Embracing Eugenics: Margaret Sanger on $20 Bills

Paragraph 1 of 10. Mass incarceration serves the same purpose as enforced sterilization did: It prevents reproduction among poor whites, blacks, and the mentally ill. The fact that Margaret Sanger is being considered as a candidate to replace Lincoln on the $20 bill is a public declaration of Nazism, fellow citizens. Unlike other black leaders, I do not discourage this move. Let decision makers in the U.S. Government state plainly how they feel about mentally ill people and blacks who their law enforcement officers continually murder. SAY IT LOUD, USA! Put Sanger, the eugenicists and racist, on your money.

Paragraph 2 of 10. Bravo, I say! You make my job so much easier with this public declaration of your sentiments and true intentions. The country that is considering enforced vaccinations for all adult Americans should immediately issue this red pill plainly enough to unite all Americans who know right from wrong and choose right. Put Nathan Bedford Forrest on your $10 bills while you're at it! Announce yourselves!

Paragraph 3 of 10. Thanks to Margaret Sanger, ENFORCED STERILIZATION was used to suppress population growth among people labeled as mentally ill. Victims included poor whites and blacks in states throughout the USA, and children as young as age 8 were sterilized to prevent them from adding "imbeciles" to America's population. One of the victims was Elaine Riddick, a human rights advocate whose only son is a successful businessman. Thus far, only North Carolina, where Riddick lived, has earmarked funds to compensate those who were sterilized under its eugenics program. One can assume that the rest of the states that forcibly sterilized blacks and whites who were labeled as being mentally ill are not sorry and do not pretend to be. Hold out your arms, Americans! Eugenicists have a shot for you.

Paragraph 4 of 10. "Maafa21" is a documentary about eugenics and Margaret Sanger. Embedded below is the film about efforts were to eliminate Blacks, whites who lacked wealth, and mentally challenged people from America. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my mentally, physically disabled brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. Paragraph 5 of 10. "Maafa21" makes it clear who Margaret Sanger was and why it is an excellent idea for America to publish her likeness on $20 bills. Every child will ask "Who is she?" By doing so, they will learn geography much sooner than this writer did. Our children will learn where they really live. I thought I lived in a country where every person's human and civil rights are honored and protected for nearly 50 years, which is entirely false. Our children deserve to receive $20 bills for their birthdays featuring a photo of the racist Nazi who also practiced health discrimination. Our children deserve honesty

Paragraph 6 of 10. Conversations will arise revealing that Nazi Germany isolated and exterminated 300,000 people labeled as being mentally ill before that country embarked on the elimination of six million people who were killed because they were Jews, blacks, homosexuals as well as dissidents who disagreed with the genocide. Tell our children that Hitler claimed he got the idea for mass murder from America's eugenics program and America's massacre of millions of Native Americans. Put Margaret Sanger on the $20 bills - I insist!

Paragraph 7 of 10. Replace the stars on the U.S. flag with Sanger's likeness, also, and substitute her name for "flag" in the "Star Spangled Banner." No more closet racism! Down with so-called "white liberals" pretending to believe in liberty and justice for all when they obviously do not. Remove Lincoln from the memorial in Washington, D.C. and set a statue of Forrest there. Let us be completely honest for a change, America. Reveal that mass incarceration exists in America to prevent Blacks, poor whites, and people labeled as being mentally ill from having access to the opposite sex and reproducing. Reveal why persons in this category are regularly killed by police without any accountability being demanded.

Paragraph 8 of 10. Racism and health discrimination are as American as apple pie. Show our children and the rest of the world the truth! People cannot change problems they do not know exist, and this human rights advocate is so censored that it is challenging for me to expose the truth like Sanger being featured on the $20 bill will do. The new money will make a worldwide announcement of Nazism even more plainly than the continuous killings of unarmed black people and mentally ill people ever can. Demonstrate to the world who you are, eugenicists and murderers. Please issue the new money BEFORE announcing mandatory vaccines for every adult American.

Obama Administration and Police Brutality

1)  From time to time I read accusations against Attorney General Holder wherein conservative whites call him a racist favoring blacks. I disagree with this assessment because of his successful attempt to keep blacks interned - some for life - for possession of crack cocaine, which only helps prison owners and investors. 

2)  I would like to read inmates' revelations of how they felt when Attorney General Holder appealed the judge's decision that the Fair Sentencing Act would be applied retroactively. Because he won the appeal, thousands of black inmates whose sentences would have been over or nearly over are still interned in prisons throughout the nation at great cost to taxpayers as well as to inmates and their families. This administration defies the United Nations' recommendation for the Fair Sentencing Act to be applied retroactively.

