Join Mary Neal vs. CoIntelPro; Koffietime Tweets Restrained

Hello, online friends. Hackers prevented my posting recent tweets to this blog like I usually do from time to time. I suspect they may have prevented the tweets I directed to certain individuals and groups from posting on the recipients' view. I strongly suspect the hackers are police officers misusing government property (surveillance equipment) to disrupt my First Amendment rights to free speech and freedom of press, my right to assemble online with like-minded individuals, my right to share grievances with government officials as well as my right to practice my religion. I cannot seem to get their superiors, including elected and appointed officials, to care and uphold the law. Next we will try the United Nations, and I promise to notify you of the outcome. See the video showing my efforts to post the tweets embedded below and at YouTube's https://youtu.be/kQjwi97fsjM MaryLovesJustice channel. I have lots of videos there that captured cyberstalking in this land where black women do not have a right to speak. Someone should have warned poor, little Korryn Gaines about that.
God demands that Christians speak up for the poor and needy, judge righteously, and stand up for everyone who is appointed to destruction. That's all I do online, and God told all His children to do likewise: obey Proverbs 31:8-9. I also remind elitists that Jesus said we are to treat others as we wish to be treated ourselves. That instruction is not better received in the 21st century than when Jesus said it. I want to remind police hackers and government oppressors that you must not harm me for obeying God. Jesus already died for you and for me as well as police victims who suffered catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths, fatal arrests, prisoner torture and murder, illegal surveillance, censorship, rape, long-term solitary confinement torture, execution, extrajudicial assassinations, collusion against civil and human rights, and other crimes against humanity under the color of law. Repent and be saved. These are the Last Days, and Tribulation is beginning now.

I hereby request that the Internet gods please direct their censorship staff to stop curtailing freedom of press about the four men on my recent grid. It took over an hour for me to create the photo below, which I recommend for others to try doing at Ribbet.com. Sometimes hackers take over at Ribbet, also, but one has to be persistent. Try not to lose your temper. God said be long-suffering. Great is our reward in heaven as we fight against principalities and powers on high to obey our Lord! Glory, hallelujah! Amen!
Frankly, I am tempted to leave online advocacy work, because I sometimes cuss when police hackers interfere with my articles, social media posts, and photographs like the one above that shows three men who can still be saved. They were positioned in houses near mine in Georgia where they take over my modem and phones (one must be within 100 yards to use somebody's modem, I was told). The photo showing endangered and dead men is my cover page at Facebook, but Facebook did not announce it when I changed my cover page for the very first time. The bible says it is not good for blessings and cursing to proceed from the same mount. My brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested and murdered by the Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Then the U.S. Department of Justice helped the facility cover-up the murder, because the USA does not respect the right to life of "useless eaters" (Hitler's term for physically and mentally disabled people). But we must watch our tempers and trust God honor His Word and get revenge. That is NOT our job. Our job is to remain humble, obedient, prayerful, and seek nonviolent social change. I suggest that all working class and poor Americans of every race must unite and Boycott4Justice. That is a nonviolent, effective protest.

More information is detailed at my Facebook page for the week ending August 6. If you are interested, please see more videos (if they let you) at my Justice Gagged blog, http://JusticeGagged.blogspot.com and at my MaryLovesJustice YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/MaryLovesJustice

Fight me if you want, but remember that "your arms are too short to box with God." I have decided to live for Jesus. I will NOT turn back. Amen, thank you, Jesus! Bless everyone who is covered with the blood of the Lamb. Our Rapture is coming soon. I hope to meet many online friends at the Wedding Feast, but you MUST obey Proverbs 31:8-9, Hebrews 13:3, Matthew 25:40, and all verses that advocate LOVE. Begin by sharing this article, please. I'm censored, but God put many people on the battlefield with me, and some of the best human rights advocates are not even Christians. Blessings to all humanitarians. Thank you for assisting in God's fight (the battle is His).

