were at one time considered "too radical." Otherwise, we will find ourselves enslaved in a system so harsh that even the thought of freedom will be punished. Great care is given to slow the spread of this information through hackers whose salaries may be paid by taxpayers.

"The reason the government keeps old Black Panthers in prison is not because they fear they will engage in violence, and neither is it just to punish them; but rather, they fear their effects upon the youth who are seeking leadership and will fight." ~ Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin

"The Cochran Firm Fraud" is not merely an expose' about a treacherous, racist law firm that defrauds Blacks coast-to-coast by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name. The book exposes America's racist, mercenary system that The Cochran Firm serves - a system that even ignores Black legal consumers' right to know that on May 12, 2015, the United States District Court, Central District of California, ruled that The Cochran Firm has "unclean hands" and does not meet the criterion to be called "a law firm." That federal court order is not broadcast to the public, or the plot against Blacks would fail. Because of secrecy, unsuspecting survivors of police murder victim Sam DuBose rely on Michael White, who works with the law firm that is now a court-declared fraud.

CoIntelPro did not really end after the Church Committee hearings in the 1970's; it merely changed names but has the same mandate to maintain the status quo (elite white supremacy) and keep wealth out of Black hands.

Nancy Lockhart, Dr. Stephen Seager, Jennie Ruiz on MaryLovesJustice Radio in June 2015

EXCITING NEWS!

Nancy Lockhart on "NNIA1"

Our guest on "NNIA1" this Friday night, June 19, is to be Nancy Lockhart, a noted human rights advocate in the area of criminal justice! Join us at 11pmEST by calling (818)572.2947. Lockhart's legal research and strong advocacy have engendered many successes for the People.

Nancy Lockhart, M.J. is a non attorney legal analyst with a sincere passion for researching and publicizing wrongful convictions and issues of grave injustices.

Lockhart is most notably recognized for her work in freeing The Scott Sisters, however; her resume encompasses numerous successful results. Lockhart holds a Master of Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

As a former third generation public school teacher Lockhart followed the tradition of creating "outside the box" teaching strategies for students labeled learning disabled and emotionally disturbed. Her consciousness and disapproval of the "school to prison pipeline" led her to work with juvenile delinquents. As 1994, Reader's Digest DeWitt Wallace Fellow - Lockhart created strategies to integrate technology and writing in rural South Carolina.

In December of 2011, Lockhart published "Locked Up What To Do When Your AZZ Get's Locked Up" as a learning supplement and guidebook against mass incarceration. Her website is

http://nancylockhart.blogspot.com/

Lockhart is available for interactive, community based legal education workshops.

Jennie Ruiz on "NNIA1"
SAD ANNIVERSARY - This week is the second anniversary of the police execution of Charlie Salinas, a troubled, unarmed Marine Corps veteran killed on June 15, 2012, in Sanger, California. His sister Jennie Ruiz will give an update on her family's justice quest on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at "NNIA1" channel on BlogTalkRadio. Call-in at 3pmEST to speak with Jennie, (818)572.2947. Support her family, please, everyone who cares about ending police violence against people suffering from depression. See an entitled, "Sanger Police Officers Shoot and Kill an Unarmed Suicidal Marine Corps Vet." Thank you for sharing this announcement and plea to give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.

Excerpt from "CopBlock"
On June 15, 2012 my brother Charlie Salinas was gunned down like a dog by officers of the Sanger Police Department and Fresno County Sheriffs Department. He was depressed, drunk, and suicidal. He made a 911 call saying he wanted to die. Sanger Police Department obliged him. They surrounded him, and opened fire shooting at least 30 times, even shooting him as he lay on the ground dying.

Dr. Stephen Seager on "Human Rights Demand"

Dr. Stephen B. Seager, a psychiatrist from CA, will be our guest on "Human Rights Demand" channel at BlogTalkRadio on Sun., Jun 21, at 6pmPST, where the call-in number is (347)857.3293. Dr. Seager is also a best-selling author and a movie producer. He wrote a best-selling book after working in a prison: “Behind the Gates of Gomorrah, a Year With the Criminally Insane." It is available through Amazon.com.

