National Bar Asso Open Records Request - 25 Cities

Look, Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin and JoNina Abron-Ervin Memphis' records will be examined by the National Bar Association. I suppose they will omit their secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal again. They always do omit his name. The USDOJ allowed Memphis officials to do that repeatedly - even in the jail's release hearings. In 2008, Vice President Dick Chaney and former Attorney General Antonio Gonzales were indicted for deliberately withholding federal investigations into inmates' murders in exchange for prison stock and other good and valuable consideration in Wallacy County, TX. I think it is traditional for subsequent U.S. Attorney Generals to hide the sins of previous administrations.

I will send the Bar Association a certified letter and let them know that Shelby County, TN Gov. has been excused by the USDOJ from giving any accountability for Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder. I will let you know how valid this interest in justice shown by the National Bar Association really is after they respond or fail to respond to my correspondence. It seems to me that the entire USA is in on Larry Neal's murder cover-up. The problem is that so many people have participated in his murder coverup by now (eleven years later), that everyone has a conflict of interest in promoting justice in his case. NATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES OPEN RECORDS REQUESTS TO 25 CITIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES

Washington, DC — Pamela J. Meanes, President of the National Bar Association, announces the top 25 cities that the organization will send open records requests in an effort to end nationwide police misconduct and brutality cases that result in the deaths of unarmed individuals.

On September 1, 2014, the National Bar Association will begin filing open records requests in 25 cities that have been identified as having an alleged history of police misconduct and brutality cases. The open records requests will seek information regarding the number of individuals who have been killed, racially profiled, wrongfully arrested and/or injured while pursued or in police custody.

The cities that have been identified include: Birmingham, AL, Little Rock, AR, Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; San Jose, CA; Washington, DC; Jacksonville, FL; Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Baltimore, MD; Detroit, MI; Kanas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; New York City, NY; Cleveland, OH; Memphis, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX and Milwaukee, WI.

In addition, the National Bar Association will send a “Preservation of Evidence” notice to all necessary entities requesting that they preserve all police officers' raw notes of statements, observations and data collected from the scene of an incident. This request will also require information on the officer specifically involved and all responding officers, as well as the officers’ detail logs from the crime scene, and video and photographic evidence related to any alleged and/or proven misconduct by current or former employees.

The National Bar Association will release its findings to the public and will submit copies to the Department of Justice. More importantly, the organization will demand the Department of Justice launch a full investigation and request a federal oversight of the cities that have been identified with problems.

The organization will also begin to host various seminars for the public next month entitled, “Know Your Rights, Because It Could Save Your Life”. These seminars are aimed to educate the public on their rights when encountering police.

Running late for your anniversary celebration and fear of blacks is NOT an excuse to run over people, Ms. Zimmerman. Although her husband had just run over bikers and left them in the road - one in critical condition - this woman likely did not call 911 until bikers caught up with their van and she feared for her husband. If Mr. and Mrs. Zimmerman were so afraid of black bikers that they ran over human beings who were saying or doing nothing to them, why did she not call 9-1-1 before Mr. Zimmerman attempted murder?

Mother's Day without Malcolm Shabazz

Happy Mother's Day! I just published a single post with three mothers to represent motherhood around the world at my Facebook page. Ironically, CoIntelPro removed the post that had photographs of three mothers from my wall, and they put back the white or Latino mother and her adult child as well as the Asians. They did NOT put back the photo of the pregnant black mother and child. The people my stalkers work for obviously dream of a world without black people. Murdering Disabled Riker's Island Inmates: Ronald Spear

UPDATE July 21, 2014:  SETTLED for $2.75 million. The New York Times reports:
"New York City has agreed to pay $2.75 million to settle a lawsuit stemming from the December 2012 death of a prisoner at Rikers Island after he suffered what the city medical examiner’s office concluded was “blunt force trauma” to the head. The inmate, Ronald Spear, 52, had kidney problems and walked with a cane, according to the lawsuit. The medical examiner’s office ruled that the manner of death was homicide."