Police Kill Black Women; Congress Applauds

Black women have been regularly killed by #police since ‪the U.S. ‎Congress‬ gave Capital Hill Police a standing ovation for the ‪extrajudicial assassination of Mariam Carey, a young mother whose car hit a barricade at street level near the White House in 2013. Her car had light damage, but the #media lied and called Carey a "White House gate crasher." https://www.facebook.com/miriam.carey.stamford/
The latest victim: #sayhername - #KorrynGaines

The legal system later arrested Carey's family's wrongful death attorney, Eric Sanders,
possibly as punishment for defending Carey's human rights and her civil rights to stand trial in traffic court for her fender bender (her air bag never deployed). Naturally, Carey's instinct was to save herself and her child when police started chasing her car with guns drawn, so she tried in vain to escape the scene of the accident. Carey's child was strapped in a car seat behind her mother. Luckily, police removed Carey's child before opening fire on the unarmed black woman, a 34-year-old dental hygienist, and killed her. The five-year-old son of police officers' latest black female victim, Korryn Gaines, was shot in his leg but is expected to recover.

The police killings of black women are unsettling for my 93-year-old paraplegic mother and myself, since we help suffering people seek justice after crimes against humanity in America like Carey's lawyer. We embarked on this mission after being denied due process of law following the secret arrest and "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" (a link to the website is below). Larry was my mentally and physically disabled brother, a 54-year-old harmless heart patient who was killed after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail on August 1, 2003. On July 16, 2016, I discovered that my modem is shared by at least seven near neighbors who are hackers and suspected DeKalb County police officers (I will publish the addresses next time). Their job is to censor, intimidate, and financially persecute us. Having control over one's phone and emails empowers Nazis to prevent legal assistance, job offers, and donations from supporters.

More information about these four black women is available at the following links (unless NSA redirects your browser).

Persecution and Censorship of Mary and Hattie Neal
The video https://youtu.be/387PbHHh8o8 is evidence of hackers. My family only had three devices connected to the modem, but hackers brought the number to ten. We were informed that hackers must be within 100 yards of one's modem to use it. We feel that we have lived under siege for years, and I often complained to my readers about being surrounded by "citizens police." Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest during the Bush administration, and most crimes to keep his murder secret happened during the Obama administration. Therefore, no assistance from police, politicians, or media companies ensued. Instead, terrorism and censorship against his family continues 13 years later. My mother and I are like women who were gang-raped by wealthy, reputable men who then decide to isolate and kill the victims lest they become witnesses to their crimes. The director of one human rights organization told me in 2012 to stop writing about our denial of due process of law regarding Larry's murder because it could interfere with President Obama's reelection. This administration pretends to care about women's rights and justice for black people; therefore, my terrorism increased during that election.

Police Order Facebook to Deactivate Her Facebook Page While They Kill Her

It is time for everyone, especially black women, to lay aside racial prejudice. It is mostly black men persecuting me for the government. And although I have shared the persecution, intimidation, and censorship I undergo as a human rights activist with many black-owned media companies (I have written so much about it over the past decade that they all know), Patriot News is one of very few medias that help to safeguard my mother and me by publishing news of our terrorism. See three samples below:

Government spokespersons would likely allege that I am delusional for "imagining" an open season on black women was declared in the highest eschelons of this corporate government when Congress gave police a standing ovation for killing Mariam Carey. If so, I am in good company for being mislabeled because I distrust an oppressive government that killed my disabled brother and also killed my brother who was a Marine Corps veteran with Agent Orange. The government routinely rules such deaths as Korryn Gaines and Mariam Carey suffered "justified." Having no excuse for killing Larry, his murder was covered-up. People who complain are called nuts. The News Commenter and USA Today reported that President Obama called this nation's forefathers delusional because they overthrew English tyranny.

TheNewsCommenter
Published on Jan 8, 2016 - Last night's CNN Town Hall with president Obama was hard to watch for many reasons. Not least of which was when Obama talked about how Americans are paranoid and have conspiracies about the federal government. In the video below he actually points to The American Revolutionary war between the 13 colonies of the United States and Great Britain as an example of American's being "suspicious of some distant authority."

