The stalkers who censor my Internet input think that having Mehserle back on the police force to possibly kill more unarmed black men is a great idea. That is why they turned my links gray. I changed them red. We will see which color they allow the links to be. These are the same cyberstalkers who work to contain my news reports against mass incarceration, capital punishment, criminalizing mental illness, unity among the 99%, and an advocacy to end class consciousness and racism in the justice system. I do not trust the stalkers' judgment on the Mehserle matter. They are Negro Confederate soldiers who work for prison investors. Therefore, I definitely think Mehserle should live with his conviction just like others who are PROVED GUILTY BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A MAN'S DEATH. He should look for a job that accepts ex-cons with a manslaughter conviction just like black men have to do. If the situation had been reversed and Grant's friends had subdued Mehserle, then Grant straddled the cop and shot him in the back on video while Mehserle begged not to be shot, Grant would be on death row. Mehserle served 11 months for killing the young father. That is enough evil.

Police Beat Mentally Ill Homeless Man to Death

January 13, 2014 UPDATE: Fullerton County, CA officers were found NOT GUILTY in the Kelly Thomas beating death. LA Times reports: "An Orange County jury Monday found two former Fullerton police officers accused of killing a schizophrenic homeless man, Kelly Thomas, not guilty. Manuel Ramos and Jay Cicinelli were charged with striking Kelly Thomas with a baton and a stun gun in a beating that left him comatose. He died five days later." Prolonged stress can lead to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Many of America's police officers are exposed to tragedies that can lead to PTSD. Please help sick police officers. Test them for steroids regularly. If they are found to be mentally ill, take them off the street. Give psychological screenings periodically, especially to veterans from the battlefields. Over 56% of battlefield veterans reportedly have PTSD to some degree. Please make sure they know they are no longer in a war, but they are dealing with Americans who they swore to serve and protect. Lord, help the mentally ill. They are not expendable people. Pay police officers enough so they are not working two jobs, which can cause fatigue. What happened to Patrick Toney? What happened to Mitrice Richardson? What happened to Timothy Bulldog Allen? Why was Anna arrested as a trespasser when she sought emergency medical assistance? Why did she die shortly afterwards in police custody? Why are mentally ill Americans being killed? What happened to Larry Neal? More questions are below.

Censoring Ron Paul Supporters

Stalkers put a wide space between two paragraphs in my article, "Ron Paul for 2012." That usually means they coded the text to disappear or be ineligible for copy/paste or print functions. PARAGRAPH 1 ---- Have you seen shredded pieces of the Constitution floating around? What about U.S. Code? Please do what you can to gather pieces of the Constitution, and save them for Rep. Ron Paul in November. He just might be able to tape them back together. I know he would try. Urgent action is needed before Americans get "re-educated" and no longer expect liberty and justice. Leaders the world over have lost their sense of decency, just like You said. They have aligned themselves with Satan to enslave the world, like your prophets foretold. They have no love, Lord. And as You said, many of The People CHOOSE darkness over light. Here Ron Paul is offering Americans H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA and avoid re-education camps, and some people concern themselves with what race and party the man is! That is deranged. Their own prejudice ensnares them.

11.   I keep reading threats about race wars in the U.S.A. The 99% knows that our neighbors are NOT the cause of our problems. Races are uniting against injustice just fine. But that is the Pharaohs' main concern - our unity (Gen. 11:6). I would not be surprised if Pharaohs of the world did not send agents to do violence in America and other countries to blame The People and excuse Martial Law and camps. The racist, class conscious media usually covers up black men's wrongful deaths like they did Larry Neal's, but the media and officials exploit Trayvon Martin's demise. I know they are not sincere. One life is as important as another, but they ignored numerous inexcusable deaths under the color of law before and after Trayvon's. Therefore, they have ulterior motives for grandstanding on Martin's coffin. 


12.   Lord, teach Americans discernment. Wealthy, powerful people and their flunkies are running around circling their fingers around their eyes and giving strange hand signs like a street gang! They locked up 1.25 million mental patients while they themselves have SERIOUS problems, Lord. Major. They lock up people who have done much less than they plan. 13.   Based on the cyberterror I receive for asking WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL, the camps would be hell if Revelation 18 was not going to happen first and put a stop to evil ambitions. However, you gave man dominion over all the works of Your hands. I therefore believe it is up to The People when they allow these things to transpire. You said:


14.   Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. ~Matthew 10:28


15.   Therefore, I think We the People should boldly stand and tell them, "Pharaohs, I respectfully disagree with concentration camps and other oppression. That is why I am supporting H.R.3785 and will vote for Rep. Ron Paul. You who supported NDAA and CISPA and introduced, voted for, or signed other oppressive bills are all fired. Who are you uncircumcised Philistines to enslave America?"


16.   As Nike said, "JUST SAY NO." Americans seem to save their objections until they are shackled. I say it now: "I respectfully disagree."


