Human Trafficking by Government - Kids4Cash

Apparently the boys’ mother, Biannela Susana, was not at home at the time of the incident, but she waited several hours before taking her injured son to the hospital. Reports have said that she searched the internet for various questions regarding being knocked unconscious and also concussions on children. While those searches seem innocent and even normal, there were also searches found on her laptop that included downloading music and a visit to YouTube.

Who Is at Fault?  Susana is charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and felony child abuse.  She is in jail on a $1 million bond and faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted. Cristian Fernandez’s public defenders argue that it is the mother who is to blame and Fernandez should not find himself in the adult criminal system.

NOTE:  It is best to read this entire article before opening links, because my links do not open in a new window as they should and you would need to use the back arrow to return to complete the article.  My news reports are censored.  The entire article at LawInfo.com is available at this short link - .  LawInfo.com offers many articles that increase awareness about what the 1% plans through the injustice system. The petition against trying Fernandez as an adult is at this link:  http://goo.gl/gfNKi - In March 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court was asked to decide whether youngsters could be questioned in their schools by police or social workers without their parents' knowledge and permission, with no attorney present, and without any Miranda warning.  Everyone who faces prosecution should have their rights respected and protected, especially children and mentally ill people who account for 25% of false confessions. Please see "Juvenile Justice - Kids 4 Cash" at this link for details about children in two cases that were before the High Court for a determination about juvenile' rights in criminal justice at http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2011/03/juvenile-justice-kids-4-cash.html  .  Some people believe the Supreme Court's rulings were vague regarding children having equal or greater protection under the law against self-incrimination and offered little definitive direction to lower courts.

While black, Latino, and poor white children and adults are prosecuted and sentenced for murders, proved and unproved, the United States Government and Memphis Shelby County Jail steadfastly refuse to respond to my family's requests for documents and information about the 18 days of secret arrest and murder of my mentally and physically disabled brother, Larry Neal.  His essential kidnapping and death in secret government custody are covered-up by the injustice system which denies investigation and release of records in order to shield offenders within the system. Therefore, those who prosecute twelve-year-old Christian cannot be doing it out of repulsion for murder, since the system shields murderers at will.  Christian's mother was only 12 when he was born.  More information on the family is available at this link - http://goo.gl/cDoq2 .  The FOX News report about Christian's mother (mentioned in the article LawInfo.com excerpt above) can be found at this link:  http://goo.gl/1fT5y

A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD CHILD'S ARREST

Thanks for reading this advocacy article for the least of these, His brethren, by Mary Neal, website - http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com - director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) at http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi - a Care2 group for which I am illegally deprived of the opportunity to edit the billboard because hackers are paid to interfere with my advocacy for human and civil rights in America.  Such violations against my free speech and freedom of press rights and refusal by the injustice system to honor U.S. Code 18, sections 242, 245 and other applicable law gave rise to a civil action, Mary Neal v. USA re Racism, Conspiracy and Terrorism, which you can read about at this link - http://goo.gl/eiqoI   - Please comment below or TRY to call me at 678.531.0262, email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com, and follow me at Twitter where I am @koffietime at http://twitter.com/koffietime - Befriend me at Google+, Facebook, and Care2.  Thanks for your interest in my justice reports at MaryLovesJustice, FreeSpeakBlog, JusticeGagged, MaryNeal on HubPages, Duo at NowPublic.com, Mary Neal's Care2 Sharebook, and various other online sites.  Oppose Senate Bill 968, the IP Protection Act, a/k/a "Internet Censorship Bill," or the Internet will be placed under the U.S. Justice Department.  Attorney General Eric Holder and his successors will then decide what Americans can upload on the Internet, and the government would be allowed to redirect our links, control our browsers, and delete websites as it sees fit (without hiring stalkers to do this covertly).  Blessings!

DP - The Unholy Race

Entertainment through Capital Punishment

Scores quoted below for states in the DP race are from 2010. Some have made great strides since then.