All people who reject oppression are punished by oppressors as much as possible, especially blacks. That is why Haiti is still being punished today for overthrowing French governance. Korryn Gaines was arrested during a traffic stop in March, and she refused to cooperate with the officer. She did not threaten him, but her Philosophy of Liberty was so pronounced that she had to be punished. As a result, her five-year-old son was shot and will emerge from the hospital as a motherless child. What happened to Gaines and my own oppression are lessons for all people in the United States of America, not only black women. My mother and I are persecuted for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?" and because we advocate for other oppressed Americans of all races. Asserting human and civil rights for self and others is punished in America.

As two black Atlanta police officers told me in 2010 when I attempted to speak to people in conversational tones on the sidewalk outside The Cochran Firm office on Peachtree Street, "You'd better get your ass home before we Taser and arrest you. You have no rights here."

Exposed: Inciting Race War in America

Exposed: Inciting Race War in America: I DON'T BELIEVE a black former Los Angeles police officer named Christopher Dorner killed police officers in California and then burned up in a house fire that left only his (fireproof?) I.D., and I don't believe a black military man named Micah Xavier Johnson shot police officers in Texas and was then destroyed by a bomb. If these are false flag operations, they target blacks in the United States unjustly for hatred and retaliation, and I ask that this dramatization immediately end. See "The NDAA Legalizes The Use of Propaganda on the US Public," a Business Insider article dated May 2012 ...  See the entire article at FreeSpeakBlog by using the link. This article has different information on the same subject: using false flags to overturn democracy and possibly do ethnic cleansing in the USA.
What is most disturbing about dramatizations that portray blacks as being ENRAGED BEASTS WHO WANT TO "KILL WHITEY" is that like NDAA has provisions for allowing propaganda, staging dramatizations, treating Americans like enemy combatants, taking over our computers, phones and Internet communications, it also has provisions for CONCENTRATION CAMPS for U.S. citizens.

Black people, below is a list to study with your families naming offenses that will lead to your extrajudicial assassinations by ‪#‎police‬ in the USA. Also, please note that the prez signed an EO on July 1 to use the military on U.S. "citizens." This indicates that ‪#‎blacklivesmatter‬ as a negative consequence of slavery to some people who may be planning our annihilation.

Please note that Jamaica has issued a travel advisory for the United States warning its citizens that their lives would be at risk here. This is news from OutaJamaica.com: "If Black People Leave Willingly, We Won't Have to Kill Them, Says KKK." A Klan member spoke to +NBC News about President Obama planning to intern whites in concentration camps. The atmosphere of #terror that ensued in America after #NDAA became law threatens our homeland security. See the NBC reporter interview Klan members on a video:

While many whites think the NDAA #camps were established to warehouse Caucasians, this writer believes they are intended to be multi-racial and were established primarily for blacks and Christians but also for everybody who has physical or mental disabilities and for dissidents who have a philosophy of liberty. The dominant race has never been encamped in any country. America already has 2.3 million people incarcerated, and they are mostly blacks, Latinos, mentally ill people of all races, and poor whites, including actually innocent people as well as the guilty.

Goldwater, Byrd, Sanger and Hillary

Elections are not popularity contests. Nevertheless, some people are approaching the 2016 presidential election like they are voting for an "American Idol" contestant. Hillary Clinton has alluded several times to comments which she perceived as Bernie Sanders' criticism of the Obama administration, as though such assessments should be considered blasphemous by African American voters. Obama is not on the ballot for 2016, and nobody should elect the next president out of some mistaken loyalty to him. The candidates for the Democratic Party are Clinton and Sanders.

Campaign flyers in my area claim that Clinton would "continue President Obama's legacy." That is desirable to some people and distasteful to others. Let us critique the records of some other people Clinton holds in high regard.

Clinton is a former Goldwater girl who praised Sen. Robert Byrd, a former KKK member, and called him her dear friend and mentor when he died in 2010. She also expressed high regards for Margaret Sanger, a Nazi eugenicist who propounded forced sterilization of Blacks and poor whites as population control, whose advocacy against such "undesirables" led to over 60,000 forced sterilizations in America.