On the afternoon of Dec. 19, 2012, Nellie Kelly's phone rang. The caller identified himself as an inmate on Rikers Island, and told her he had some bad news about her brother, Ronald Spear. The inmate's name was Jesse James. He was 29, and had been awaiting trial since September in the jail known as the North Infirmary Command. James told Kelly that her brother was dead.

"He says, 'You don't know me, but I know your brother, I'm so sorry, they killed your brother today,'" Kelly tells the Voice.

Knowing that Ronald had serious heart and kidney ailments and had complained repeatedly about the quality of Rikers medical care, she said, "How? Was it the wrong medicine?"

"No," James replied. "They beat him to death."

Spear, 53, died at around 4 a.m. on Dec. 19, Correction officials say. The city medical examiner autopsy is still not completed, and the cause of death is currently listed as, "circumstances undetermined pending police investigation."

Some in the Correction Department have attributed Spear's death unofficially to some kind of medical disorder. The preliminary account is that Spear tried to leave the medical unit where he was housed, and when a guard stopped him, he struck the guard with his cane.

Correction staff then "restrained" him and he died as a result of his illness. Spear, the sources say, was a troublesome inmate who often refused dialysis treatment.

That account, however, flies in the face of what the Voice has learned over the past 10 days. For one thing, relatives of Spear and sources tell the Voice that autopsy photos appear to depict bruising on his face--suggesting some kind of serious physical altercation.

"There's a mark under his left eye, his ribs seemed to be protruding on his left side, and on his shoulder, you could see three marks, possibly bruises," Kelly says. "There don't appear to be any defensive wounds on his hands which mean to me he wasn't fighting anyone."

Last week, Correction Department spokesman Matthew Nerzig said the agency had "received no complaint involving this inmate from Legal Aid or elsewhere."
However, soon after Spear reached Rikers, he began having issues with his medical care. Instead of filing an inmate grievance, which he evidently did not believe would do any good, he complained repeatedly to Legal Aid's Prisoners Rights Project, which sent a series of emails to the Correction Department, sources said. (Medical care on Rikers is handled by a private contractor.)

On Sept. 26, PRP lawyers reported he was complaining that he had not been taken to dialysis for a week. A day later, he reported that doctor stopped his medications and threatened to take them away for good. On Nov. 20, PRP warned Correction officials that Spear needed frequent dialysis and medications. And on Dec. 18, one day before Spear died, PRP lawyers again begged the agency to intervene to get him his dialysis.

"Our office expressed repeated concerns about the adequacy of his medical care, and we have been informed that he suffered traumatic injury when struck by correction officers, injuries which post-autopsy photos appear to document," says Jonathan Chasan, a lawyer for the Prisoners Rights Project, declining further comment.

In November, one month before his death, Spear was angry enough about his medical treatment that, on his own, he filed a lawsuit in federal court. In the lawsuit, he alleges that a doctor Ramos and a nurse Bowen got angry when he refused to use the Rikers dialysis machine and stopped his medications "to force me to use the machine."

Spear demanded a court order returning his medications to "stop my pain and rid my body of excess water and maintain a normal blood pressure reading." "I am seeking $2 million because my blood is not cheap," he added.

Then, in a line that now could be tragically prophetic, he wrote, "Due to the fact that Dr. Ramos has stopped all my pain medications, he has caused me severe pain. And now that the Prisoners Rights Project is involved, I have correction officers retaliating against me."

The Tuskegee syphilis experiment (also known as the Tuskegee syphilis study or Public Health Service syphilis study) was an infamous clinical study conducted between 1932 and 1972 in Tuskegee, Alabama by the U.S. Public Health Service to study the natural progression of untreated syphilis in poor, rural black men who thought they were receiving free health care from the U.S. government. [Wikipedia]. After World War II, racists who killed Jews in medical experiments and other atrocities were prosecuted and sentenced to death or imprisonment for their crimes against humanity. Many of these criminals were elderly when they were captured. Persons who tortured/killed Americans during 40 years of deadly experiments in Alabama deserve prosecution. There's no statute of limitations on murder.