1.     CAPITAL PUNISHMENT has long been a favorite sport. You may be surprised to know that Texas was not among the top five in the DP race until after 1976. States may get double points for executing innocents or mentally challenged people, but the scores I found give all executions equal weight. Virginia leads the nation with 1,386 executions.  Before 1976, Texas' score was just 755, but killing another 475 since then brought Texas to 1,230.  The Long Horn State can take the lead with another 50 or so people unless Virginia steps up her pace.  Below are scores by state between 1608 and 1976 (lynchings are not included) for the top five states.
Virginia - 1277
New York - 1,130
Pennsylvania - 1040
Georgia - 950
North Carolina - 784

2.     South Carolina was not in the top five, but no one can doubt its commitment to execution. That state holds the record for executing the youngest person, 14-year-old George Stinney.  Of course, George was black.  He was only 5'1" tall and weighed just 95 pounds. His guilt is highly doubtful.  Some people advocate resumption of juvenile executions.  See a picture of George Stinney and learn more about his death at this link:  Juvenile Justice - Kids 4 Cash  http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2011/03/juvenile-justice-kids-4-cash.html  - The law is tough on minority children. A 12-year-old Florida boy, Christian Fernandez, is charged with first degree murder. I wrote about him in "Human Trafficking by Government - Kids4Cash" at this link:  http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2011/10/human-trafficking-by-government.html  - I don't think the D.A. can ask for the death penalty in his case since juvenile executions were outlawed, thankfully!

3.     Execution (especially of potentially innocent people, the mentally challenged, and minors) is not something they want us discussing online, although it happens. Capital punishment is like a burp, which polite people ignore. Hackers are paid to destroy my computers to prevent my advocacy against criminalizing mental illness and capital punishment. Online activism for human rights may be seriously curtailed if/when one of the Internet censorship bills that are continually introduced finally passes. H.R.3261 and S.968 were defeated in January 2012, but Sen. McCain already introduced another bill that civil rights advocates and organizations believe will endanger net freedom. SOPA and PIPA proposed putting the Internet under the U.S. Attorney's Office. Can you imagine? Like China! Another concern, ACTA, is a treaty that was signed in November 2011 to give other countries, including China, a measure of control over what can go online or remain there. Google "EFF ACTA" for more information about the international intellectual property protection treaty.

4.     Handicapped and potentially innocent people may be worth double points in the DP race.
Troy Davis was executed on September 21, 2011, and serious doubt remains about his guilt. He declared his innocence in his last moments and asked people who care about justice to "continue fighting this fight" to clear his name. Of course, efforts to clear Troy Davis postpartum and also end DP would spoil the game and reduce prison profits. Prisons are paid significantly more for warehousing a condemned inmate than they get for inmates in maximum security prisons or those in the general prison population. Therefore, censorship was used against my Change.org petition to the U.S. Justice Department and Georgia Bureau of Investigation for a new investigation of deceased Officer MacPhail's murder. http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2011/11/petition-by-davismacphail-truth.html Petition by Davis/MacPhail Truth Committee. The article has voice recordings of Davis' last request and more information. One day soon, we will relaunch the petition at another site.

5. Please pray for Thomas Arthur, an Alabama condemned man. His 2009 DNA test eliminated him for all items tested. More items could be tested at his attorneys' expense, but Alabama refuses. See his DNA test results http://www.thomasarthurfightforlife.com/images/Arthur_DNA_Test_Results_07-20090001.pdf - Thomas Arthur faces execution on March 29, 2012 unless God intervenes through some righteous person in government. Google "Mary Neal Thomas Arthur" for my articles about him. I have followed his case for years despite much cyberstalking to prevent my reports.

6.     Pray for Hank Skinner. He was scheduled for execution AGAIN on November 9, 2011, but he was granted a stay of execution. Texas still has not let him test his DNA against the evidence, as far as I know. If Hank is killed without irrefutable proof of his guilt, he would be worth double points, too. You can see his support page at Twitter @Justice4Hank at http://twitter.com/justice4hank . Google my article, "Hank Skinner, Human Sacrifice for the 1%."

7. Mentally Ill inmates may be worth double points in the DP race. Please pray for Jeff Wood. Jeff Wood is a mentally challenged young man on Texas death row under the law of parties. That means the State knows Wood never killed anyone, but he was induced to go to the store one day with a man who murdered the store manager while Wood obediently sat inside a truck like the retarded youth had been instructed to do by his devious friend. Wood reportedly did not even know that a robbery/murder was happening. Excerpt from my article about Wood at NowPublic.com states, "The actual shooter in this case, Daniel Reneau, has already been executed by the State of Texas." Renault's brother commented at the article, saying that his brother should have spoken up and cleared Wood before his own execution. Wood's family commented also. I'm so cyberstalked for being an effective abolitionist now that I think cyberstalkers make it difficult for people to comment at my articles any longer. I just say to power, "Please do unto others what you would have them do unto you and your loved ones." Continue reading about Wood at OpEdNews: "Jeff Wood, Condemned Mental Patient"
http://www.opednews.com/articles/JEFF-WOOD-CONDEMNED-MENTA-by-Mary-Neal-080821-368.html