Dr. Seager advocates for AOT programs giving subsistence assistance and mandatory treatment for people with serious mental illness, and he favors crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police officers and prison guards [so they will STOP their murders and cover-ups - Dr. Seager didn't say that; I did]. Now Dr. Seager is producing a movie featuring families of mentally ill people! His website is http://Stephenseagermd.com > Don't miss the show! Save the date!

Dr. Seager wrote: "I am so looking forward to this show. The neglect of the seriously mentally ill must stop. Their incarceration is a national disgrace. NAMI and SAMHSA have gone down the rabbit hole of anti-science and wishful thinking. Call in let's talk. Let's organize. Let's change things. It can be done. AOT. CIT. Advice to the police when dealing with a mentally ill person: 'Just don't shoot them.' Let's start there...Support the movie, 'MADNESS!: America's Mental Illness Treatment Tragedy.' Sept. first, we have an Indiegogo fundraiser so that you can be part of this project. So that you can feel this is your movie. Your cause. And when the change comes, as it will, you can say, 'I helped do that. I wasn't afraid. I didn't waver. I stood up and I helped. All my very, very best.'"

My Facebook "likes" and comments restricted

Today I am not permitted to read all of the comments to my Facebook post about Dallas police not being charged for fatally shooting a mentally ill man who greeted the officers politely and was standing in his doorway twirling a screwdriver. Police officers can be heard on the video calmly saying, "Drop that for me, guy." Immediately they opened fire and shot the black man whose mother had called police for safe transport to a mental hospital. He was dead seconds after police arrived.

My attempts to open the comments to my news about the officers' brutality being declared justified were met with warnings that my Internet connection is not secure. Heck, I already know that. The fact that stalkers prevent my reading and "liking" comments to my posts at Facebook's Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill proves that. So do the screenshots below, which you can select to get a larger view. When I tried to comment, my browser switched to the second photo (photo no. 2). When I tried again, the browser switched to the first photo (photo no. 1). I redacted my Internet connection and IP address, which were displayed on the screenshot. As you can clearly see at the bottom, right of both screenshots, my Internet access was working well and I had a strong Internet signal through AT&T.

I believe that Internet companies should divest themselves of prison stock and stop censoring human rights advocates before they get sued for First Amendment violations. Otherwise, they should lock all of the back doors that I read are currently open to government interference.

Today I read about government documents being released which had previously been held secret from We the People. Government officials and their censorship staff in Internet companies should recognize by now the truth of God's Word:

There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. There is nothing kept secret that will not come to light. ~Luke 8:17

Book Illustrator Wanted for Cochran Firm Fraud

WANTED: Illustrator for my book, "The Cochran Firm Fraud." A Christian ex-prisoner or prisoner activist is strongly preferred. Try out for the position. We need a mural depicting the mentally ill being mass arrested, tortured, and killed under the color of law, including the homeless and drug/alcohol addicts. Mural should include restraint chairs, Tasers, police shootings, abusive corrections officers, news reporters, distraught family members being pushed aside by government officials, and treacherous lawyers and judges who are prison investors. A picture of my murdered mentally and physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and my aged mother, Hattie Neal, somewhere in your drawing or watercolor would be appreciated.

The mural could also have icons from corporations that use prison labor and/or invest in prisons, like Microsoft, Boeing Airlines, Starbucks, the U.S. Government, Victoria Secrets, McDonald's, or others who remove jobs from "free people" and use prisoners to avoid paying minimum wages and benefits. It should at least hint at the return of slavery in the USA and imply the rise of Nazism. Nazis isolated and exterminated roughly 300,000 people labeled with mental illness before beginning to exterminate over six million Jews, Blacks, homosexuals, and dissidents. Subjects in your mural should be all races.

Whether or not your mural wins the position of illustrator for "The Cochran Firm Fraud," your art will be seen by thousands of online friends and followers of MaryLovesJustice blogs and radio programs, including the United Nations, the U.S. Supreme Court, law schools, U.S. veterans, and many human and civil rights organizations and activists. The exposure should help you. Send your murals to my email account (in the signature block below), and label the email "Art Contest." Please also call or message me at Facebook to notify me of your submission. My communication suffers CoIntelPro attacks.