1. Senator Byrd filibustered and voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Byrd was the only senator to vote against the appointing of both Thurgood Marshall and Clarence Thomas to the United States Supreme Court, the only two African-American nominees. Byrd also opposed the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

In the early 1940s, Byrd recruited 150 of his friends and associates to create a new chapter of the Ku Klux Klan in Sophia, West Virginia.

According to Byrd, a Klan official told him, "You have a talent for leadership, Bob ... The country needs young men like you in the leadership of the nation." Byrd later recalled, "Suddenly lights flashed in my mind! Someone important had recognized my abilities! I was only 23 or 24 years old, and the thought of a political career had never really hit me. But strike me that night, it did." Byrd became a recruiter and leader of his chapter. When it came time to elect the top officer (Exalted Cyclops) in the local Klan unit, Byrd won unanimously.
Byrd wrote to segregationist Mississippi Senator Theodore G. Bilbo:
I shall never fight in the armed forces with a negro by my side ... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.
— Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS)
In later years, when it became obvious that Byrd's racist ideology was not championed by the majority of Americans, Byrd said, " I think we talk about race too much."

2. Senator Barry Goldwater: In her autobiography "Living History," Clinton described her father as a "rock-ribbed, up-by-your-bootstraps, conservative Republican and proud of it." She noted that she had been a Young Republican and a supporter of Arizona senator Barry Goldwater, who famously voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the Senate.

3. Margaret Sanger shaped the eugenics movement in America and beyond in the 1930s and 1940s. Her views and those of her peers in the movement contributed to compulsory sterilization laws in 30 U.S. states that resulted in more than 60,000 sterilizations of vulnerable people, including people she considered “feeble-minded,” “idiots” and “morons.” The majority of sterilized persons were Blacks. (This information is from a Grossu article about Sanger called "Margaret Sanger, racist eugenicist extraordinaire" and subtitled "The founder of Planned Parenthood would have considered many Americans unworthy of life.")

When the Planned Parenthood Federation of America gave the Margaret Sanger Award to Hillary Clinton in 2009, Clinton said:

“It was a great privilege when I was told that I would receive this award. I admire Margaret Sanger enormously. Her courage, her tenacity, her vision [a world with fewer blacks being born] … When I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on archetypes, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I’m really in awe of her. There are a lot of lessons we can learn from her life, from the causes she launched and fought for and scarified for so greatly.”

More about Sanger and her agenda to reduce the population growth of Blacks in America is in a documentary called "Maafa21," a film about Black genocide. See it at https://youtu.be/HshhtiNm2Kc on YouTube.

It would behoove African Americans to pay attention to the people Hillary Clinton admired from her earliest childhood to this present day rather than to her critiques of Sanders' comments about some of President Obama's policies, which Sanders apparently considers too moderate. Many people agree, including African Americans. But President Obama's record, regardless of what one thinks about it, is not the determining factor of the 2016 presidential election. The candidates' own records and their platforms are. Therefore, please familiarize yourselves with the candidates' stance regarding issues that matter to us, and refuse to be distracted by irrelevant rhetoric about who does or does not think President Obama was/is an exemplary president in every area.

Sanders' platform is exactly what I have been writing about for a decade. Some impressive points are:
~ Sanders is against the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). TPP is expected to negatively impact U.S. workers and limit our use of Internet services.
~ Sanders is against racism and always has been. He was arrested as a 21-year-old college student at Chicago Univ. for demonstrating with Blacks for better educational opportunities.
~ Sanders is against privatizing prisons and jails. He and others in Congress introduced H.R.3543 in September 2015, the "Justice Is Not for Sale Act." If it passes, our local, state, and federal government will be barred from contracting with private prison companies, and predatory pricing on prisoners' phone calls, etc., will end.
~ Sanders would raise the minimum wage; he supports labor unions and workers' rights.
~ Sanders would give free tuition for qualified students and lower the interest on student loans.
~ Sanders is for universal healthcare.
~ Sanders voted AGAINST the Iraqi War.
~ Sanders is against capital punishment.
~ Sanders is against NAFTA, which cost Americans hundreds of thousands of jobs.
~ Sanders voted against the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in October 2015, with its provision for incarcerating Americans in concentration camps without criminal charges or any opportunity for defense.

