It is time that we all become our brothers' and sisters' keepers. I, along with others, are on a mission to challenge the very existence of criminal justice system corruption, wrongful arrests, wrongful imprisonment, disproportionate racial injustices, capital punishment (death sentencing), and the gross violations against the U.S. Constitution.

I have spoken to the parents of Airman Michael Giles, a young man who needs and deserves our help. He was sentenced to serve 25 years in a Florida prison for self-defense.

I have spoken with the wife of Officer Howard Morgan, a former Chicago Police Officer before spending 13 years as a Railroad Police Officer for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. He was pulled over on his way home the morning of February 21, 2005, because he saw a police car behind him and was letting it pass. To Mr. Morgan's surprise, he discovered that the police had stopped him for an alleged traffic violation. Though identifying himself as a police officer, Howard Morgan was forced from his vehicle and shot 28 times by four white police officers. 21 of those shots were administered to the back of Howard Morgan's body. An independent eye witness testified that Mr. Morgan never fired a weapon. A jury acquitted Mr. Morgan of the charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm. How then, could Howard Morgan, by any stretch of the imagination, be guilty of four counts of attempted first degree murder on the police officers who shot him?

I have also spoken with Mary Neal, the sister of Larry Neal. What caused Shelby County, Tennessee Jail to ignore missing person reports for 18 days on inmate Larry Neal? The jail kept Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, secretly incarcerated until his death on August 1, 2003, and his family is denied any records, inquest, or explanation about his death. Mary Neal founded and directs Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, an online advocacy to help decriminalize mental illness in America and demand an end to violence by police and corrections officers on America's mentally dysfunctional people.

I spoke with Denise Johnson, the mother of Gregory Johnson Jr. Rev. Denise Johnson, Gregory Johnson Sr. and their family still actively search for answers concerning the death of their son, Gregory Johnson Jr., in the basement of Sigma Chi Fraternity House on the San Jose State University campus on Nov. 22, 2008.

I will be running in unity and solidarity support of Airman Michael Giles, Officer Howard Morgan, Mr. Larry Neal and Mr. Gregory Johnson and Families on May 26, 2014 (at 8 am and 930 am - Ridge Challenge, Chicago, IL). I will donate $25.00 to each family on the race day. I will also be passing out information flyers to explain their stories and encourage my community to donate generously to the established legal defense funds and or movements for justice (by U.S. Mail or Pay Pal).

It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. The Tuskegee syphilis experiment (also known as the Tuskegee syphilis study or Public Health Service syphilis study) was an infamous clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama by the U.S. Public Health Service to study the natural progression of untreated syphilis in poor, rural black men who thought they were receiving free health care from the U.S. government. [Wikipedia]. After World War II, racists who killed Jews in medical experiments and other atrocities were prosecuted and sentenced to death or imprisonment for their crimes against humanity. Many of these criminals were elderly when they were captured. Persons who tortured/killed Americans during 40 years of deadly experiments in Alabama deserve prosecution. There's no statute of limitations on murder.

If you agree that rural black men, their wives and children who the U.S. Government infected with syphilis deserve justice, please endorse and share the petition. Everyone who participated in this Nazi experiment deserves prosecution and punishment. Just as it was with Nazi war criminals, it is not acceptable to say, "I was just following orders" when it comes to causing death and disease. Syphilis was already understood to cause insanity, blindness, body sores, sterility, and death before the disease was inflicted on innocent black men who trusted their bodies to the United States Department of Health.

Today, employees at certain large corporations are being forced to accept vaccines and/or microchips or face termination. Americans are being forced to relinquish free will over their own bodies and their children's bodies. In 2009, Massachusetts passed a Martial Law bill providing for individuals who dared to refuse the H1N1 vaccine to be quarantined indefinitely in FEMA centers (concentration camps) if the government had declared a health emergency. Health care professionals, government administrators and corporations were all absolved of liability for any deaths or injuries that might have resulted from taking the H1N1 vaccines, even if the victims were forced to submit to the inoculation.

Thousands of Americans today complain about being victims of electronic harassment and other human experimentation (targeted individuals). Therefore, we must hold every doctor, nurse, and government administrator connected with the Tuskegee Experiments responsible for the injuries and deaths they caused. People who participate in crimes against humanity deserve punishment for torture and murders to the fullest extent of the law for what they did to unsuspecting, rural blacks decades ago. Re: Petition to respect First Amendment rights for human and civil rights activists

Mary Neal, human rights activist, is denied free speech and freedom of press to prevent her advocacy to decriminalize mental illness, end capital punishment, police brutality, wrongful convictions, denial of human rights, racism and class consciousness in the justice system, avoidable wars, and to repeal Section 1021 of NDAA and other laws that infringe on God-given rights. She is also suppressed in order to continue a cover-up regarding the murder of her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. He died after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 under circumstances that the jail and the USDOJ refuse to divulge despite having received a federal subpoena and a Freedom of Information Act request, respectively. She has endured stalking, cyber stalking, and a burglary during which her original court files regarding her two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm were stolen on August 11, 2012. While America is embroiled in wars, supposedly for human rights, and officials contemplate more wars, it is imperative that human rights are respected in this country.