Art contest submissions must be received no later than April 30, 2015. That will allow time for you to complete 20 drawings for the book that relate to mass incarceration, prisoner abuse, executions, government cover-ups and conspiracies, oppressive surveillance, and censorship. Two illustrators may be selected. I suggest that you consult articles in my "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog or my "FreeSpeakBlog" for ideas. The index for FreeSpeakBlog is at http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2015/03/freespeakblog-archive-june-2007-to.html Thank you. ("They" would not allow the FreeSpeakBlog link to be active at first. AIMI vs. USA to Decriminalize Mental Illness

We demand the USA to stop arresting, torturing, and killing its mentally ill citizens immediately and provide adequate treatment and subsistence assistance as inpatients or outpatients, as appropriate. ~Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill

Join the plaintiffs' conference for "AIMI vs. USA" on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month at 9:00am PDT. Use our FreeConferenceCall.com dial-in no. (605)562-0020, Meeting I.D. Code 992-212-650. If that fails, the backup number is (805)360-1075. You can also connect at Blogtalkradio (347)857-3293. AIMI will present cases in International Court in 2015, seeking restitution for our neglected, mistreated, tortured or killed mentally ill persons or substance abusers as well as their victims. Join the plaintiffs and allow our International Human Rights Lawyer to review your case for possible inclusion.

Have you or a close relative or next friend experienced:
a) long-term homelessness
b) medical neglect
c) psychiatric neglect or rejection for drug/alcohol treatment
d) brutality
e) lunacy arrests
f) denial of a fair, speedy trial with an adequate defense attorney appointed (Sixth Amendment rights)
g) imprisonment
h) long-term solitary confinement
i) torture as a jail or prison inmate
j) wrongful death, including police violence and State executions

The ten circumstances listed above are common outcomes for poor or middle class Americans with mental disabilities and substance dependencies. Mentally challenged and drug/alcohol addicted people are often victims of crimes against humanity, which are perpetuated or ignored by the government. Their human rights must therefore be protected by the United Nations. Discriminating against people for reason of their health status and disabilities violates the U.S. Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Learn more about AIMI vs. USA at "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" blog at http://aimi-humanrights.blogspot.com

America has established a pattern of abuse involving persons with brain issues that resulted in approximately 1.25 million such persons living as prisoners, often in subhuman conditions. In addition, over 50 percent of America's police violence victims are mentally ill, and there is usually no accountability for catastrophic injuries or deaths of such citizens at the hands of government agents or in government custody. Over 60 percent of prisoners in torturous, long-term solitary confinement are mentally ill, which further erodes their mental health. Although the nation spends billions annually on mental health, few funds are used to provide psychiatric and drug/alcohol treatment or subsistence assistance for persons with serious mental illness - citizens who are at high risk of incarceration.

Many of America's government officials and corporate decision makers are prison investors who earn dividends by continuing adverse and discriminatory conditions. Circumstances have exacerbated to the point that everyone who is homeless or who has any mental disability is at great risk for imprisonment or other harm, whether or not the individuals prove to be a danger to self and others. Indeed, entrapment is sometimes used to capture persons with mental illness for the prison industrial complex, as happened to Autistic children in Riverside, California. See a YouTube video embedded below http://youtu.be/0t1oVWOlnk8

Although whites are at risk for brutality, wrongful deaths, and unwarranted incarceration, non-whites comprise most of the victims of America's war on mentally dysfunctional people. What has happened nationwide to persons of all races with serious mental illnesses was condemned when two Pennsylvania judges used the same tactics in a "kids for cash" scheme that was revealed in 2009. The racketeering judges first shut off funds for the publicly owned juvenile facilities then channeled thousands of children into privately-owned juvenile correctional facilities with or without cause.

Similarly, Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients was withdrawn in the 1960s and 70s, and budgets for community treatment and subsistence assistance were cut. Additionally, laws were passed that made involuntary commitment nearly impossible without a smoking gun or bloody knife. Therefore, mental illness was criminalized. People who would ordinarily have become psychiatric inpatients or outpatients became inmates instead, often after avoidable crimes, and the nation's prison rate increased by millions. Private prisons and jails arose to answer the nation's overcrowded public correctional facilities, and a multi-billion dollar per year industry was born that essentially resulted from Rico Act racketeering (diverting funds for public health facilities and subsistence assistance programs in order to criminalize mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts and financially benefit prison investors).