Remembering Justice Scalia

"Black people don't belong in academically challenging schools," is how some people construed Justice Scalia's statement regarding affirmative action. We are going to miss that man! May the Lord have mercy on his soul and console his family and close friends.
http://www.cnn.com/2014/04/22/justice/scotus-michigan-affirmative-action/index.html

In his own way, Justice Scalia was something of a truth-teller. It was Scalia who revealed how little innocence matters in this very criminal justice system. In dissenting from the Supreme Court's decision in 2009 to allow Troy Davis another hearing, Scalia said, "This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is ‘actually’ innocent. Quite to the contrary, we have repeatedly left that question unresolved, while expressing considerable doubt that any claim based on alleged ‘actual innocence’ is constitutionally cognizable."
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2009/09/how-important-is-innocence-in-criminal.html

Scalia’s fellow justices noted that his position allows no legal avenue for even an obviously innocent person to have his or her case heard, including condemned people facing imminent execution. Frankly, the United States has thousands of "obviously innocent" people behind bars and more being incarcerated continually. Wrongful convictions are common, primarily among mentally ill citizens, people of color, and poor whites. Excerpt from "Judge Anderson vs. Michael Morton: Wrongful Conviction": America wrongfully convicts from 5k to 10k people per year, mostly people who are black or poor. The USA keeps these inmates throughout their childbearing years to use them as slaves and for eugenics (to prevent population growth among "undesirable" populations of people, such as blacks). Around the age when people would normally retire, the injustice system may finally admit its mistake and release a few each year (mostly senior citizens). That way the public is convinced the system really cares about innocence, although it does not. The game is eugenics and slavery while promoting the illusion of inclusion.
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2014/09/judge-anderson-vs-michael-morton.html

Truth-teller Scalia honestly affirmed that internment of American citizens on our own soil by the government would likely happen again as it did to the Japanese during WWII. Scalia was responding to a question about the court's 1944 decision in "Korematsu v. United States," which upheld the convictions of Gordon Hirabayashi and Fred Korematsu for violating an order to report to an internment camp. "Well, of course, Korematsu was wrong. And I think we have repudiated in a later case. But you are kidding yourself if you think the same thing will not happen again," Scalia told University of Hawaii law students and faculty during a lunchtime question-and-answer session in 2014. "In times of war, the laws fall silent." Lawlessness is attractive to elite white supremacists.

Justice Scalia was such a colorful conservative. He inspired satires about threats to resign should gay people win the right to marry. He was also quite prolific. Scalia reportedly wrote more concurring opinions than any other justice, and only two justices have written more dissents. Scalia described himself as an originalist, meaning that he interpreted the Constitution of the United States as it would have been understood when it was adopted. According to Scalia in 2008, "It's what did the words mean to the people who ratified the Bill of Rights or who ratified the Constitution." One thing is clear: The forefathers certainly did NOT mean liberty and justice for ALL - Africans and Native Americans were absolutely excluded from the rights declared in those documents in minds of the men who framed them; so one might presume that Scalia, as an originalist, concurred.

Justice Scalia's truth-telling was his most special quality (I am not saying that "his" truth was always "the" truth, you understand). It is important to know how one's opponents think. Justice Scalia exposed the conservative mindset more honestly than most political figures, and he did it so efficiently. I have spent at least a decade online attempting to inform Americans and the world about this nation's decline into Nazism, which became evident when I realized the government's discrimination against mentally ill people. They are generally treated as being exempt from the "right to life" principle regardless of their race and socioeconomic status. That is also where Germany began its campaign to rid that country of undesirables in the 1930's. The Jewish Virtual Library relays that roughly 300,000 persons labeled as being mentally ill (ages 2 to elderly) were exterminated before targeting Jews, Blacks, homosexuals, and dissidents. I may have written a million words on the subject, but Justice Scalia summed up the problem in 2013 using just one sentence: "The Constitution is dead, dead, dead!" That truth-telling from a U.S. Supreme Court justice affirmed my decade of articles, emails and radio broadcasts in just six words.