In denying Mary Neal her freedom of press and free speech rights, culprits also deny her right to peaceful assembly with like-minded persons through Internet communications, her right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and her right to practice her religion, which is Christianity. Proverbs 31:8-9 says that Christians are to advocate for the poor and needy and for all who are appointed to death. Mary Neal's denial of net freedom also curtails her ability to earn a living. Emails to and from potential employers are prevented, as are emails to and from law firms and civil/human rights organizations that might help. First Amendment protections are under attack for all people in America. As of May 2011, over 2,600 protesters had been arrested since 2009, and that was before the Occupy demonstrations began. The number of arrests may have doubled since that date. Peaceful assembly and freedom of speech should be upheld in the United States, including speaking against the secret arrest and murder of a disabled relative like Mary Neal does, and attempting to help other families who have mentally, physically disabled loved ones.

We, the undersigned, hereby demand that all telephone interference in the Neals' home cease, including (a) preventing outgoing and incoming phone calls, (b) making the phone number show as "unlisted" when it should be published, (c) directing callers to voice mail rather than allowing the phone to ring, then erasing the messages that the Neals did not hear, and (d) playing messages that falsely say the Neals' phone is out of service.

Police Beat Mentally Ill Homeless Man to Death

January 13, 2014 UPDATE: Fullerton County, CA officers were found NOT GUILTY in the Kelly Thomas beating death. LA Times reports: "An Orange County jury Monday found two former Fullerton police officers accused of killing a schizophrenic homeless man, Kelly Thomas, not guilty. Manuel Ramos and Jay Cicinelli were charged with striking Kelly Thomas with a baton and a stun gun in a beating that left him comatose. He died five days later." The horrific video embedded below shows a mentally ill homeless man being beaten to death by police officers. More information about such tragedies is at the four(4) links in this article. The description at YouTube says, "Manuel Ramos, a police officer from Fullerton, California, has been charged with second degree murder for allegedly beating a mentally-ill homeless person to death last year. His co-worker, Officer Jay Cicinelli, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and excessive use of force. This video from a surveillance camera shows Kelly Thomas, the victim, pleading for his life while the officers beat him on the street."

Prolonged stress can lead to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Many of America's police officers are exposed to tragedies that can lead to PTSD. Please help sick police officers. Test them for steroids regularly. If they are found to be mentally ill, take them off the street. Give psychological screenings periodically, especially to veterans from the battlefields. Over 56% of battlefield veterans reportedly have PTSD to some degree. Please make sure they know they are no longer in a war, but they are dealing with Americans who they swore to serve and protect. Lord, help the mentally ill. They are not expendable people. Pay police officers enough so they are not working two jobs, which can cause fatigue. What happened to Patrick Toney? What happened to Mitrice Richardson? What happened to Timothy Bulldog Allen? Why was Anna arrested as a trespasser when she sought emergency medical assistance? Why did she die shortly afterwards in police custody? Why are mentally ill Americans being killed? What happened to Larry Neal? More questions are below.

Why do justice officials help police hide Larry Neal's murder? Why was Memphis Shelby County Jail allowed to omit his arrest and death on mandatory reports to the Department of Justice? Why did USDOJ officials allow the omission, knowing that falsifying reports to the federal government during federal release hearings for the jail is a felony? Why would Shelby County officials be allowed to falsify reports to the government? Why am I censored and stalked to hide the truth? Why would police rather tell me to shut up about Larry's lynching than to obey the law? Why don't Americans have civil and human rights any longer? Why was The Cochran Firm allowed to lie in Judge Wendy Shoob's courtroom at Georgia Superior Court and dismiss our case against The Cochran Firm when the firm disclaimed having any law office within Georgia, although the court had to know that was a lie? Why do courts protect The Cochran Firm from defrauded clients who sue? Why did federal Judge Batten rule that whatever The Cochran Firm did to protect Memphis Police and Shelby County jail from our wrongful death lawsuit was "immaterial'? Is it because mentally ill citizens have no human rights in America? Is it because black people have no protected right to life? Although most black men killed by police are young, Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr., a 68-year-old African-American Marine veteran, proves old age and disability are not deterrents. Chamberlain was fatally shot in November by White Plains, NY, police who responded to a false alarm from his medical alert pendant. The officers broke down Chamberlain’s door, tasered him, and then shot him dead. I used to live next door to an elderly lady whose medical alert pendant issued false alarms. Police and a fire truck would respond only to find no emergency. It must get frustrating. Police sometimes have a very low tolerance for handicapped people, especially black ones, so watch out! I am thankful that MoveOn.org and Democracy Now are speaking up for Chamberlain's survivors. My brother's inexcusable kidnapping and murder were covered up by Shelby County Government and the United States Department of Justice, which was in overview of the "jail from hell" after a lawsuit by the U.S.A. Blacks Go Missing in Police Custody: Timothy "Bulldog" Allen - Dead