Most families we work with at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill also have Legal Abuse Syndrome. The system must pay for terrorizing families, arresting and killing their most vulnerable members, and often denying them due process of law.

LEGAL ABUSE SYNDROME (LAS) is a form of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is a psychic injury, not a mental illness. It is a personal injury that develops in individuals assaulted by ethical violations, legal abuses, betrayals, and fraud. Abuse of power and authority and a profound lack of accountability in our courts have become rampant, compounding an already stressful experience.

This stress can and does lead to physical illness. AMA statistics show that around 85% of all physical illness is directly attributable to stress. Legal Abuse Syndrome is a public health menace in this country. It leads to massive medical intervention costs, burdens insurance companies, and adds to Medicare and Social Security costs. Most painfully, it crushes the brilliance and creativity of its sufferers. Legal Abuse Syndrome is detrimental to all of society, and nobody is immune. Learn more about LAS at this site:
http://lvaallc.org/whatislegalabusesyndrome.htm

AIMI will allege Legal Abuse Syndrome for every family in the "AIMI vs. USA" action in International Court in addition to circumstances outlined above that apply to their individual cases. If any of the circumstances describe your experiences, or if you have experienced other discrimination, we urge you to attend our next "AIMI vs. USA" plaintiffs conference meeting. Meetings are held on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month at 9:00am PDT. AIMI will seek restitution for all plaintiffs according to their damages and request the United Nations to mandate necessary changes to decriminalize mental disabilities and drug/alcohol addictions in America's poor and middle class people.

Your assistance sharing this invitation would be appreciated. Hear our first two conferences at the rss link below.

Unfortunately, we experienced interference and may have to request assistance from the United Nations regarding censorship. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this human rights effort to decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America.

JAIL IS THE LAST THING THAT MENTAL PATIENTS NEED, AND TOO OFTEN, IT IS THE VERY LAST THING THEY EXPERIENCE. Please join our effort to decriminalize mental illness. No one deserves punishment for having a disability.

This article should have five(5) live links, plus two(2) links in the signature block. The dates for upcoming "AIMI vs. USA" plaintiffs' phone conferences are: Oct. 4 and 5; Nov. 1 and 2; and Dec. 6 and 7. Meetings will continue until the action is filed in International Court.

It may not matter if your claim has already been decided by a court within the USA. It may not matter if your case is beyond the statute of limitations set forth by a state within the USA. Each case will be reviewed by an International Human Rights Lawyer. Information about "AIMI vs. USA" in International Court was published last month at "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog. It is repeated below to help you understand the planned Complaint to the United Nations.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") vs. USA IN INTERNATIONAL COURT REGARDING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

* Now gathering 100 cases of government abuse of mentally challenged Americans of all races to present a Complaint to the United Nations: rejection for treatment, long-term homelessness, hospital abuse, wrongful convictions, lengthy solitary confinement, police brutality, executions, and wrongful death cases. Call 678.531.0262 or Google Voice (571)335-1741. Email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Title the email "AIMI v. USA."

* Also gathering 100 people victimized by mentally ill people or drug addicts who were denied treatment. If you were robbed, burglarized, assaulted, or had a relative who was killed by a mentally ill person or a drug/alcohol addict, please call us and email us.

* We will demand monetary damages for claimants plus changes in how America treats mental illness and substance abuse. Incarceration must be replaced with adequate, timely treatment and subsistence assistance.

Continue to call and email until you reach Mary Neal. The government may not want you to be included in this international Complaint against the USA. The U.N. provides that abuses by government agents (including police, judges, and other officials) can be levied against its member states. It may not matter if your case is beyond the statute of limitations set by U.S. law or if it was dismissed by corrupt courts. Hear more at "ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL" Blogtalkradio shows Wednesdays at 9pm Pacific. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1

This international action is intended to (1) pay restitution to affected parties, (2) protect Americans who have mental disabilities and drug/alcohol dependencies, and (3) protect innocent people who suffered at the hands of untreated mentally ill persons or drug and/or alcohol addicts.