Long ago, I would listen to Rush Limbaugh to learn what conservatives were thinking until I found Justice Scalia. For that, we will miss him. I can think of no reason at all why we will miss Clarence Thomas, but some corporations might. Maybe without Justice Scalia to partner with, Thomas will go ahead and retire and give us the chance to learn what life can be like without the dynamic conservative duo on the U.S. Supreme Court.
http://www.alternet.org/story/152901/were_u.s._elections_sold_to_corporations_so_clarence_thomas_could_reward_his_friends

Justice Antonin Scalia was a man who had humor, wit, and uncommon honesty. It should now fall to President Obama to choose his successor, but that may not happen. It would be unusual for the Supreme Court to have a vacancy for a lengthy period of time, but political commentators anticipate the Republican-led Congress will refuse to confirm a new justice until after the election. Once Obama leaves office, Scalia's replacement would be decided by a president who is a fellow conservative, unless, of course, Senator Bernie Sanders wins. #feelthebern

Reprieve: Free Andy Tsege > Free All Political Prisoners

Re-published from "Human Rights for Prisoners March" blog at http://HumanRightsforPrisonersMarch.blogspot.com

Human rights advocacy is under attack, and so are activists. We are censored, persecuted, and sometimes prosecuted on false criminal charges as punishment for speaking truth to power and standing with the people against tyranny. Arresting advocates like Ethiopia did to Andy Tsege serves two purposes: It rids oppressors of the activists' voices, and it also warns others not to follow the activists' obedience to Proverbs 31:8-9: "Stand against oppression of the poor and needy. Judge righteously. Speak on behalf of everyone who is appointed to destruction."

The wrongful conviction and incarceration of Rev. Edward Pinkney, of Benton Harbor, Michigan is an example of oppression to silence dissent. Pinkney is founder and director of the B.H. BANCO organization, and he hosted the "Pinkney to Pinkney" Blogtalkradio show on Sunday evenings. His principal fight is against what he called the corporate takeover of Michigan, beginning in Benton Harbor. Pinkney accused Michigan's governor and local government officials of being grossly unfair to Michigan residents in giving corporations large tax breaks at the expense of public services to the People. Pinkney also complained about officials giving away and selling public lands, then undermining the electoral process by setting city managers over the areas that had been impoverished by those same tax breaks that benefited wealthy corporations.

Rev. Edward Pinkney may be the first American to be ordered off the Internet by a court of law. That never happened to criminals using the Internet to extort people or to pedophiles who use the Internet to attract helpless children, but it happened to Pinkney. He used the Internet to decry Michigan's marriage of corporations and government, which left the citizenry in the position of used and abused stepchildren. Privatizing the water supply and lead poisoning of Flint's residents are examples of the government's disregard for human rights, which Pinkney opposes. Pinkney was charged with election fraud in connection with a recall petition he sponsored to remove Benton Harbor's mayor. He was tried and convicted without proof of wrongdoing by an all-white jury comprised of people who live in the 90% Caucasian community across the river from Benton Harbor. Pinkney was sentenced to serve up to 10 years in prison for a crime that never happened, but he is no long on radio each Sunday calling Governor Snyder a dictator.

Pinkney's radio broadcasts had an open forum, and he gave voiceless people throughout America an opportunity to speak. His was one of the first radio shows that welcomed this writer, Mary Neal, who exposes the secret arrest (kidnapping) and euthanasia of Larry Neal and The Cochran Firm fraud. My brother Larry was murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail after 18 days of secret incarceration. Few media companies will air news about the government abduction and murder of the black, mentally ill heart patient even now, 12 years later. Larry's murder is denied open disclosure, an inquest, investigation or explanation, and it remains unrequited. The cover-up around Larry's murder exists because Memphis Shelby County Jail was operating under an Agreement with the USA, and the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) was in charge of the jail's operations at the time of the disabled American's demise. The USDOJ is complicit in the cover-up.