UPDATE - Timothy "Bulldog" Allen's body was recovered from the lake near Napier Avenue bridge in St. Joseph, Michigan where police spoke with him last on November 9, 2011. Rev. Pinkney, director of Benton Harbor NAACP, relayed the sad news that Allen's remains surfaced on December 29, 2011. Allen went missing after his family called an ambulance for him because he seemed to need emergency medical services. They never saw him again. Numerous African Americans go missing in police custody or immediately after, especially persons experiencing mental or emotional trauma. Rev. Pinkney suspects foul play. When I spoke with him on December 30, Rev. Pinkney said Allen's family had not been allowed to view the body at that time. Police refused to drag the lake for Allen's body although that should have been done when he initially went "missing." We understand that Allen was no John Kennedy, III, for whom the Army searched when his plan went down. However, lakes are dragged for many average citizens, but not for Timothy Allen. Decomposition, especially in water, is useful if there is something to hide. I resent it. Please pray for Allen's family. They loved him, and his friends loved him and will miss his love. People matter. I will write a separate report about this tragedy once more information is available, such as funeral arrangements. I called the victim's family to see if they want to make a statement to my readers, but the call went to their voice mail. Sometimes my cyberstalkers channel my phone calls to message services, so I hope Allen's family really received my invitation to address their loss in MaryLovesJustice blog. ORIGINAL REPORT --- Paragraph 1 --- PLEASE HELP find Timothy "Bulldog" Allen. His family called an ambulance for him in Benton Harbor, Michigan almost two weeks ago and have not seen him since. 2.  Allen's family lacks the resources to drag lakes near Napier Avenue bridge where police admit they saw him last. The Allens have no money for a reward at this time.  Please help them. When my brother, Larry Neal, went "missing" in July 2003, police kept him in secret incarceration for 18 days and returned his naked corpse. Police in Memphis, Tennessee and the United States Department of Justice REFUSE to give us any explanation or records, but at least we know where his body is, if not how they killed him. Larry was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who was hospitalized for over 20 years before America's acute mental patients were "deinstitutionalized" in the 1970s. Matrice Richardson went "missing" in California in 2009. Her remains were found in 2010. She was also last seen alive in the custody of police. Matrice, a recent college graduate, suffered from depression and had symptoms of bipolar disorder. At least her family got her body back, although it took a year. The Allen family called for emergency assistance on November 9, because Bulldog was acting delusional and irrational.  He reportedly refused treatment when his ambulance reached Lakewood Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, and he left on foot. The Allen family reported on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio show that the 44-year-old had been suffering from seizures in recent months.  Please help get Allen back to his family, alive or dead. We do not know what is being done to black people having mental or emotional crises. 3.  Cochran Firm fraud victim Edwina Davis was also introduced on the November 20, 2011 episode of the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk show. She and a group of blacks also sought help with another case against Tyco - racism. Nooses were hung in the maintenance area where only one black worked among many whites. They said their workplace was hostile due to sexual assault against minority female workers and overt racism. Naturally, The Cochran Firm protected Tyco from both lawsuits. The Tyco employee who confessed to hanging the noose apologized but was not fired, but The Cochran Firm told its black clients that was all they would get.

4.  Regarding Edwina having her breasts squeezed by her supervisor whenever she walked by, she had witnesses and a tape recording with the supervisor's admission. She had already filed suit against Tyco herself as a pro se plaintiff before going to The Cochran Firm. Edwina probably filed a pro se lawsuit against Tyco because lawyers in Georgia do not help plaintiffs sue New World Order firms, but such victims are left to be "handled" by The Cochran Firm. She went to The Cochran Firm about the racial discrimination, but also told the attorney about her sexual harassment case she already filed on her own. Michiel Pete, Esq. immediately got Edwina's permission to REMOVE her lawsuit against Tyco from the court to amend it, but he never re-filed the suit. Instead, he settled the lawsuit for a low amount. When Edwina complained to Pete that her settlement was too low, her stalking, terrorism, and financial persecution got worse. It continues today, years later. 6. November 29 Note: I entered around 30 tweets at my @koffietime Twitter page tonight then checked the 11 lists following me. Only one tweet reached my lists as far as I could see, and it was a re-tweet I published for another activist organization whose link did not link. I assume that human rights organization is also censored, just as my videos show that Amnesty International and the Innocence Project are. I decided to let them know. One night I videotaped how hard I had to fight to position the link for Innocent Project's donation page within an article. Whoever the Internet stalkers work for, they are against the innocent going free, missing and murdered black citizens being found timely, accountability for jail murders of handicapped people like Larry Neal, anti-death penalty advocacy, decriminalizing mental illness, and anything else that has a negative impact on PRISON PROFITS. For that reason, I assume we will eventually find inmates who were also victims of The Cochran Firm fraud.
