Book Illustrator Wanted for Cochran Firm Fraud

WANTED: Illustrator for my book, "The Cochran Firm Fraud." A Christian ex-prisoner or prisoner activist is strongly preferred. Try out for the position. We need a mural depicting the mentally ill being mass arrested, tortured, and killed under the color of law, including the homeless and drug/alcohol addicts. Mural should include restraint chairs, Tasers, police shootings, abusive corrections officers, news reporters, distraught family members being pushed aside by government officials, and treacherous lawyers and judges who are prison investors. A picture of my murdered mentally and physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and my aged mother, Hattie Neal, somewhere in your drawing or watercolor would be appreciated.

The mural could also have icons from corporations that use prison labor and/or invest in prisons, like Microsoft, Boeing Airlines, Starbucks, the U.S. Government, Victoria Secrets, McDonald's, or others who remove jobs from "free people" and use prisoners to avoid paying minimum wages and benefits. It should at least hint at the return of slavery in the USA and imply the rise of Nazism. Nazis isolated and exterminated roughly 300,000 people labeled with mental illness before beginning to exterminate over six million Jews, Blacks, homosexuals, and dissidents. Subjects in your mural should be all races.

Whether or not your mural wins the position of illustrator for "The Cochran Firm Fraud," your art will be seen by thousands of online friends and followers of MaryLovesJustice blogs and radio programs, including the United Nations, the U.S. Supreme Court, law schools, U.S. veterans, and many human and civil rights organizations and activists. Art contest submissions must be received no later than April 30, 2015. That will allow time for you to complete 20 drawings for the book that relate to mass incarceration, prisoner abuse, executions, government cover-ups and conspiracies, oppressive surveillance, and censorship. UC Santa Barbara Shooter - Elliot Rodger

Again we are reminded that ignoring families experiencing mental health crises is dangerous. Please urge your congressional representatives to support H.R.3717 - "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." The current health care system does not usually act to treat someone unless he/she PROVES through violence to be a danger to self and others. That may help prison investors, but it does nothing to save taxpayers' money, increase community safety, or restore sick people to wholesome lives. Too often, proof comes in bloodshed, which is unfair to the sick people as well as to the community at large.

Like Sen. Deeds, of Virginia, and many other families, the UC Santa Barbara shooter's family had sought help for Elliot Rodger. They warned police about his threatening messages, but their concerns about Elliot's deteriorating mental health were apparently ignored. May Elliot and his six victims rest in peace. Condolences to families and close friends of those whose lives were tragically and unnecessarily lost. We hope for a speedy recovery for the injured. God bless us all.

Peter Rodger, Elliot's father, was an assistant director on the 2012 film “The Hunger Games.” He also directed a 2009 documentary, “Oh My God,” in which various people were asked to answer the question, “What is God?” Elliot Rodger made numerous videos warning about his intentions. He complained about being a virgin at age 22 and declared his plan to make girls pay for ignoring him on the "day of retribution." See the video embedded below and at the YouTube link

It is wrong to try to hide how family's warnings about mental illness that are ignored can negatively impact many other families, but the video I first uploaded here at MaryLovesJustice blog was removed from YouTube.
I go through so much to publish articles that promote positive change in how America responds to mental illness. We MUST prioritize treatment and relax commitment laws to make it possible for families in crisis to get help their loved ones need BEFORE tragedies. Treatment that precedes crimes will reduce your prison profits, but I urge you to do what is right, not what is expedient or most profitable. My mother sat up many nights during Larry Neal's crises to protect our family and neighbors. My brother Larry was a good person, but he had paranoid schizophrenia. Serious mental illness sometimes causes people to act very irrationally; occasionally, they may act violently. Larry never hurt anyone, but Elliot Rodger did. How horrible for him, his victims, and the families of those whose loved ones are dead, injured, and traumatized tonight. It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. Caves and Chains for Mentally Ill Chinese; Bullets, Tasers and SHU for Americans

People in the UK and America are aghast at reading this headline in the Daily Mail: "Chinese father chains his blind, mentally ill son in a cave after losing their home (while he goes to live with his daughters)". People criticize the father for taking such drastic steps to protect his son, Cheng Xiangtao, 26, after losing their home. How is America better, since mentally ill people suffer 23 hours a day in solitary confinement in 9 ft x 6 ft cells? Sixty percent of inmates in SHU are mentally ill, and 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally challenged. Hypocrites should remove the beam in their own eye before criticizing the Chinese dad's mote. Cheng Yuanchao, 70, visits his son three times a day, does not Taser him, gas him, or let him die of starvation or brutality like some American mentally ill inmates do.

Yuanchao did not fracture his son's larynx like Maryland police did to Ethan Saylor, beat him to death like police did to Kelly Thomas, kill him through dehydration and neglect on a restraint table like Tim Souders, starve him to death behind bars like Carlos Umana, leave him to die in his own urine like Xavius Scullark-Johnson, Taser him to death like Inman Morales, or fatally shoot him like Christian Freeman, Brian Claunch, Mohamed Bah, Idriss Stelley, and many others. Yuanchao did not murder his son under secret arrest like Memphis police did to Larry Neal, or kill him through medical neglect like Anna Brown and Kathia Casseus. Yuanchao did not execute Cheng like Texas plans for Scott Panetti. Furthermore, Yuanchao does not use Cheng to enrich himself like American prison investors do to Rodriquez Nelson, who was sentenced to 56 years in prison for a domestic altercation that resulted in no lasting injuries.

"I have no home of my own now and nowhere to house my son," said Yuanchao. "This is the best I can do. I visit him three times a day with food and water so he is never hungry or thirsty. The chain is there only so he doesn't run off and hurt himself." Cheng is chained to the cave, which may seem cruel. Cheng is not free to roam alone and be murdered like Mitrice Richardson was, and her bones were found in the desert after a year's search.

Perhaps indigent and working class Americans would also seek ways to safely contain their mentally disabled relatives during heath crises when treatment is denied in order to save them from murderous police officers and ravenous private prison investors if such containment would not result in their own arrests. Corrective measures include: 1. police officers trained to make lunacy arrests without violence; 2. increased inpatient hospital space and reinstatement of Medicaid insurance for inpatient care; and 3. assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs for continuous psychiatric treatment and subsistence (food and housing). Providing adequate care for America's mentally dysfunctional citizens is significantly less expensive than fighting wars for human rights abroad, yet many families in the United States have even fewer choices for their mentally challenged relatives than Yuanchao has.

Cheng Xiangtao, blind and mentally disabled, enjoys the sun and wind and visits three times daily from his dad, unlike American mentally challenged inmates who are cruelly imprisoned in tiny solitary confinement cells 23 hours per day, some for decades.

TX Inmate's Conviction Overturned 30 Years Ago

A mentally challenged inmate in a Texas prison who has spent more than 30 years behind bars after his conviction was overturned is now at the center of a legal battle between the state and federal courts to decide his fate. Jerry Hartfield, whose murder conviction was reversed in 1983, believes that his constitutional right to a speedy trial was infringed upon after Texas failed to retry him in court, but also didn't set him free. The 56-year-old Hartfield was 21 when he was convicted in the 1976 slaying of a 55-year-old bus worker. At the time of his initial trial Hartfield was described by the court as an illiterate and mentally impaired fifth-grade dropout with an IQ of 51. Hartfield, who has since learned to read and has become a devout Christian, insists that he's not angry.

“Being a God-fearing person, He doesn't allow me to be bitter," Hartfield said. "He allows me to be forgiving. In order to be forgiven, you have to forgive.”