AIMI believes that people with mental illness and drug or alcohol addictions are deliberately left untreated to commit crimes that will excuse long prison sentences. This is done to enlarge our prison population. At least one-half of America's inmates are mentally ill (1.25 million), and over one-half of the victims of police violence are also mentally ill. Sixty percent of inmates in solitary confinement (SHU) are mentally ill. The entire private prison system was created and is sustained by criminalizing mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions. Mentally challenged and addicted people deserve treatment, not punishment.

We rely on YOU to notify people about this international Complaint, which we expect to file in the spring of 2015.

UC Santa Barbara Shooter - Elliot Rodger

Elliot Rodger, 22, UC Santa Barbara Shooter

Again we are reminded that ignoring families experiencing mental health crises is dangerous. Please urge your congressional representatives to support H.R.3717 - "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." The current health care system does not usually act to treat someone unless he/she PROVES through violence to be a danger to self and others. That may help prison investors, but it does nothing to save taxpayers' money, increase community safety, or restore sick people to wholesome lives. Too often, proof comes in bloodshed, which is unfair to the sick people as well as to the community at large.

Like Sen. Deeds, of Virginia, and many other families, the UC Santa Barbara shooter's family had sought help for Elliot Rodger. They warned police about his threatening messages, but their concerns about Elliot's deteriorating mental health were apparently ignored. May Elliot and his six victims rest in peace. Condolences to families and close friends of those whose lives were tragically and unnecessarily lost. We hope for a speedy recovery for the injured. God bless us all.

Details about the shooting that have been released to the media are being reported by LA Times. This article will be updated as names of the victims are released and more details are made available. The link below leads to news reports by the Times.
http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-isla-vista-shooting-parent-warning-police-son-threats-20140524-story.html

Peter Rodger, Elliot's father, was an assistant director on the 2012 film “The Hunger Games.” He also directed a 2009 documentary, “Oh My God,” in which various people were asked to answer the question, “What is God?” Elliot Rodger made numerous videos warning about his intentions. He complained about being a virgin at age 22 and declared his plan to make girls pay for ignoring him on the "day of retribution." See the video embedded below and at the YouTube link
http://youtu.be/MQUW3Km01BM

If "they" disconnect the linking for the embedded video above, just search YouTube and other video sites for the Elliot Rodger videos. It is wrong to try to hide how family's warnings about mental illness that are ignored can negatively impact many other families, but the video I first uploaded here at MaryLovesJustice blog was removed from YouTube.
I go through so much to publish articles that promote positive change in how America responds to mental illness. We MUST prioritize treatment and relax commitment laws to make it possible for families in crisis to get help their loved ones need BEFORE tragedies. Treatment that precedes crimes will reduce your prison profits, but I urge you to do what is right, not what is expedient or most profitable. My mother sat up many nights during Larry Neal's crises to protect our family and neighbors. My brother Larry was a good person, but he had paranoid schizophrenia. Serious mental illness sometimes causes people to act very irrationally; occasionally, they may act violently. Larry never hurt anyone, but Elliot Rodger did. How horrible for him, his victims, and the families of those whose loved ones are dead, injured, and traumatized tonight. I feel that if I were not so heavily censored, we might be having another conversation right now. You can help by sharing my articles at Dog Justice for Mentally Ill. See the index on the right side of the blog. Thank you in advance.

Dog Justice for Mentally Ill

WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal

It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. But this happens to mentally ill Americans routinely in the nation's jails and prisons after they are denied treatment and suffer arrests for behavior they may not even remember. What happened to Larry Neal?

Mentally Ill Americans Need Dog Justice. Treat mental illness medically, not legally. Advocate for U.S. Congress to pass H.R.3717 - Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act. Elect people who promote justice for all. Waiting for sick people to prove they need help leads to tragedies. Please help families in mental health crisis. Ignore them, and the

MaryLovesJustice Publishes Three Books: New Year's Resolution

New Year's Resolution - Publish my three books. All three are described here. The first and last book in this article are ready for the press. "The Cochran Firm Fraud" chronicles Mary "Loves Justice" Neal's 10-year justice quest regarding the secret arrest and unrequited murder of her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. The fraud was not an act by a single law firm, but it includes many other parties who forsook justice and joined in the Neal family's denial of due process of law, terrorism, and persecution for asking, "What Happened to Larry Neal?" Website http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com/main.html