17.   Jesus, You said we must pray for people in authority. Therefore, I ask that You show evildoers Your power, and give righteous leaders more courage like Ron Paul to STAND against wrong. Have more representatives like Sen. Wyden come forward and stop oppressive bills like he blocked the sneaky vote on PIPA, the IP Protection Act (an Internet censorship bill). Bless our representatives to be like John Lewis and others who voted against NDAA. If any who supported evil bills are capable of repentance, please give them the good sense to do so. Let all who dig a ditch for The People have Haman's results. 


18.    Lord, I know you said we should fear not - a much repeated command in the Bible. But it seems that only multi-millionaires feel at ease right now. We don't even have free speech, Lord. These people are mean to me for speaking against oppression, even my own handicapped brother's secret arrest and murder. They watch me like I'M the criminal, when they cover-up a handicapped black man's lynching after 18 days of secret arrest for which they REFUSE to give explanation or records. Many people are disturbed, but they are afraid to speak up. We do not have free speech any longer, if we ever did. We don't have freedom of press. You know cyberstalkers work against my freedom of expression 24/7. People who dare stand up despite the terror are often persecuted - some worse than I am. 


19. I ask You to protect those who rely on You, and I know You will, because it is Your promise. Every day when they meet, we don't know WHAT bills and Executive Orders they will pass. We are getting afraid of people we elected to be our representatives, Lord, and it is NOT just paranoia. They have scary ideas and dare to write them down on paper and call them laws although the new laws violate the Constitution, U.S. Code, and human rights. They look at the Aztec calendar, and I think some of them have a feeling of Manifest Destiny about it. Maybe they are into the occult. They seem to see it as their DUTY and RIGHT to ensure that the world systems fail by the end of December 2012. 


20. Thank you for the super moons and all the other signs and wonders that no one but You can engineer. I know you are coming soon. I will be SO RELIEVED, because these are such perilous, treacherous times. We need You, Lord. In the meantime, please bless righteous leaders to be strong and true. According to the Bible, righteous people don't have to be the majority to prevail, because where two or more are together in Your name, You are in the midst of them. Please be with the few representatives who refuse to break their oaths to The People. Thank you for everything You do for us. We await your return and continue to do your commandment at Proverbs 31:8-9: Speak for the voiceless and those appointed to destruction and stand up for the poor and needy.  But they don't like us doing the Word now any more than scribes and pharisees (lawyers) liked You speaking truth and doing the Word thousands of years ago.


21.   Christians are persecuted for obeying You. Just as You said, they hate us because they hate You. Even now come, Lord Jesus. Stay ahead of their camps and WWIII, and please watch them. You know already they don't think TWICE about interning and enslaving black people. They hate Your name, and some will not speak where Your name is not covered. They feel that with You out of the way, they can assume Your position as King. Demonic people mistreat and even exterminate the elderly and also handicapped people like my brother Larry. They censor and terrorize me to hide their crimes and continue to deceive people. But You said Your sheep hear Your voice and another they will not follow. Create in these leaders clean hearts. We just don't know what on earth they might think of next with the hard hearts most of them now have. They think of people as mere beasts with developed brains who walk upright - beasts to be tamed, used and discarded if deemed obsolete. Honestly. In God we trust. Amen.

ANTHONY BARTEE WAS SPARED EXECUTION ON MAY 2. HE ASKED FOR A DNA TEST TO PROVE HIS INNOCENCE, BUT THE TEST WAS DENIED. Unfortunately, many people are given a reprieve like Anthony Bartee was without ever being given the requested DNA test. Condemned people are seldom given a new trial with substantial new evidence, and they are usually killed like Troy Davis was. Demand that Bartee actually receive the DNA test that he claims will exonerate him. Thanks. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, hosted by Mary “Loves Justice” Neal

• Advocacy to end police violence against the mentally ill, end solitary confinement, decriminalize mental illness, remove barriers to timely psychiatric treatment, increase mental hospitals, reinstate insurance coverage for hospital inpatients, relax laws blocking involuntary commitment, establish assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs that mandate continued psychiatric care and medications and provide subsistence assistance (food and housing) for mentally ill people released from correctional facilities and hospitals, eliminate incarceration without trials. End capital punishment.

Guests include people who did or do wrestle with mental illness in themselves or close relatives as well as people with specialized knowledge about mental illness in the criminal justice system.

Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. and Dr. Jean Kennedy, an organizational psychologist, are human and civil rights activists who cover news and offer viewpoints on issues of concern. We review current events, including legislation and court verdicts, and discuss how they relate to our civil and human rights. The mission is to Educate, Motivate, Energize, Mobilize and Organize to take our community to a higher level.

"Real Talk" often features guests who bring important news and have specialized information about relevant subjects. Our shows run Monday - Friday at 8pm - 8:30pm Pacific time. Call-in at 619.393.2837. Fridays are OPEN MIC NIGHTS. Call in and have your say! On Saturday nights, Dr. Kennedy conducts Freedom School, where she instructs the audience on how to become more effective human and civil rights advocates. Students who register for the free class can receive a certificate of completion, but one does not have to register to listen and learn.