In 2009, Massachusetts passed a Martial Law bill providing for individuals who dared to refuse the H1N1 vaccine to be quarantined indefinitely in FEMA centers (concentration camps) if the government had declared a health emergency. Health care professionals, government administrators and corporations were all absolved of liability for any deaths or injuries that might have resulted from taking the H1N1 vaccines, even if the victims were forced to submit to the inoculation.

Thousands of Americans today complain about being victims of electronic harassment and other human experimentation (targeted individuals). Therefore, we must hold every doctor, nurse, and government administrator connected with the Tuskegee Experiments responsible for the injuries and deaths they caused. People who participate in crimes against humanity deserve punishment for torture and murders to the fullest extent of the law for what they did to unsuspecting, rural blacks decades ago. Sex Abuse and Death in Juvenile Correctional Facility?

Kathia Casseus, 16, of Kansas, took her mother's car for a joyride and had an accident. For this adolescent act, she was sentenced to an 8-month rehabilitation program in the Jackson County Family Court System. Three months later, for reasons still unknown to her mother, Kathia was sent to Children's Mercy Hospital, where Defendants Children's Mercy Hospital, Delozier, and [defendant Dr. Stephen J.] Schuman prescribed and placed on her body the Ortho Evra birth control patch. Kathia's mother claims the birth control "was not indicated or necessary for Kathia." Information and history of injury and death from this most dangerous form of birth control is well published, according to the complaint. 

"In February this year, three months after being put on birth control, Kathia began complaining of heart pain and shortness of breath," her mom says. 

One day after complaining to her jailers about chest pains and her inability to breathe three times, Kathina was carried into an isolation cell where she screamed about not being able to breathe. They ignored her, then she died. 

"Kathia was born without a thyroid and had a functional IQ of about 68," her mother says in the complaint. 

Who in that facility was raping this retarded child and had her put on birth control patches? Was Kathia murdered to prevent her from answering that question, or did she die of medical neglect from the side-effects from her Ortho Evra birth control patches? God is against capital punishment, if that matters to anyone in the Bible Belt Noose states (Psalm 102:19-20, Heb. 13:3, Prov. 31:8-9). And He hates hands that shed innocent blood. I will get the chapter and verse for you later on that. Right now, the cyber censorship team is giving me trouble like they always do whenever I write about Thomas Arthur. In 2009 when Alabama was about to execute him despite his DNA test results, they took down part of Gmail and attacked Care2 eCards to prevent my reporting Thomas Arthur's DNA test results on September 1. Now that Americans' protests count less than ever with the 1%, they don't care that you know Arthur will be a human sacrifice regardless of his innocence. We the People do not have enough clout for our objections to matter. The Troy Davis execution proved that in September 2011. And if it did not, Congress passing NDAA did. Human and civil rights just don't seem to matter much any longer. At least Thomas went to court several times, and the State of Alabama reportedly paid his defense attorneys $1,000 each time but continued to deny him a DNA test until he had been interned 25 years. Then when the results came from the forensics lab with the "wrong" result (he is innocent), the judge sealed the test results. Can you beat that?

Note: Whenever I write an article about several subjects like this one, I notice which paragraphs the cyber censorship force interferes with most. If "NDAA" is in my article, that part of the article is attacked most. Americans should be able to write about and discuss any law that congress used taxpayers' pencils and paper and computers to draft, accepted taxpayers' salaries to meet about and hold a vote, and the president used taxpayers' ink to sign. NDAA affects all Americans to some degree regardless of whether we are interned. Everyone in this country now lives with this threat. When/if some president decides to use kingly NDAA powers, we will all have to live in a country where people are detained indefinitely for no defensible reason and/or a military battle zone.