A middle age Georgia woman is plunged into intrigue when her brother - a harmless schizophrenic black man - is secretly arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail for 18 days and murdered there under circumstances that neither the jail nor the United States Department of Justice will reveal . . . Writing as "duo," then as "MaryLovesJustice," she set out to resolve her brother's murder mystery while also helping countless other people in America who are also treated unjustly. She founded "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" to help decriminalize mental illness and stop police aggression against sick people in the USA. Her advocacy is viciously attacked by cyberstalkers, and people follow her in-person wherever she goes. On one occasion when she was followed by four vehicles led by a federal government vehicle, she called 911 and police did not respond. That is when she began to realize how deep the rabbit hole goes . . . Years later, she learned about organ thefts from African Americans and companies that sell body parts . . . [The book will include an access code for photographs, court documents and police reports, and to play cyberstalking videos that were filmed as I worked online with stalkers (maybe NSA) editing my work as I typed.]

My second book, "Extreme Punishments: DP and SHU," will include interviews with inmates and former inmates who were subjected to death row and solitary confinement, and their relatives or survivors. Dr. Jean Kennedy will co-author the book. She is an organizational psychologist who will offer a psychological analysis of the effects extreme punishments have or had on victims and their families as well as prison personnel and society as a whole. Listen to some interviews with impacted persons on my "Human Rights for Prisoners March" broadcasts on Blogtalkradio at

My third book is justice poetry, called "21st Century Slave Songs, by Mary Neal." Please Google the title. Some of the poetry is already available online, including America's most censored poem, "Dog Justice."

RED is the color theme for all three books because the People actually have no choice but to wake up. The blue pill offered in the Matrix is actually a time-release capsule filled with hundreds of red gelcaps for people who cannot face waking up all at once.

Red gelcaps inside the blue capsule: Time-released truth
for cowards.

"The Cochran Firm Fraud" and "21st Century Slave Songs" (books 1 and 3 above) will be published shortly, and I will let you know how to purchase them. Part of the purchase price will help finance advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in the United States and stop police violence and executions of our most vulnerable citizens. The second book, "Extreme Punishments: SHU and DP" will be published before Independence Day 2014. Inquiries from agents and publishers are welcome.

I hope you will make it your 2014 New Year's resolution to help give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL.

Privatization Runs Amok: Prisons and Psych Hospitals

PART 1: ONLINE PETITION SABOTAGE

Hello, online friends. Thank you for reading and signing my petition for free speech and freedom of press. I wanted to accomplish several things by publishing the petition. Most important among them is to expose the fact that such a petition is needed in the first place. I believe many people in the United States are denied freedom of expression, which is a supremely important human right and the foundation of democracy. Without the First Amendment, all other rights are voided.

I especially appreciate signatures with comments on the petition. I copied some to publish below:

Debbie Chapman ~ After taking a moment to read this petition, there is only one decision to be made. It is time to right a wrong. It is time to hear Mary's cry, take action, and fix a broken system. We need to protect the human rights of all, there is no room in our system for injustices. It's time to bond together, make our voices heard.

Jennie Bloom ~ Mary has been denied basic human rights: freedom of speech and association.

Yely Lod ~ You are doing great work Mary. The world could be changed only by activists, not the government. So keep fighting and you win

Susan Hammett ~ My human rights are also being violated. My prayers are with you.

I note certain Changes about the format of iPetition since I posted my petition for free speech on that site.

a) The signatures displayed are no longer numbered. As I published in an article called "Internet Censorship American Style," people can determine how many signatures have been stolen from a petition by noting the number that appears beside their names. If you sign as petitioner 44 on Monday and your signature displays as number 24 on Friday, it means the names of 20 people who signed before you have been removed.

b) Only the latest few signatures are on view. That prevents individuals from being able to see that their signatures have been removed, and it hides the petitioners' comments of support.

Removing the option to see all signatures and comments deprives petitioners of their freedom of press rights. Petitions are ordinarily attacked in America, and signatures are removed. Therefore, online petitions are unreliable. However, petitions are useful tools for communicating if the data is on public view.