3)  Do you feel that this administration is doing all that it can and should do to curb police violence against African Americans? Considering its stance against releasing prisoners who were sentenced under the racist crack to powder cocaine sentencing law, do you feel this administration is likely to ever take a strong stance against mass incarceration or police violence that disproportionately affect African Americans?

4)  Part of my reluctance to believe this administration will try to curb police violence against African Americans is based on the USDOJ's refusal thus far to release information, records, and things regarding the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who was a black man. The refusal of accountability for his secret arrest and demise in a publicly owned jail that was already under the jurisdiction of the USDOJ (after a lawsuit by the USA against Memphis Shelby County Jail) indicates that this administration actively works against justice for African Americans, even to the point of breaking the law to protect murderous police and corrections officers. 

5)  Helping police and corrections officers to avoid accountability for crimes against America's most vulnerable people is why Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) plans an international action against the USA. Larry's murder under secret arrest and other wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans of all races will go before the International Court in 2015. Such an action should be unnecessary to protect the human and civil rights of our homeless and mentally disabled citizens who are often neglected, brutalized and killed, and interned in large numbers (1.25 million) in "correctional facilities" where prisoner abuse is common and the press is disallowed.

6) Attorney General Holder reminded Americans that the USDOJ's investigation of Ferguson and Michael Brown's death is still ongoing. That would sound promising, except that Attorney General Holder also built hope in the Clemency Project 2014 but failed to authorize defense attorneys to participate. That was said to render the large clemency drive a dud. Considering past evidence, how likely is the DOJ investigation to contradict the findings of the Ferguson grand jury?

7) Doing what benefits private prison corporations and other big businesses seems to be a priority in Washington. Last year, corporate profits reached an all-time high of $1.68 trillion, while the share of profits that trickled down to workers hit its lowest point since the 1950's. Concerned citizens should therefore try to enlist support for justice from Big Business. This writer believes that unless there is a successful Boycott 4 Justice related to Ferguson, no federal charges will be levied against Wilson, and unrequited police violence against African Americans will continue to worsen during this administration.

Picket Only at Malls for Mike Brown

Here's How to Picket in #Ferguson, MO: Picketing shoppers at streets near malls (with permits, if applicable) should provide the excitement and feeling of comradery that boycotting alone might lack. The police will surely come, but picketing at malls would reduce the likelihood of vigilante attacks and police using army tanks, helicopters, rubber bullets, and tear gas on protesters, especially at malls in Caucasian areas. If they do use such methods to violate protesters' free speech and freedom of assembly rights, watch NOBODY go shopping the following day. Success! BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE!

Shoppers who violate the "No Justice, No Profits" boycott called by the coalition of organizations supporting justice for Michael Brown may be afraid and ashamed to violate the boycott if demonstrations center around the shopping areas. Send 20 protesters to each street corner that is an ingress and egress to every mall in St. Louis. "Justice for Michael Brown" protesters in other cities should also only congregate at malls. Change your tactics, and stop assembling in the expected places where you can easily be surrounded and attacked. If you are surrounded at malls and traffic is stopped, the malls must close, and the economic boycott will surely succeed with the help of police. Use the oppressors' police power to enforce our boycott.

Organize buses and cars to pick up protesters and deliver them to suburban malls. Accept donations for meals for protesters. Do NOT gather hundreds or possibly thousands of people in several city blocks to hear speeches from CoIntelPro agent Al Sharpton and others on Homeland Security's Clergy Response Teams. Disperse and experience success. Do not be shepherded into "safe havens" that may be anything but that. Stay on the sidewalks around malls, but do not protest on mall property.

Dear Friend:

You may have seen the recent news reports about the police murders in Albuquerque, N.M. and how the U.S. Dept. of Justice has criticized the Albuquerque Police Dept. for a reign of terror, and forced the department into a series of measures to restrict police deadly force. Yet, as bad as the Albuquerque police are (killing 23 people between 2010 and 2014), the Memphis Police Department (MPD) is much worse, killing the same number of people in half the time (a total of 23 people in 2012 and 2013).

But why is there no equal fervor by federal authorities in the case of Memphis? There is a police and government cover-up in the city of Memphis, and this includes the local media and civil rights organizations. There is also massive fear of and intimidation of the local population by the MPD. There is the additional fact that Memphis is a black city and that most of the police murder victims were black and poor, and that most of Albuquerque's victims were white and Hispanic.