Whereas this writer was never brought up on false charges, I experience surveillance, financial persecution, and terrorism to discourage my justice quest regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and my advocacy for other mentally disabled Americans through an organization I founded and direct -- Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"). I also experience censorship of articles, social media posts, and radio broadcasts on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. Censorship also happens frequently at a radio channel I host under National Network in Action (NNIA1). Examples are available online in "Justice Gagged" blog at Blogger (a link to the blog is below). Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. directs NNIA and is assistant minister at New Light for New Life Church of God in Fresno, California. Harris recently faced criminal charges related to his peaceful participation in a "Black Lives Matter" march in Fresno. He went to court on January 6, 2016, and may now be on probation for his "offense."

Unfortunately, there are numerous political activists in U.S. prisons, including some who have been incarcerated ever since the 1960's. Most are people of color, as the USA strives to "maintain the status quo" (elite white supremacy). Numerous political prisoners were members of the Black Panther Party (BPP), including Mumia, who activists assert suffers medical neglect in prison. Political prisoner Leonard Peltier was a member of the American Indian Movement (AIM). Activist attorney Lynne Stewart became a political prisoner while providing legal defense for the Blind Sheikh of Egypt, Abdel-Rahman. Stewart was finally granted a compassionate release from prison, but the Blind Sheikh is serving a life sentence. He called for the ousting of Hosni Mubarak, Egypt's president (Mubarak was reportedly a Western-backed dictator who was later ousted by Egyptians). Abdel-Rahman and nine others were convicted of seditious conspiracy, which requires only that a crime be planned, not that any crime was necessarily attempted (Wikipedia).

More U.S. political prisoners are listed by the Jericho Project (link is below) and discussed during Ralph Poynter's weekly radio shows on Tuesday nights at 9pmEST at "Human Rights Demand" channel on Blogtalkradio -- "Ralph Poynter What's Happening." Political prisoners are often tortured, whether in the USA or other countries. Former BPP member Albert Woodfox is an example. For 43 years, Woodfox has been held in solitary confinement, mostly in the Louisiana State Penitentiary. On June 8, 2015, US District Court Judge James Brady ruled that the Angola 3's Albert Woodfox be both immediately released and barred from a retrial, yet he remains imprisoned today. Prolonged solitary confinement was determined to be torture by the United Nations, of which America is a prominent member.

Reprieve's letter regarding Ethiopia's political prisoner Andy Tsege is below, followed by twelve(12) links to websites and articles related to U.S. political prisoners and persecuted human rights activists discussed herein:

Dear Mary,

Andy Tsege was abducted 600 days ago this week and taken to an Ethiopian secret prison as punishment for his political activism. Today he will spend his 61st birthday in a cell under sentence of death – the second birthday he has spent locked away from his partner and three children.

Andy is a British citizen, but the British government is refusing to act – despite both the United Nations and the European Parliament calling for his release. But thousands of us have taken action to make sure they can’t continue to quietly stand by while the Ethiopian authorities hold a British citizen in illegal detention under sentence of death.

Today Andy’s partner and three children will deliver our petition to 10 Downing Street - signed by nearly 130,000 of us - calling on Prime Minister David Cameron to intervene to secure Andy’s release.

Andy’s situation is now more desperate that ever – and a demand for his release cannot come a moment too soon. He was moved from a secret location to a notorious prison where torture is commonplace. He has no information about the charges against him. He only knows that he has been sentenced to death and could be executed at any time. As a result, his mental health has deteriorated rapidly. The experts have said that there is now an ‘urgent need’ to remove him from his current conditions.

Andy is a prominent political activist who spoke out against Ethiopia’s human rights record and was sentenced to death by the regime. He was standing up for vales that are important to us all – human rights, democracy and justice.

Nearly 130,000 of us, along with the UN and the EU, have demanded Andy’s immediate release – now it’s time that the British government stands up for one of its own citizens by doing the same.

Thank you for all you do,
Clive Stafford Smith