Failure to make all signatures and comments visible censors Americans. It hides what petitioners wrote about the subject while also making it possible to steal signatures without detection. It is obvious when signatures are stolen because despite having numerous new signatures on view, the number of total signatures does not advance appropriately. The number of views for my YouTube videos do not advance as they should. Friends and I tested by having office workers open my videos one person after another, and the total number of views did not advance. One reason why the number of views on articles and videos and signatures on petitions are controlled is to keep ratings low for certain ideas and information. Another is to stifle financial advancements by targeted persons.

If you would like to read/sign the petition for my First Amendment rights at iPetitions, please use this url:

I chose iPetitions specifically because the signatures were numbered and all petitioners' comments were on view. Within a few months, that Changed. Other ways advocacy for human rights is sabotaged in the United States are in "Internet Censorship American Style, by Mary Neal"
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2010/07/internet-censorship-how-they-do-it.html

Crimes against humanity in America are covered-up, then there is an attempt to cover-up the cover-up. I am America's most censored person. Many examples of my censorship are in a blog I started to reveal this information: "Justice Gagged"
http://JusticeGagged.blogspot.com

Saboteurs prevented the url I placed within the body of my petition from being a live link by removing the space between the link and the word before it. Many people may not know that all one has to do to access information at a link that does not work is to simply copy the link (remove spaces, if applicable), and enter it in a search engine like Google. The link that was sabotaged at iPetitions opens a video that proves my Internet censorship to protect the private prison industry, called "Prison Labor Profits."
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icRD77mugaI It is a very short video showing stalkers corrupting information as I type online in order to protect prison investors. The video is embedded below.

PRISON LABOR PROFITS

PART II: WAR ON BLACKS

African Americans are the most censored people on the planet. Suppressors appoint specific African American spokespersons and organizations, like the NAACP, to speak for my race. They have apparently committed to only give the agreed-upon responses to acts of racism and brutality that continually happen to us in America. Other black people are not allowed to speak, write, or discuss these issues, lest it become patently obvious that our circumstances since Reconstruction have not actually changed to the degree presented to the world, and our human rights and economic gains are systematically being eroded and have already reverted to the 1940s level. The latest example of this happened when a black freshman young man at the University of San Jose in California was tortured by his fellow students. Student protesters expected to give a press conference but were usurped by the NAACP, rushing to give the "official black response" and prevent disclosure about tortures and murders of other black students that happen periodically at that school.

Lynching is still legal, but until recently one had to become a police officer to enjoy that sport. In 2013, that Changed. Private citizens can now kill black people and say they did the murder because they felt threatened. This started after the Zimmerman verdict, and numerous blacks have been murdered by Caucasians who are not in law enforcement since the verdict was handed down. The latest such killing may have been of a mailman who was delivering mail after dark in the Washington, D.C. area. a young lady, 19, was murdered in Michigan when she went on a Caucasian man's porch. A football player was killed by police when he knocked on a white woman's door and frightened her. He wanted to use the phone after enduring a car wreck. A Florida man was also shot by a Caucasian man who saw him running exposed down the street (his clothes had been stolen).

Unemployment among African Americans is around 70% in some areas. Many blacks who do work are still deprived of equal pay and benefits for doing the same jobs as Caucasians, because corporations simply withdraw certain jobs from their own personnel departments and place those positions with temporary service companies. Therefore, the workers are employees of the temporary service company and not the corporation where they actually work alongside whites who earn double their wages and have insurance benefits, vacation pay and sick leave. I have friends who were "temporary employees" in same position for the same company for over five years. There should be a time limit on how long positions can be listed as temporary. So-called "black leaders" do not address this obvious discrimination, because they have apparently agreed not to, perhaps in expectation of prison stock or other personal gain. Censorship of persons who object is necessary to prevent public disclosure and outcry against America's racism and class consciousness. The rest of the world is led to believe that the United States is a country with liberty and justice for all.

I am especially censored because my handicapped brother's government murder while under secret incarceration that lasted 18 days proves that some of the same violations against human rights happen inside the U.S. that occur in China and other totalitarian countries. See "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com" at http://WrongfuldeathofLarryNeal.com/main.html ~ My censorship and persecution are meant to keep Larry Neal's murder covered-up while the mentally ill continue to be victims of over 50% of police violence incidents as well as over half the nation's 2.3 million prisoners. I am prevented from advocating freely to decriminalize mental illness in the USA while the prison investors in government positions devise new ways to financially benefit from victimizing people.