The feds must be forced to explain why there is no racism in their decision not to investigate the deaths of Memphis citizens. We are also convinced there is some political calculation about an investigation in Memphis because the U.S. attorney for Western Tennessee is so close to city politicians and police department administrators that he covers for their almost routine use of excessive and deadly force by police officers, and has never prosecuted any officer for taking the lives of civilians.

We are asking you to help us bring attention to these police crimes in Memphis and get these cops put in jail. We ask that you help expose the crimes and break the media blockade. We want more than reforms. We want all the cops who have outright murdered civilians to be prosecuted; the demilitarization of the police; and community control over the police and power in the hands of the people.

Memphis Black Autonomy Federation’s Police Brutality and Racial Profiling Committee

The Police Brutality and Racial Profiling Committee of the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation was created at the First Memphis Black Power Conference on June 9, 2012. Its purpose is to educate, organize and mobilize the black community and its allies to oppose police brutality, unjustified deadly force, and violations of the civil and human rights of African/black residents of Memphis and beyond and bring and end to this terror. Using a combination of litigation, street protests, educational seminars, and other grassroots actions and events, this committee is active in working to bring a halt to police crimes and their cover-up by the local media.

Demands:

An end to police murder(s) by police officers, and the cover-up by Memphis-Shelby County/federal government officials of these police crimes. The automatic investigation and prosecution of any officer who violated the civil rights of civilians, instead of cover-up by cops to protect officers. No Memphis officer has ever been prosecuted for murder or civil rights violations for beating or killing a civilian, even where it was plainly obvious that they were guilty.

An automatic public inquest into the death of any person who died in police custody. An inquest would require the police to testify under oath as to how a person died, force the medical examiner to testify under oath as to autopsy findings, and allow the family, activists, and the public to obtain records and testimony kept from them. Mainly, it is a way to expose the crimes of the police and not accept the cops' stories that are repeated in the media.

Community control of police and the creation of an elected police control board to restrict the use of deadly force and to monitor the police. As long as the cops can use a government-appointed body to cover up crimes by the cops, or force us to trust their “word,”every single murder will continue to be swept under the rug.

Stop the racial profiling of the African-American community, especially in the Beale Street entertainment district, where many have been arrested and beaten up by overzealous MPD officers, who want to discourage lack Memphis residents from patronizing white businesses in that area. Full investigation of the June, 2012, death of Christian Freeman killed by cops in the Beale Street area.

Total transparency in all police investigations and the public disclosure of all arrests and autopsy reports. All documents should be released to the public pursuant to state law, the Tennessee Open Records Act. As it is now, these documents are kept secret except to the mainstream media or other law enforcement agencies.

Proposal for a “Stop Police Murder: Prosecute The Cops” Campaign By the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation

Memphis police officers have killed 23 people since February, 2012, eleven people in 2013 alone. Yet, to this point, the opposition black human rights movement has not been able to assemble a strong enough mass protest movement to pressure the city government to change its deadly force policies or pressure the federal authorities to abandon their policy of deliberate indifference.

Since the summer of 2012, when the Memphis BAF started organizing against police brutality, we have held a number of marches and street demonstrations, rallies at the MPD police headquarters downtown, tribunals at public spaces, and other events. There are two key things we must do now:

Key Initiatives

1. Put together a mass local effort to enlist people into a Black Autonomy-IBWC Copwatch campaign in Memphis to report and monitor the cops on a daily basis. (Copwatch is already an international movement, and has been around for the last 20 years). We need to unite all those in Memphis and our allies in other cities who will stand up and demand justice in police murders that have taken place here.

2. During the 2015 IBWC conference, work toward a mass protest in Memphis, to involve anti-police brutality, anti-racist and civil rights activists from all over the city and Mid-South region. There are groups all over the USA and 19 countries involved in anti-police brutality work, who have been having demonstrations against police brutality on the “International Day of Action Against Police Brutality (IDAPB),” every year on March 15 since 1997. In 2013, we had a IDAPB demonstration in Memphis for the first time, and groups came from 10 other cities to stand with us. Now, we need to contact and inspire people in this city and get them to speak up against police brutality in Memphis. We must break through the silence and demand, “Stop Police Murder, Prosecute the Cops!”

In addition, protests at Memphis Police Department headquarters at 201 Poplar Avenue should continue, and we should try to get more people to participate locally. This summer, we should also hold a mass meeting and a community hearing about the problem of police murder, brutality and corruption in Memphis.

Finally, although we seek the prosecution of police officers who commit murders of black people, this campaign is not just about the federal authorities taking over the Memphis Police Department or an FBI investigation into an individual case. Our campaign is meant to build a new anti-racist movement for community control of the police. This is what the original Black Panther Party called for, and this is what we should fight for as well.

