Obama Administration and Police Brutality

1)  From time to time I read accusations against Attorney General Holder wherein conservative whites call him a racist favoring blacks. I disagree with this assessment because of his successful attempt to keep blacks interned - some for life - for possession of crack cocaine, which only helps prison owners and investors. 

2)  I would like to read inmates' revelations of how they felt when Attorney General Holder appealed the judge's decision that the Fair Sentencing Act would be applied retroactively. Because he won the appeal, thousands of black inmates whose sentences would have been over or nearly over are still interned in prisons throughout the nation at great cost to taxpayers as well as to inmates and their families. This administration defies the United Nations' recommendation for the Fair Sentencing Act to be applied retroactively.

3)  Do you feel that this administration is doing all that it can and should do to curb police violence against African Americans? Considering its stance against releasing prisoners who were sentenced under the racist crack to powder cocaine sentencing law, do you feel this administration is likely to ever take a strong stance against mass incarceration or police violence that disproportionately affect African Americans?

4)  Part of my reluctance to believe this administration will try to curb police violence against African Americans is based on the USDOJ's refusal thus far to release information, records, and things regarding the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who was a black man. The refusal of accountability for his secret arrest and demise in a publicly owned jail that was already under the jurisdiction of the USDOJ (after a lawsuit by the USA against Memphis Shelby County Jail) indicates that this administration actively works against justice for African Americans, even to the point of breaking the law to protect murderous police and corrections officers. 

5)  Helping police and corrections officers to avoid accountability for crimes against America's most vulnerable people is why Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) plans an international action against the USA. Larry's murder under secret arrest and other wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans of all races will go before the International Court in 2015. Such an action should be unnecessary to protect the human and civil rights of our homeless and mentally disabled citizens who are often neglected, brutalized and killed, and interned in large numbers (1.25 million) in "correctional facilities" where prisoner abuse is common and the press is disallowed.

6) Attorney General Holder reminded Americans that the USDOJ's investigation of Ferguson and Michael Brown's death is still ongoing. That would sound promising, except that Attorney General Holder also built hope in the Clemency Project 2014 but failed to authorize defense attorneys to participate. That was said to render the large clemency drive a dud. Considering past evidence, how likely is the DOJ investigation to contradict the findings of the Ferguson grand jury?

7) Doing what benefits private prison corporations and other big businesses seems to be a priority in Washington. Last year, corporate profits reached an all-time high of $1.68 trillion, while the share of profits that trickled down to workers hit its lowest point since the 1950's. Concerned citizens should therefore try to enlist support for justice from Big Business. This writer believes that unless there is a successful Boycott 4 Justice related to Ferguson, no federal charges will be levied against Wilson, and unrequited police violence against African Americans will continue to worsen during this administration.

A photo of The Cochran Firm frauds' Memphis office and Atlanta office would also be in order. The Firm claimed in Georgia Superior Court and in Federal Court in Atlanta that such law offices do not exist. It worked behind its clients' backs to help Shelby County Jail avoid accountability for Larry's wrongful death. In fact, the managing partner of The Firm's Memphis office was himself a Shelby County Commissioner, and the Commission owns/operates the jail (secret conflict of interest).

The Cochran Firm did not work alone. This murder cover-up has significant help from numerous government agencies (probably including the agencies that hired The Cochran Firm to defraud the Neal family and pretend to file suits it never actually filed). Once we discover who instructed YouTube to prevent the video from being embedded, we might have new culprits in this government murder coverup. They add accomplices to the murder continually.

Police Report Denied to Mary Neal re 4th Home Invasion

Laws are used to prosecute and sentence minorities (like the Atlanta educators who are accused of fraud) and to prosecute poor Americans, but laws are seldom used to prosecute individuals who victimize the oppressed. I called DeKalb County Police Department on April 4, which happens to be the 45th anniversary of the assassination of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. I reported a home invasion by a black female, around age 35 to 45, who gained entry to our home by falsely presenting herself as being my mother's nurse. The woman, who spoke with an African or Island accent (which might have been contrived) claimed that she was sent by the home health company that recently started treating my 90-year-old mother. This was a lie. She spent roughly 15 minutes in our home. We do not know if she planted surveillance equipment, drugs, a bomb, or biological agents that could harm our family. 