Since there is an attempt in the 21st century to hide racism while continuing to discriminate against blacks, independent oversight is crucial regarding new mental health laws and facilities that deliver psychiatric treatment. People labeled as being mentally ill in North Carolina will no longer be taken to public hospital emergency rooms if they are said to have a psychiatric crisis. Instead, they will be taken directly to a local for-profit specialty psych hospital. This is acceptable as long as it does not override the citizens' right to trial by jury for whatever offenses they may be accused of doing. See the NY Times article about this topic at at this url:
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/12/26/health/er-costs-for-mentally-ill-soar-and-hospitals-seek-better-way.html

Medicaid was removed for psychiatric inpatient treatment from public hospitals in the 1960s in order to start America's private prison system by overcrowding the nation's public prisons and jails with mentally challenged people. Now Medicaid for mentally ill inpatients is back, but only for specific facilities. Every attempt must be made to see that abuses of citizens' rights do not happen in the private psych hospitals that receive Medicaid funds. Below are five examples of abuses of power involving the mental health care system.

1) Currently in Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Mason, a black woman, is being detained in jail (or a mental hospital) on allegations of being mentally ill after winning a Court Order allowing her to continue her pro se lawsuits against parties that she claimed (1) wrongly evicted her and her children from a home and (2) subjected her children to police violence by the law officers who evicted them while Mason was not home. Regarding Civil Action No. 12cv01619 in USDC, Western Dist. of PA, the Order reads thusly:

AND NOW, this 13th day of September, 2013, upon consideration of Plaintiff Florence Elizabeth Mason's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and her pro se complaint, it is ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff Florence Elizabeth Mason is GRANTED leave to proceed in forma pauperis.

The Court Order set forth specific due dates for plaintiff to make submissions to the court, etc. After receiving the Court Order, Mason was arrested and given a psychological evaluation, which she passed. The judge then ordered a second team to administer a psychological evaluation days later around 10:30pm. The psych team awakened Mason and demanded a second evaluation after bed time. This probably caused the inmate, who had been sleeping, to feel disoriented and angry, because Mason knew she had already passed the evaluation once. This time, Mason was said to have failed the evaluation and is therefore eligible for commitment to a mental hospital, or she could already be in a prison psych ward. Mason feels this was done to interfere with her lawsuits.

The legal system can simply arrest ANYONE, INCLUDING YOU, and deliver individuals into a private psychiatric hospital on the supposition that they are psychotic. More information will be provided about Mason in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill blog" by January 7, 2014, at http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com

2) Americans must not forget news stories reporting "Former Marine was Indefinitely Detained in a Psychiatric Ward Over 9/11 Facebook Posts."
http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2012/08/former-locked-in-psychiatric-ward-over-his-911-facebook-posts.html

3) A young black man is indefinitely detained in a Pennsylvania prison today where he has been denied a trial for 4.5 years. Every time Terrell Scott's case should go to trial, either his attorney asks for a continuance or his prosecutor apparently files a false statement with the court claiming that Scott is not available because he is in a psychiatric hospital. Meanwhile, Scott's attorney allegedly tries to get the innocent young man to accept plea deals. In most states, if not all of them, defense attorneys cannot be sued for malpractice if the defendant accepts a plea deal.

Scott was arrested for crimes that never happened on the word of a single Caucasian woman who has no credibility. His case demonstrates how mental hospitals can be misused in a system where there is poor oversight. The prosecutor falsely asserts on court records that Scott is in Norristown State Hospital when he is in fact in prison year after year awaiting the opportunity to prove his innocence, and his mother visits him there every Friday. A simple phone call to Norristown by the court would have proved that Scott was not a patient there there. See the data at this url

Below is a pdf of Terrell Scott's Court Docket, pages 20-21.
TerrellScottDocket p20-21

As the director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, it is promising that more attention is being given to mental health care. However, there is a greater need for careful oversight than ever to ensure that people's human and civil rights are protected. Before mentally ill persons were de-institutionalized over 40 years ago, the country did not have private prisons. Private prisons plus private local psych hospitals could be extremely problematic without zealous oversight.