How You Can Help:

(a) Write to the U.S. Department of Justice in support of our demand that they open a civil rights investigation and prosecute the killer cops. Memphis is worse than Albuquerque, and needs to be investigated Make a phone call to the Civil Rights Division, and demand that they stop ignoring the reign of police terror in Memphis.(202) 514-4609 (Ask for Jocelyn Samuels, Acting Asst. Atty General). You can also contact them by email: AskDoj@usdoj.gov and give them the message.

(b) Join our "Million E-Mail March" and send letters of complaint to A.C. Wharton, Mayor of Memphis, TN. (mayor@memphistn.gov). Tell him that he has blood on his hands by his repeated failures to rein in his cops, covering up the causes of police murders of civilians and allowing police brutality to have a free hand.

(c) Join the Ida B. Wells Coalition Against Racism and Police Brutality, founded by the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation in 2013. In addition to Memphis and the Kansas City metropolitan area, IBWC chapters are now being organized in several other cities. The IBWC is the only group in Memphis which has held mass protests against KKK racism and MPD police brutality over the last two years, and is working on a online international boycott, petition drive, national demonstration, and other campaigns to obtain justice for the victims of this police terror.

(d) Please spread the message about police brutality and murder in Memphis by contacting news services, human rights organizations, anti-police brutality groups, citizen journalist websites, and many others that you are in contact with. We must break through the cover-up by the cops, local media, and political power structure in Memphis, and expose the awful truth.

(e) We need to use the Internet and especially online social media networks to the maximum extent possible, since it is inexpensive and reaches millions. In doing this, we can involve large numbers of poor and low-income black people and anti-police brutality activists and families of police murder victims. We need to create a blog of Memphis Police activities to expose their crimes, educate the masses of people in Memphis and beyond, and rally people into protests.

We cannot win this battle alone. Join with us in this fightback campaign against police terror.

Caves and Chains for Mentally Ill Chinese; Bullets, Tasers and SHU for Americans

People in the UK and America are aghast at reading this headline in the Daily Mail: "Chinese father chains his blind, mentally ill son in a cave after losing their home (while he goes to live with his daughters)". People criticize the father for taking such drastic steps to protect his son, Cheng Xiangtao, 26, after losing their home. How is America better, since mentally ill people suffer 23 hours a day in solitary confinement in 9 ft x 6 ft cells? Sixty percent of inmates in SHU are mentally ill, and 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally challenged. Hypocrites should remove the beam in their own eye before criticizing the Chinese dad's mote. Cheng Yuanchao, 70, visits his son three times a day, does not Taser him, gas him, or let him die of starvation or brutality like some American mentally ill inmates do.

Yuanchao did not fracture his son's larynx like Maryland police did to Ethan Saylor, beat him to death like police did to Kelly Thomas, kill him through dehydration and neglect on a restraint table like Tim Souders, starve him to death behind bars like Carlos Umana, leave him to die in his own urine like Xavius Scullark-Johnson, Taser him to death like Inman Morales, or fatally shoot him like Christian Freeman, Brian Claunch, Mohamed Bah, Idriss Stelley, and many others. Yuanchao did not murder his son under secret arrest like Memphis police did to Larry Neal, or kill him through medical neglect like Anna Brown and Kathia Casseus. Yuanchao did not execute Cheng like Texas plans for Scott Panetti. Furthermore, Yuanchao does not use Cheng to enrich himself like American prison investors do to Rodriquez Nelson, who was sentenced to 56 years in prison for a domestic altercation that resulted in no lasting injuries.

"I have no home of my own now and nowhere to house my son," said Yuanchao. "This is the best I can do. I visit him three times a day with food and water so he is never hungry or thirsty. The chain is there only so he doesn't run off and hurt himself." Cheng is chained to the cave, which may seem cruel. Cheng is not free to roam alone and be murdered like Mitrice Richardson was, and her bones were found in the desert after a year's search.

Perhaps indigent and working class Americans would also seek ways to safely contain their mentally disabled relatives during heath crises when treatment is denied in order to save them from murderous police officers and ravenous private prison investors if such containment would not result in their own arrests. Corrective measures include: 1. police officers trained to make lunacy arrests without violence; 2. increased inpatient hospital space and reinstatement of Medicaid insurance for inpatient care; and 3. assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs for continuous psychiatric treatment and subsistence (food and housing). Providing adequate care for America's mentally dysfunctional citizens is significantly less expensive than fighting wars for human rights abroad, yet many families in the United States have even fewer choices for their mentally challenged relatives than Yuanchao has.

