Paragraph 2 -- Text of prevented email:  Mr. Story, CoIntelPro had removed Part I of your interview on the Rev. Pinkney Show at Blogtalk. They left the July 18, 2010 interview, but they hid the July 11, 2010 interview wherein you told about the mentally ill man you found dying in his cell in Shelby County Jail and your malicious prosecution for not going along with the cover-up that was planned. It was a fight to get Part I of your interview posted again. I notified Blogtalk Radio via Twitter, posted the sabotage on Google+ and at Facebook. Agents seek to hide Coleman's murder and your malicious prosecution and wrongful termination after your truth-telling about how the mentally ill inmate was killed. It appeared that he was released from his solitary cell with another mentally ill inmate so that Shelby County Jail guards could enjoy a HUMAN DOG FIGHT. When the smaller inmate was mortally wounded, he was tossed back in solitary to die of his wounds. I am glad he lived long enough to tell you what happened when you reported to work that morning. Your testimony about the brutality helped Coleman's family be compensated for his wrongful death. I have exciting opportunities for you to appear in a movie and do more radio interviews, if you are interested. William Windsor is producing a movie about government and judicial corruption called "LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE." The fact that you are a former Sargent in Shelby County Jail who was maliciously prosecuted for being honest would be of immense interest to the public, I am sure. So often, people wonder why more police officers and prison/jail guards do not stand up for justice when their coworkers and supervisors are corrupt. What happened to you and numerous other people in the justice system will help them understand why WEAKER, SELFISH police officers and jail guards do not honor their oaths of office to serve and protect. America is becoming a nation of whistleblowers, because there is so much corruption to report and too few mainstream reports about certain news. Guards allegedly released two mentally ill inmates together (who should have been in isolation) in order to watch a HUMAN DOG FIGHT TO THE FINISH. This is the same jail that secretly arrested my mentally ill brother, Larry Neal, for 18 days and murdered him in 2003. After Larry Neal's death, the jail and the U.S. Department of Justice used our own attorneys, The Cochran Firm, to arrange a cover-up about Larry's murder that continues today. That is why my computers are continually destroyed and stalkers follow me whenever I leave home. That broadcast continues an interview that started on July 11, 2010 of a former Shelby County, Tennessee jailer regarding two mentally ill inmates who were apparently let out of their cells where they were kept in solitary to have a DOG FIGHT TO THE FINISH to entertain jail guards. Storey says after the fight, the smaller inmate was tossed in his cell to die. Storey found the dying inmate when he came on the morning shift, and the dying inmate told Storey what happened. Story reports that he was later set up on phoney drug charges, arrested on camera, and fired because he refused to go along with a cover-up regarding the inmate's murder. When I accessed the July 11, 2010 show later that night, I discovered that  Rev. Pinkney's July 11, 2010 show was substituted with an earlier broadcast that did not feature Storey's truth-telling.              October 17, 2010, Pace University football star and student DJ Henry (DJ) was shot and killed by Village of Pleasantville Police Officer Aaron Hess.  His friends and teammates were brutalized, tasered, beaten by police and wrongfully charged with false criminal charges for attempting to save his life when they tried to render CPR and first aid to DJ Henry as he lay in the gutter with 2 bullets in his chest dying.

             There has been no justice for DJ or these students and football team­mates who bravely tried to aid their friend DJ to save his life. DJ’s family, Brandon Cox who was the front seat passenger in DJ’s car and who was also shot, and the students who were brutalized and falsely arrested all filed Civil lawsuits to force justice for DJ.

             Now, DJ Henry’s shooter, defendant-Police Officer Aaron Hess and his attorney Brian Sokoloff is seeking to avoid any and all liability in the civil lawsuits filed against him by the individual college students who were beaten and brutalized by police officers in the wake of the shooting of their friend DJ, as they attempted to help their dying friend.