The home health company denied having sent a nurse to visit Hattie Neal and reaffirmed that after checking its records thoroughly. In fact, the home health company denied having anyone employed that meets the woman's description. I then called our doctor to see if he had ordered a nurse from another service. On April 4, the doctor's office also affirmed that the doctor had not ordered services for Hattie Neal from any nurse. Once it was verified that neither the home health service nor the doctor had ordered a nurse's visit for Hattie Neal, I called police at 2:58pm. The police operator took my number and information on the matter and promised to have an officer call me back. When the call was not received by 12:15pm on April 5, I called DeKalb County Police again. The operator checked her records and claimed that an officer returned my call around 3:50pm. My phone did not ring, and neither do my phone records show a missed call from DeKalb County Police or any other party on April 4. (I suspect that my phone records from April 4 were wiped by terrorists who take over my telephone to prevent certain calls (outbound and inbound) and also erase voice messages from certain parties.) The police operator again promised to have an officer call me regarding my request for a police report on the home invasion.

This time, an officer called me within 15 minutes of my conversation with the police operator. The female officer REFUSED to give me a police report. She claimed I could ascertain a copy of my 911 call, which she said is listed under the number 2013-199242. She said I could find out how to receive a copy of my 911 record by calling 678.937.2853, which was false. When I called the telephone number, I was routed back to the police operator. She told me I could get a copy of my 911 report by calling 770.724.7740, but she said the center is closed today (Friday).

The police officer I spoke with said, "The woman didn't commit a crime." 

Can you believe it? A couple of years ago, I was told by DeKalb County Detective Miller that cyber terrorists taking over my computer to prevent my First Amendment rights, destroying equipment by sending worms and viruses, and removing my emails were not crimes. Police REFUSED to investigate the IP addresses that my computer security system caught. Today I was told the woman who falsely presented herself as a home health nurse for my 90-year-old mother in order to gain illegal entry to my home did not commit a crime. 

I said to the police officer, "How do you know she did not commit a crime? She could have planted surveillance equipment, drugs, biological agents, or a bomb. How do you know she did not?" If I go to any Caucasians' home and pretend to be a licensed medical practitioner who was sent by their doctor and treat a patient and measured the patient's blood pressure, took a patient's temperature, and had a patient expose her naked buttocks to me for examination, I bet it would be a considered a crime. It would be a major crime. But anything at all that frauds, liars, and murderers do to the Neals in Georgia is treated as being non-criminal by DeKalb County Police, which refuses to investigate the license number of a car driven by a young man who admitted he followed me (stalking) because it paid well. Stalking Mary Neal is also "not a crime" in DeKalb County, Georgia.

• Treating people medically without a license is a crime.
• Gaining false entry into someone's home is a crime.
• And surreptitiously planting drugs, surveillance equipment, biological weaponry, or whatever the criminal came here to do on April 1 are also crimes.

But DeKalb County Police Department does not know that, apparently, so I was refused a police report and given a wrong number to ascertain the 911 report. Do you want to know what the police woman said to me? 

She said, "Maybe she was a real nurse at the wrong house."

After that conversation, it is pretty obvious who the impostor worked for, isn't it? 

Black families whose disabled relatives are killed by police after three weeks of secret incarceration become subject to CoIntelPro home invasions, stalking, surveillance, telephone takeovers, and repeated computer takeovers when they try to report the covered-up government murders. That is what I believe is happening to the Neals in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Blacks' right to vote in the USA is reviewed and voted on by Congress every 25 years under the Voting Rights Act. Therefore, African Americans' citizenship is of a retractable nature, and certain exemptions apply. People who descended from slaves who were brought here for enforced servitude 400 years ago were allegedly "freed" and made citizens, but people who arrived in America only a few years ago and were made citizens through the naturalization process have enduring citizenship minus the exemptions and retractable voting rights.

"CITIZEN" is usually defined this way: A native or naturalized member of a state or nation who owes allegiance to its government and is entitled to its protection (distinguished from alien). Allegiance involves paying taxes and providing military defense. Africans in America do that part, but government protection seriously lacks enforcement.

A spokesperson for Black Autonomy Cop Watch said, "The most dangerous gang in the city is the Memphis police department, of whom 24 have been arrested so far this year for crimes ranging from pimping and prostitution, drug distribution, assault on children, rape, robbery, and other offenses. This is the most corrupt police force in the country, and a threat to the lives of citizens of this city. Our approach is to try to expose and protest this corruption. The local NAACP and other traditional civil right groups have been either silent or in full support of the authorities."