Cheng Xiangtao, blind and mentally disabled, enjoys the sun and wind and visits three times daily from his dad, unlike American mentally challenged inmates who are cruelly imprisoned in tiny solitary confinement cells 23 hours per day, some for decades.

We are asking that Mr. Howard Morgan be acquitted of ALL Charges

Howard Morgan, a former Chicago Police Officer before spending 13 years as a Railroad Police Officer for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, pulled over on his way home the morning of February 21, 2005, because he saw a police car behind him and was letting it pass. To Mr. Morgan's surprise, he discovered that the police had stopped him for an alleged traffic violation. 

Though identifying himself as a police officer, Howard Morgan was forced from his vehicle and shot 28 times by four white police officers. 21 of those shots were administered to the back of Howard Morgan's body. An independent eye witness testified that Mr. Morgan never fired a weapon. A jury acquitted Mr. Morgan of the charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm. How then, could Howard Morgan, by any stretch of the imagination, be guilty of four counts of attempted 1st degree murder of the police officers who shot him?

When originally tried in 2007 for the Feb. 21, 2005 incident; Howard Morgan was charged with four counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm and one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm.

In 2007, a jury acquitted Mr. Morgan of the two counts of aggravated battery as well as the count of aggravated discharge of a firearm. However, the jury was hung on the other five remaining counts; after which Judge Clayton Crane, the presiding judge, declared a mistrial.

The double jeopardy law, as outlined in the 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, restricts government, by collateral estoppel, from re-litigating against the same defense a fact necessarily found by the jury in a prior acquittal, as in Ashe v. Swenson, 397 U.S. 436 (1970); even if the jury hung on other counts as in Yeager v. United States, 557 U.S. 110 (2009).

Therefore, Howard Morgan should never have been tried a second time in 2012. Not withstanding that fact; even the evidence in the 2012 trial was insufficient to sustain a conviction. Therefore the Court is compelled to enter a judgment of acquittal.

The destruction of evidence, withholding of evidence and lack of evidence gathered did not allow Howard Morgan the due process of law afforded him under the U.S. Constitution, 14th Amendment, and the State of Illinois Constitution, Article 1, Section 2; as he was not given a fair trial in 2007 or 2012.

Howard Morgan's van was crushed and destroyed without notice or cause before any forensic investigation could be done.

The State only produced 3 of the 28 bullets shot into and taken from Howard Morgan's body, whereby the rest of the 25 bullets could have shown whether or not the police officers who shot Mr. Morgan shot him with his own gun after taking it from him.

Howard Morgan was never tested for gun residue to confirm if he even fired a weapon on the morning in question.

The State never produced the actual bullet proof vest worn by one of the officers who claimed to have allegedly taken a shot directly into the vest on the morning in question. The State only produced a replica.

All of the above facts are a blatant obstruction of justice.

The 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects against "double jeopardy."

The 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution affords the right to a "speedy trial" by an "impartial jury." (being tried twice over a period of five years is not speedy.)

The 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects against "cruel and unusual punishment."

The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution affords "due process of law."

All of the rights above, which are guaranteed Mr. Morgan by the U.S. Constitution have been violated by those representing the government which gave them to us.

On April 5, 2012, Howard Morgan was sentenced to 40 years in prison. He is currently being held at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, IL.

Another Day, Another Death by Memphis Police

The Memphis Police Department has become a death squad. Police shot and killed an unidentified man on Wednesday night, April 10. He was the fifth person (not the fourth as the newspaper incorrectly states) Memphis cops have shot and killed so far in 2013, and the 16th to die at the hands of the police since January, 2012. Tomorrow, funeral services will be held for George Golden, who died last week from injuries he received on March 27 when he was shot and then beaten by police as he lay injured on the ground.

Thanks to the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation, we learn about the many deaths of Memphis area residents by police officers. In 2012, there were at least 12 people, and that total does not include dead inmates whose demise is sometimes covered up like the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, my disabled brother who was secretly arrested for 18 days before being killed on August 1, 2003. It appears that 2013 is a more bloody year than 2012 was, since there were already five new deaths before the end of April.

In my experience, the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) has a "hands off" policy regarding violence from the Memphis Police Department and in the Shelby County, Tennessee Jail, even when the jail was under direct overview by the USDOJ. One does not know how much their protection from federal investigations and accountability costs Shelby County officials annually.

This writer feels strongly that if community control was established over the Memphis Police Department, the community oversight board would be peopled with individuals like those NAACP members who are/were on the Shelby County Board of Commissioners in 2003, which covered up Larry Neal's murder by "The Cochran Firm fraud" (Google the term). Unless and until the USDOJ protects the human rights of disenfranchised citizens - the black and poor - police violence will continue to escalate throughout America.