             Oral Arguments will be held in open Court on July 10, 2012.  The Plaintiffs-victims will appear, and will vigorously oppose this and all other at­tempts by the defendants in these lawsuits to escape liability.  These victims of police brutality, misconduct and cover-up deserve and need to be heard in court, and these serious allegations should not be dismissed without that op­portunity.

Pelican Bay Hunger Strike Anniversary

The nation's most vulnerable citizens, the mentally ill, comprise over 60% of inmates in solitary confinement. In addition, children are often isolated. The next story in this blog is about a retarded sixteen-year-old girl who was sentenced to a juvenile correctional facility in Kansas after taking her mom's car for a joyride that ended in an accident. For SOME STRANGE REASON, the pretty teen was placed on birth control patches. She experienced side-effects that included shortness of breath and chest pains, which she reported to guards. Their response was to put the complaining teen in solitary, where she died within an hour. Below is an excerpt from "One Year Anniversary of Pelican Bay Hunger Strike Against Solitary Confinement," by Sal Rodriguez. I congratulate all inmates who helped bring awareness to your torturous conditions by participating in the hunger strike.

One year ago on July 1, 2011, approximately 6,600 inmates across California launched a hunger strike in protest of conditions at Pelican Bay State Prison. The leaders of the strike were a group of prisoners referred to as the Pelican Bay Short Corridor Collective, a multiracial group of prisoners.

The group issued five demands:


1. End Group Punishment & Administrative Abuse


2. Abolish the Debriefing Policy, and Modify Active/Inactive Gang Status Criteria


3. Comply with the US Commission on Safety and Abuse in America's Prisons 2006 Recommendations Regarding an End to Long-Term Solitary Confinement


4. Provide Adequate and Nutritious Food


5. Expand and Provide Constructive Programming and Privileges for Indefinite SHU Status Inmates.


The strike would last three weeks before coming to an end. Several strikers would be hospitalized. The strike brought attention to the widespread use of solitary confinement in California; currently, approximately three thousand inmates are held in one of California's three Security Housing Units, where inmates determined to be gang members are sentenced to indefinite terms in solitary confinement. Those sentenced to the SHU for gang validation must either become an informant and leave the gang, must be inactive for six years, or they must parole from their sentence; the phrase "Parole, Snitch, or Die" captures the means of leaving the SHU. Sex Abuse and Death in Juvenile Correctional Facility?

(one link, two photo) Excerpt from "Neglected Prisoners' Gov Health Care Plan" in my FreeSpeakBlog. 

Kathia Casseus, 16, of Kansas, took her mother's car for a joyride and had an accident. For this adolescent act, she was sentenced to an 8-month rehabilitation program in the Jackson County Family Court System. Three months later, for reasons still unknown to her mother, Kathia was sent to Children's Mercy Hospital, where Defendants Children's Mercy Hospital, Delozier, and [defendant Dr. Stephen J.] Schuman prescribed and placed on her body the Ortho Evra birth control patch. Kathia's mother claims the birth control "was not indicated or necessary for Kathia." Information and history of injury and death from this most dangerous form of birth control is well published, according to the complaint. 

"In February this year, three months after being put on birth control, Kathia began complaining of heart pain and shortness of breath," her mom says. 

One day after complaining to her jailers about chest pains and her inability to breathe three times, Kathina was carried into an isolation cell where she screamed about not being able to breathe. They ignored her, then she died. 

"Kathia was born without a thyroid and had a functional IQ of about 68," her mother says in the complaint. 

Who in that facility was raping this retarded child and had her put on birth control patches? Was Kathia murdered to prevent her from answering that question, or did she die of medical neglect from the side-effects from her Ortho Evra birth control patches? I am experiencing heavy cybercensorship publishing this news. Perhaps Kathia was murdered to prevent her from telling who was raping her in the juvenile correctional facility. If she was killed, authorities would likely cover up her murder like they did when my brother was secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail while the facility was already under overview by the U.S. Department of Justice in 2003.