Another article about Jeff Wood was published at NowPublic.com, where this Christian human rights advocate published 174 articles to promote justice in America. When NowPublic.com sold/merged with the Examiner, my articles were apparently discontinued. If they ever re-emerge online, please read comments at the article below that were from Jeff Wood's relatives and from the real shooter's brother.
Scheduled for Texas Execution: Jeff Wood, a Mentally Challenged Young Man | NowPublic News Coverage http://www.nowpublic.com/world/scheduled-texas-execution-jeff-wood-mentally-challenged-young-man#ixzz1qXyDyaCf

8. Please pray for Andre Thomas. No sane person would eat his eyes. But an insane man did. Andre Thomas ate one eye while awaiting trial for killing his estranged wife and children. He cut their hearts out and took the hearts home in his pocket to keep them close to him (his words). Andre ate his second eye in 2009. Should acute mental patients be executed for their crimes? Members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) do not think so, and neither does the Supreme Court. But Texas, where Andre awaits the death needle, disagrees. Andre remains on death row. See this legal blog
http://www.shermancriminallawyer.com/2010/09/andre-thomas-sane-enough-to-di.html "Andre Thomas - Sane Enough to Die? - Part 1." I was not allowed to extend the date to accept signatures on my petition to save Andre Thomas that I launched at Care2. I changed the date numerous times, but the edit was not allowed to take effect. Stalkers assigned to censor Mary Neal are adamant DP supporters.

9.     SEE HOW YOUR STATE RANKS IN THE DP RACE at Death Penalty Information Center (DPIC). The pre-1976 DP scorecard for each state at this  link:  http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/executions-united-states-1608-1976-state - I wonder if people take bets on whether condemned persons will receive a stay of execution. Of course, it is too late for Troy Davis, but what is your wager on four condemned inmates listed in this article: Thomas Arthur (AL), Hank Skinner, Jeff Wood, and Andre Thomas (TX)?

10.     In a world with seven billion people, some decision makers think life is cheap. Ignoring potential innocence and mental illness of condemned persons is indicative of that problem. This is especially true in Bible Belt states, where lynching was a favorite sport in the 1930s and 40s. In the 21st century, human and civil rights are regularly being challenged at state and federal levels. For example, concentration camps are to be erected under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which was enacted in December 2011. NDAA allows indefinite military detention without naming a crime and without any trial.

11.  Cyberstalkers attacked my efforts to notify our readers about H.R.3785, a congressional bill to repeal NDAA's concentration camp provision and eliminate that nasty threat. Obviously, the same people who pay my cyberstalkers to prevent advocacy to decriminalize mental illness and end capital punishment are also interested in having concentration camps. Thank you for reading and sharing this article, which has thirteen(13) numbered paragraphs and additional data at nine(9) links. What is your bet on yourself and people you care about as officials grow increasingly immoral? An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere (MLK).

12.  Abolition article by Mary Neal, Website:  Wrongful Death of Larry Neal  http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com  - Director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI)  http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi  - I remain a committed abolitionist despite threats. GOD is against DP (Psalm 102:19-20), especially by a justice system that is NOT without sin, having officials who helped to cover up my disabled brother's murder under secret arrest and engaged in other atrocities over many years. It is The Justice Department's responsibility to prosecute cyberstalkers who take over my phone and PCs to prevent my advocacy, because Americans still have freedom of pres and free speech on paper. But my requests for help are REJECTED. America should "be what she said on paper" (MLK). The Bible instructs:
"He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone." (John 8:7)

Occupy Wall Street Protest Demand - DIVEST or RESIGN!

(10 numbered paragraphs, 10 links, 2 photos)
1.  Occupy Wall Street protesters should demand that conflicts of interest among decision makers be eliminated. The main issue is that corporations got tax breaks and bail-outs while Americans got left out.  To reverse that, only one change is necessary:  DEMAND THAT ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS DIVEST THEMSELVES OF CORPORATE STOCK. Officials are not inclined to vote against their own wallets and stock portfolios. Three main reasons for America's economic woes are wars, mass incarceration, and outsourcing jobs to prisons and overseas. Officials with stock that performs best during wars or because of high incarceration benefit by continuing those conditions.  That is why wars escalate, environmental protections suffer, and corporate interests are prioritized over Americans regardless of what political party is dominant or the races of decision makers.  Simply put, our representatives and other decision makers ARE the 1%.