Alton Maddox: Kimani Gray - A Moment or a Movement

It has now been a month since members of the New York Police Department unlawfully gunned down 16-year-old Kimani Gray in Brooklyn. Some of those lethal missiles hit him in the back. The shooting of anyone in the back is a tell-tale sign of murder and it negates a credible claim of self-defense.

Under the facts of this case, an indictment for murder in the second degree can be signed, sealed and delivered to a judge within a day. "Justice delayed is justice denied". This is a basic tenet of American jurisprudence. A suspect is entitled to his or her day in court and not a month before a grand jury.

A grand jury is not empowered to conduct a full-blown trial. The law requires a grand jury to act on evidence supporting a prima facie case of murder, for example. Afterwards, a prosecutor should "let the chips fall where they may". No prosecutor should allow a police department to politicize a grand jury investigation.

Concerned citizens from Kimani Gray's neighborhood have asked me to share my expertise with them. I will share that expertise on this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Brooklyn Christian Center, 1061 Atlantic Ave. (bet. Classon and Franklin) in Brooklyn. Take the "C" train to Franklin Ave.

All Black "elected" officials should be accountable to their constituents. Among other things, this means regular town hall meetings. In 1988, UAM recognized that this duty was being honored in the breach citywide. Since 1988, UAM has filled the void despite attacks from the Giuliani administration and the New York Police Department. This financial undertaking should have been borne by Black selected officials and not by UAM. They are speechless on the assassination of Kimani Gray.

When I saw two Black selected officials who are members of the New York City Council, show up at the crime scene, it was evident that a full-scale pacification program had already started in a city with a predominately Black, Latino and Asian city council. This amounts to "white minority rule".

Our response to this senseless shooting should be "by the book". Propaganda is the first stage of warfare. We must fight "fire with fire". The second stage is economic sanctions. All fast-food joints, for example, within the geographical area of the local precinct should become lobbyists; that is, Blacks should stop patronizing them until these lobbyists march on police headquarters and City Hall. This approach, for merchants, should be expanded throughout Brooklyn. In the meantime, we should eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo, New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes are all Democrats. They have jurisdiction over the murder of Kimani Gray. Blacks should abandon the Democratic Party forthwith. Otherwise, Blacks are being short-changed. A political party should be a voice for its constituents and not for their pimps.

All Black-oriented media should be in sync with the wishes and aspirations of the Black community. There must be a meeting of the minds with all Black-oriented media outlets. No Black-oriented, media outlet should act contrary to the wishes and aspirations of the Black community.

The meeting this Wednesday evening should be well-attended. Black selected officials appeared momentarily at the crime scene to preside over a "moment". This assassination requires a "movement". Black selected officials and leading Blacks are barred from participating in a "movement". Tawana Brawley is an example of a "movement"."

Maafa21 is a movie about eugenics and Black genocide. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. After slavery, the Black man was considered obsolete and disposable. Our human rights have no little or no protection. One speaker on the film said if Blacks continue to push for equality, we will receive wholesale genocide. Eugenics through birth control and abortion are inadequate to sufficiently reduce Blacks' numbers in elitists' minds. Decision makers quoted on Maafa21 claimed Blacks are imbeciles, a people who drain the nation's economy and are incapable of self-governance. Decision makers placed roadblocks to our economic success and destroyed people and cities that disproved that racist theory. Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rosewood, Georgia are two examples. I believe Black genocide is planned and that concentration camps, biomass incinerators, drone planes, CPUs, enforced vaccinations and microchips are awaiting that use. The prison industrial complex greatly reduces the number of Black men (and increasingly, Black women) during their child-bearing years. The justice system is used to control opposition from individuals and groups that are not parties to the the annihilation of Black and brown people in America. For instance, a fugitive summons was just issued for Lorenzo Ervin, who co-chairs Memphis Black Autonomy Network. This happened after his organization announced plans for an anti-Klan protest in Memphis on March 30, when the KKK plans to hold a mass rally there. Memphis is the city where Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. were murdered. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and murdered after 18 days of secret incarceration in 2003.

The National Black Church Initiative (NBCI) denounced President Obama's "right" to order extrajudicial assassinations of persons who are denied any opportunity to face their accusers and defend themselves. NBCI is a faith-based coalition of 34,000 churches comprised of 15 denominations and 15.7 million African Americans. The article I read about NBCI's denouncement concerned drone planes but made no mention of NDAA Section 1021 for concentration camps or CPU bombs that reportedly can kill every man, woman, child and animal in a given geographic area but leave the buildings intact. Black Talk Radio Network published an article about the NBCI's denouncement which stated, "The Obama Administration has us believe that terrorism is the greatest threat to humanity, and that they reserve the right through the secular American creed to kill anyone, anywhere, who they label part of a terrorist organization."

