The censorship force let me ask the Supreme Court to strike down the Dred Scott decision (I read that it never was taken out of the law!). And the cyberstalkers let me ask that the Voting Rights Act become a law. But asking that Stein and other third party candidates be allowed to join the debates was going too far! Excuse me. Paragraph 2 of 7 -- When Denise Johnson notified me that cyberstalkers had attacked her phone and she could not get through. I told Denise Johnson to leave home to call the show from another locale if the interference continued. Cyberstalkers were probably hired to keep her from discussing the apparent murder of her son, Gregory Johnson, at San Jose University where he was died in the Sigma Chi frat house where he was the only black person. However, San Jose University students, including the sons of prominent white people, were not held accountable for Gregory Johnson's demise. In fact, Gregory's death was ruled a suicide despite much evidence to the contrary. Suicide has become a popular excuse for deaths of black young men in the 21st century.
Paragraph 3 of 7 -- Madeline Coburn was also a guest on the September 9, 2012, Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio Show. She reported to me that when she called the show, the phone just rang repeatedly. Blogtalk Radio shows always pick up the calls and informs callers what time to expect the show to begin. That was likely another CoIntelPro tactic to prevent Coburn's testimony from reaching the public. She was punished for running for Governor of the State of Missouri by being pronounced DEAD in public records. Coburn is a Prison Chaplin and a spiritual adviser for Reginald Clemmons, a man who she says is innocent on Missouri's death row. Coburn ran for governor as an independent in order to have a greater voice as a prisoner activist and expose wrongful convictions and brutal treatment inmates suffer in her state.

Paragraph 4 of 7 -- Much of the CoIntelPro activity that Coburn disclosed is similar too what I began to experience immediately after asking authorities "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" Larry was my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. His death is still covered-up nine years later because the U.S. Department of Justice colluded with the jail and The Cochran Firm to shield the jail from any accountability for Larry's death. Rev. Pinkney's guests are thankful for the opportunity to expose injustices they endure. Both Rev. Pinkney and his co-host, Ralph Poynter, empathize with people who suffer injustices. They have both paid and continue to pay a high price for standing for justice.
Paragraph 5 of 7 -- Rev. Pinkney was recently ousted as president of the Benton Harbor, Michigan branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He alleges that the NAACP bent to the will of Whirlpool Corporation, which promised to support the NAACP once Rev. Pinkney was ousted. Rev.Pinkney led a protest against Whirlpool and the PGA in May 2012. The NAACP had a special election on August 16 and omitted Rev. Pinkney's name from the ballot. This evidences that while the NAACP presses states for fair voting practices, the organization does not practice what it preaches in its own elections.

This is the same jail that secretly arrested my mentally ill brother, Larry Neal, for 18 days and murdered him in 2003. When I accessed the July 11, 2010 show later that night, I discovered that Rev. Pinkney's July 11, 2010 show was substituted with an earlier broadcast that did not feature Storey's truth-telling. I caught the sabotage and complained about it to Blogtalk at Twitter where I am @koffietime and to Rev. Pinkney by phone. I advised all Blogtalk Radio Show hosts to state the date of their broadcasts several times during the broadcasts to prevent substitutions of shows to censor news. Newton Co. Resident Moves Back Into Home After Wrongful Eviction, Faces Imminent Second Eviction

WHAT: Occupy Our Homes, Atlanta and former congresswoman Cynthia McKinney to hold press conference outside home of Eddie Jones, a Newton county resident who resisted eviction by moving back into his home and who now faces an imminent second eviction.

WHY: Newton County resident Eddie Jones was illegally evicted on Thursday, May 17th. Instead of just rolling over and letting his house get taken away like so many other Americans, Eddie decided to fight back. Eddie got a few friends together and did something very few have been brave enough to do—he moved back into his home.
This past Saturday, Sheriff’s deputies showed up at Eddie’s home to evict him. After allowing Eddie to show them paperwork that proves his foreclosure--and therefore eviction--is wrongful, the officers decided to leave and give Jones until Monday, May 21st, to vacate his home.
Occupy Our Homes, Atlanta plans to stand with Eddie Jones and Cynthia McKinney as he faces possible eviction for the second time.
More on Eddie Jones’s fight to save his home: Mr. Jones’s home was fraudulently obtained by Fannie Mae through MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems), which was deemed by Courts throughout the country as not having any ownership interest in any mortgage.
Mr. Jones has a case pending before Newton County Court, #2012978-5.
Mr. Jones has a copy of the MERS transfer of the property to the evicting party, Fannie Mae, which is under a cloud of legal suspicion and may not have standing in Georgia Courts.
Mr. Jones suffered from a car wreck in 2008 and missed three payments on his mortgage, which caused him to spiral into foreclosure. He applied for the Making Home Affordable program and was accepted. After making three payments in full and on time Mr. Jones was mysteriously dropped from the program. His home was then transferred over the internet via MERS from Litton Loan Servicing to Fannie Mae.
Mr. Jones owes nothing on his loan, his deed is free and clear.

Unfortunately, Eddie Jones is not the only American who is apparently facing wrongful eviction. SOME GEORGIA HOMEOWNERS ARE TASERED AND EVICTED BY SWAT! William Windsor, justice advocate and movie producer of "Lawless America - The Movie," sent a notice about a VIOLENT GEORGIA EVICTION in the early morning hours of May 22, 2012. Windsor asks for court watchers to go to Gwinnett County Court on the date when Howard and Nova-Lee Graber will be tried. Bill Windsor stated: "I, William M. Windsor, am not an attorney. My website and emails express my OPINIONS," and sent the following email message to help evicted homeowners:
"One of our Lawless America friends needs court watchers in Gwinnett County. Howard and Nova-Lee Graber were victims of an illegally forced eviction, by SWAT teams. Nova-Lee was Tasered, and they were both charged criminally with obstruction of justice, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct (because they resisted the illegal assault and removal from their property). Based upon my review of the Georgia statutes and the Graber’s representations about what they filed and when, I believe their eviction ... was absolutely improper. (I don’t know much about foreclosure, though, so this is merely my belief based upon a tiny bit of study.) I'm attending at least the first day and would like to see some of you there to witness and ensure that proper justice will prevail. The trial is set for someday this week at 9:00am. Garcia is on a cross-country book tour related to his new book, "U.S. Jailhouse Lawyer's Manual - The Unconstitutional Plea."