2.  Most Occupy Wall Street protesters at this point are white.  Many working class whites have come to realize that elitists do not have their best interests at heart.  Americans of every race and educational level are financially challenged.  This is happening because globalization involves flattening the U.S. economy so that corporations can pay equivalent wages in America, Africa, China, India, and other markets.  Rather than bringing workers throughout the world up to American standards, elitists attack collective bargaining in the United States.  Corporations outsource jobs to prisons and overseas to avoid union wages, minimum wage laws, benefits, and worker safety laws. Companies that do not outsource work have difficulty competing, and many are forced to downsize or close.

3.  Many middle class voters championed the laws and policies that created the nation's problems.  The middle class were last to feel the negative effects, but poverty trinkles up. Tough on crime laws and the war on drugs led to 2.3 million people being incarcerated in America, and over a million jobs (including union jobs) disappeared behind bars to be done by prison laborers.  Secondly, the never-ending war on terror means never enough money for Americans. Imperialist wars on borrowed money have a devastating effect on domestic programs.  Money for education, social security and health care is depleted by military spending.  Finally, citizens' apathy regarding police brutality leads to increased aggression among abusive police officers.  During Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, police overuse force on people who probably never expected to be attacked by law enforcement personnel.  They may never have protested police violence such as the murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother who died under undisclosed circumstances 18 days after he was secretly arrested in Shelby County Jail, TN - http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/ .  We must remember that as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. stated, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

4.  Michigan is a good observation point for the corporate takeover of America. Duly-elected officials in Benton Harbor were effectively fired and replaced with a city manager with ties to Whirlpool Corporation.  This happened because of a budget deficit that residents claim was caused in the first place by Whirlpool's tax breaks.  Hundreds more city managers are currently in training.  Roughly 41,000 needy Michigan families reportedly lost their welfare benefits in October.  Welfare recipients ordinarily spend 100% of their incomes every month.  The decrease in consumer spending will have a negative effect not only on indigent families with dependent children who rely on that income, but also on the state's businesses, crime rate, and quality of life for all residents.  If other states follow suit and enforce four- or five-year term limits on welfare recipients during what is essentially a depression in minority communities, it will only worsen America's financial situation.  Hundreds of thousands of indigent children going homeless and hungry will not reverse the downward spiral America is in primarily because of military spending, but abandoning the poor will make this nation like third world countries where war is constant and life is cheap. The BH BANCO website chronicles the corporate takeover of an American city at this link:  http://bhbanco.blogspot.com/ .  I usually join Rev. Edward Pinkney, director of BANCO and the Benton Harbor chapter of the NAACP, on his one-hour Blogtalk Radio show each Sunday from 5:00 p.m. EST.  The show's call-in number is (347) 994-3644. Taped broadcasts are available online at http://t.co/UNpfYWY .  We discuss initiatives to combat the corporate takeover of America and reverse the loss of civil and human rights.

5.  Another clear example of corporate profits overriding the interests of society is the criminal justice system.  Few officials are willing to curtail their own financial growth for righteousness sake.  Therefore, Americans pay $50 billion annually to imprison millions of nonviolent offenders, and prison companies earn billions more every year through work projects. Two tragedies are that guilt and innocence are not as relevant as they should be and that prisons have become America's mental hospitals as well as the nation's new slave plantations. Inmates produce 100% of military uniforms and other essentials except for weapons.  Inmates fish, make eyeglasses, assemble computers, provide customer service, manufacture office furniture and more for the government and Fortune 500 companies. Judges and defense attorneys who own prison stock should RECUSE THEMSELVES from all criminal investigations and trials or be prosecuted for antitrust violations. The nation's prosecutors and Justice Department personnel and their spouses or minor children should not be prison investors. Prison investors earn for every person who is sentenced to a private jail or prison and are in the position to earn in the future by placing people on probation. Cleansing the criminal justice system of prison investors would reduce prison costs and eliminate the main reason for wrongful convictions and excessive sentencing.  There can be no justice in a courtrooms where judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys benefit financially when defendants are found guilty.

6.  Occupy Wall Street is an opportunity for all Americans to come together without regard to race and socioeconomic backgrounds and protest corporate greed and government misdeeds. However, every protest needs clearly stated demands to be effective. Divesting representatives of corporate stock is the only way to make a significant change in the way decisions are made in America.  It is a big goal, but Occupy Wall Street is a big protest and much is at stake.  As Nobel Prize winning economist Joseph Stiglitz stated, "Globalization’s advocates are right that it has the potential to raise everyone’s living standards. But it has not done that."

DIVEST OR RESIGN!  DIVEST OR RESIGN!