Former U.S. president Jimmy Carter addressed concentration camp detainment in his article decrying America's human rights violations. He said, "In addition to American citizens’ being targeted for assassination or indefinite detention, recent laws have canceled the restraints in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to allow unprecedented violations of our rights to privacy through warrantless wiretapping and government mining of our electronic communications. Popular state laws permit detaining individuals because of their appearance, where they worship or with whom they associate."

Black and brown people have before us in Maafa21 the rationale for many injustices that happen to our people: We are considered (apparently, by the majority of Caucasians), to be inhuman imbeciles who are unworthy of either life or liberty. And preparations are seemingly underway to remove both. Until my brother was murdered by Memphis police and we were denied the accountability that dogs get after wrongful death, I believed America had almost overcome its racism. Even after justice for that murder was denied and I became a CoIntelPro target and endured lawyer fraud, surveillance and censorship, and a burglary during which court records and evidence was seized, I still was unwilling to agree with persons I considered to be radicals who told me Blacks have no respected human rights in America. You previously signed a petition to get justice for my father, Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr. I need your help again, this time for the justice at the federal level.

On November 19, 2011 68-year-old Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr. was shot and killed by members of the White Plains Police Department. He accidentally triggered his life-aid pendant, which he wore around his neck because he suffered from COPD and a mild heart condition. He had committed no crime.

Although the officers mocked, taunted, and used expletives (including the word 'nigger') to distract my father, the City of White Plains refused to indict the officers for misconduct in the fatal shooting. The Attorney General should initiate an investigation into the officers involved as well as the White Plains Police Department.

That's why I created a petition on SignOn.org to Chief of the Civil Rights Unit of the Southern District of New York David J. Kennedy, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, Assistant Attorney General Thomas E. Perez, and Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., which says:

We, the undersigned, agree and stand in solidarity with the family of Kenneth Chamberlain Jr. in demanding that Eric Holder do the right thing and indict these officers for violating the civil rights of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. We urge you to also place the White Plains Police Department under federal review.

"White Plains police acted with reckless abandonment and demonstrated a chilling disregard for the quality and sanctity of the life of Mr. Kenneth Chamberlain. Indeed, and at best, the White Plains Police Department violated both their mission statement and their sacred oath of office by facilitating the death of Mr. Chamberlain," stated Jimmy Bell, Department of Criminal Justice & Sociology, Jackson State University.

"CITIZEN" is usually defined this way: A native or naturalized member of a state or nation who owes allegiance to its government and is entitled to its protection (distinguished from alien). Allegiance involves paying taxes and providing military defense. Africans in America do that part, but government protection seriously lacks enforcement.

A spokesperson for Black Autonomy Cop Watch said, "The most dangerous gang in the city is the Memphis police department, of whom 24 have been arrested so far this year for crimes ranging from pimping and prostitution, drug distribution, assault on children, rape, robbery, and other offenses. This is the most corrupt police force in the country, and a threat to the lives of citizens of this city. Our approach is to try to expose and protest this corruption. The local NAACP and other traditional civil right groups have been either silent or in full support of the authorities."

Because of censorship, many people do not know about The Cochran Firm CoIntelPro program and the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, described at the website http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com . I appreciate the insight another guest, Taj Tarik Bey, gave after my presentation into why federal court ruled it "immaterial" that The Cochran Firm defrauded my family to protect Memphis Shelby County Jail from our wrongful death lawsuit after my brother's essential kidnapping and murder in the jail and why it was ruled lawful for The Cochran Firm to defraud my family to cover-up his murder, intimidate my family, and prevent disclosure of the crimes. Taj read from congressional records that explained why blacks are considered exempt from human rights in the USA, including the right to life, liberty, and protection of property.  My assigned censorship team cut my interview off after a while, but the host patched me back in on three-way calling.  I am America's Most Censored - http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2011/11/americas-most-censored-mary-neal.html  probably because there is no statute of limitations on Larry's murder, and the government has no intention of rendering justice in Larry Neal's demise and the government corruption that ensued to cover up his death. Their offenses include fraud by elected and appointed officials against United States of America (Shelby County officials falsified records from the jail to the USA by omitting Larry Neal's arrest and death, and U.S. officials accepted the fraudulent records, knowing them to be false).