7.  "Occupy Wall Street Protest Demand" is an advocacy article by Mary Neal, director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill at http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi   - I am now placing ads on my articles, complimentary for human and civil rights orgs and activists for 30 days or indefinitely. Try to contact me at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com and let me know on which article you would like to place a link or ad, or use the comment section below this blog or my other two Blogger blogs - FreeSpeakBlog at http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/ and Justice Gagged http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/  - People cannot care about situations they do not know about.  It is time for everyone to wake up and help others to also awaken.  Try to follow me at Twitter where I am @koffietime - http://twitter.com/koffietime - and I will try to follow you back.

8.  My complimentary ad for this article recommends writing by Joseph Stiglitz to present his ideas regarding globalization gone wrong:  (1) Joseph Stiglitz's website: http://www.bigspeak.com/joseph-stiglitz.html  and (2) Joseph Stiglitz on Project Syndicate - A World of Ideas:  http://www.project-syndicate.org/series/unconventional_economic_wisdom/description

9.  Occupy Wall Street protesters recognize that in addition to the U.S. economy being flattened, so are Americans' civil and human rights.  My experience with The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm and the United States Department of Justice after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder and the ongoing cover-up affirms that government officials are not committed to the level of fairness required to move America forward. Censorship and retaliation are fascists' response when their sins are uncovered.  Over 800 Occupy protesters have been arrested in different cities, and some were brutalized by police.  News regarding Occupy Wall Street that was initially stifled in mainstream media reports was widely published online, including videos that captured police brutality against Americans peacefully using their First Amendment rights. It is therefore important to fight elitists' plans to put the Internet in America under the Justice Department through Senate Bill 968, the IP Protection Act, a/k/a "Internet Censorship Bill." Freedom of assembly, free speech, and freedom of press are enemies of fascism and are under attack in America.

10.  For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. ~ 1 Timothy 6:10. We are in this grievous position because of decision makers who serve their bank accounts rather than constituents.  As corporation owners and investors, they have a serious conflict of interest.  Only removing the conflict will eliminate the problem. "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other" ~ Matt. 6:24.  Move big business out of government. Tell elected and appointed government officials to DIVEST OR RESIGN.

World Day Against DP - Oct 10

October 10, 2011 is World Day Against DP.  I am against capital punishment, war without provocation, discrimination based on race and class in the justice system, criminalizing mental illness, and hypocrisy, especially among leaders. My recent anti-DP articles were published in FreeSpeakBlog, including: "Mary Neal v. USA re Racism, Conspiracy and Terrorism" at this link  http://goo.gl/eiqoI and "Troy Davis Murder Theory" at this link http://goo.gl/gfo2S  (Please Google the titles if the links fail.)

Below is a letter I received from Reprieve:

Dear Mary

This year's World Day Against the Death Penalty focuses on the inhumanity of the death penalty as a cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment.

Lethal injections are experimental and frequently botched – leading to an agonisingly painful death.

The first in the 'three-drug cocktail' is an anesthetic to put the prisoner to sleep; the second is a paralyzing agent to immobilize them; the third is a massive overdose of potassium chloride to stop their heart. If the first drug fails - often the dose is too low or the IV is not inserted properly - the prisoner remains awake, able to feel appalling pain but frozen in silence, paralyzed by the pancuronium. This is a botched lethal injection. The prisoner suffocates slowly until the potassium chloride shocks the heart so severely it stops beating. If the prisoner remains conscious at this point the pain is excruciating.

This is cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment
. Reprieve's Stop Lethal Injection Project has been fighting to end the trade in drugs used for executions and so far has been successful in preventing supplies from Austria, Denmark, India, Italy, Germany and the UK from reaching US death rows. Today we have called on healthcare professionals to help us debunk the myth that lethal injection is 'humane'.

Advocacy by Mary Neal - Website: http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com - director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill http://www.care2.com/c2c/group/aimi

Repeat of paragraph 1:  October 10, 2011 is World Day Against DP.

CoIntelPro often codes my first paragraph not to show on the cell phone view, so it is repeated above the photographs.  Unfortunately, anti-DP advocacy is highly censored. In July, cyberstalkers attacked my three Blogger blogs immediately after I published articles against Senate Bill 968, the IP Protection Act, a/k/a "Internet Censorship Bill." Google, a free speech hero, reinstated the blogs in the interest of freedom of press. Senate Bill 968 proposes putting the Internet under the U.S. Justice Department, which could end online advocacy against DP and other injustices.  Regarding capital punishment, the Bible says:  For He hath looked down from the height of His sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth; to hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death - Psalm 102:19-20.