During the show, the radio audience and I learned more about the Black Codes and the Dred Scott Decision (Dred Scott v. Sandford): "The black man has no rights that the white man is bound to honor." The Supreme Court has never explicitly overruled the Dred Scott decision. The Black Codes are laws in the United States after the Civil War with the effect of limiting the basic human rights and civil liberties of blacks. Even though the U.S. Constitution discriminated against blacks (as "other people") and both Northern and Southern states had passed discriminatory legislation from the early 19th century, the term Black Codes is used most often to refer to legislation passed by Southern states at the end of the Civil War to control the labor, migration and other activities of "freed" slaves (Wikipedia). Blacks have never been granted full citizenship in the USA, which is why our right to vote is reviewed every 25 years under the Voting Rights Act. This sets African Americans, whose families have lived, worked in, and protected America for 400 years, beneath immigrants who gain citizenship through the naturalization process after a few years of their arrival in the USA. Evidence that the Black Codes are in effect can be observed best in the U.S. justice system, which determined that the Neal family deserves no due process of law regarding the secret arrest and murder of mentally, physically handicapped member, Larry Neal  - no records, no explanation, no inquest, and no freedom of speech about his murder. Further evidence is available by observing the rate at which blacks are enslaved and executed in the prison industrial complex or killed by police under the color of law, with most such killings being ruled "justified" whether or not the victim was armed. Enslavement of blacks in the 21st century is made possible in large part by other blacks who help to oppress their fellows. People's whose human rights are suppressed on record and by law should be especially concerned about NDAA - the right to imprison people (or "a people") in concentration camps without any criminal charges or trials.

Excuse me, Detective Miller of DeKalb County Police Department, you did not explain to me why crimes against me were not considered crimes. You told me that taking over my computer and telephone and erasing data from my hard drive and editing my online articles were not "crimes," but you did not tell me why.

Excuse me, City of Atlanta. You told me you refuse to pay for police threatening me with Tasers and arrest if I did not shut up and go home. You held it was permissible for the police to tell me I have no civil rights in Atlanta and no right to speak to people there about my brother's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail and to warn people about The Cochran Firm fraud against Katherine Johnston's survivors after your police did a home invasion and killed the 92-year-old black woman, but you did not tell me why I had no free speech rights.

Excuse me, Memphis Shelby County Jail. I did not know the government had given you the right to kill black men when and how you feel like doing it without any need to give records and explanations or pay wrongful death lawsuits to the victims' families. I understand that Memphis Police have a body count of 10 so far this year.

Excuse me, The Cochran Firm. I did not know you were employed to keep up the pretense of protecting civil rights for minority people that we are deemed by the government not to actually have.

Excuse me, DeKalb County Police Department. I thought you were wrong to come to my home and dare me to go to the DeKalb County Government building and apply to see CEO Burrill Ellis about continuous crimes against me (censorship, gangstalking, extortion) that police refuse to address. I did not know until the show on October 16, 2012, that police are not intended to protect citizens but corporations like The Cochran Firm and the prison industrial complex.

Excuse me, officials. I realize the CORPORATION is not ready for blacks to know their position, or burglars would not have been dispatched to my home on August 11, 2012, to steal two boxes of court records - original pleadings and evidence judges blocked from going before a jury in our lawsuits against The Johnnie Cochran Firm by lying and saying there is no Cochran Firm in Georgia (Georgia Superior Court) that crimes against our family are "immaterial" (U.S. District Court). Rather than invoking the First Amendment, I invoke my God-given freedom of expression to reveal these abuses - murder, fraud, cover-up, stalking, censorship, and financial persecution.

It might interest the CORPORATION to know that whereas you had me fooled for 50 years, and I believed I had civil and human rights in the United States that were protected by law, you never fooled my 80-year-old mother. After receiving the federal court's decision that crimes against my family were deemed to be "immaterial," I said to my mother, "Mama, I thought we were free." She looked at me over the top of her glasses and said, "Did you think that? I never did."

A friend was astonished when she visited me recently and witnessed a neighbor darting around in her yard two houses away and peering at us from behind trees, although I had told my friend numerous times that my neighbors are actually a surveillance and gangstalking team. My friend was surprised to see the woman's antics although she had helped me gather evidence to sue The Cochran Firm in federal court and had learned much about the CoIntelPro program. I told her that when the Neals go out of our front door, people across the street must come outside and "watch" us, but when we go in the backyard, watching us is the responsibility of the family in that peeping woman's house. People who have been suppressed and denied justice are never trusted, because fear of retaliation is very strong. Descendants of "former" slaves should know this, especially with 1 in 9 of our men under age 34 locked in prisons and jails because they are considered to be fighting age and because slavery is still a booming business in the USA.
