The Dream: MLK's 50th Anniversary

During the week of August 27, hundreds of thousands of Americans will gather in Washington, D.C. to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s speech, "I Have a Dream." People throughout the nation will reflect on the march on Washington in August 1963, applauding the bravery and fortitude of those who fought together and seriously wounded Jim Crow. "I Have a Dream" is a public speech delivered by Rev. King on August 28, 1963, in which he called for an end to racism in the United States. Delivered to over 250,000 civil rights supporters from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, the speech was a defining moment of the American Civil Rights Movement (Wikipedia).

Jim Crow made a  remarkable recovery and is today alive and well in America's prison system. There are currently 2.5 million people incarcerated throughout this country, and blacks are disproportionately represented among prison slaves. This prison endemic is ruining individual lives and devastating the community. Taxpayers pay over $70 billion per year to warehouse more prisoners than any other country that has ever existed, and prison owners and investors compete for job contracts against companies that hire "free people." Even former union jobs have disappeared behind bars. The huge prison industry hurts working class Americans regardless of whether they actually know someone behind bars. 

On Monday, August 12, Attorney General Eric Holder plans to address mass incarceration, which some believe is among America's major human rights and economic issues. One of the key points, according to an article by ACLU, regards reforming marijuana laws. See a brief excerpt below:

MARIJUANA LAW REFORM
As we observed earlier this year, this is one of the strongest trends in criminal justice reform. The public, policy makers, and opinion makers are growing increasingly averse to senselessly punitive enforcement of marijuana laws. CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta's recent reversal of his previously hostile stance against marijuana is the most recent high-profile about-face in this arena. State lawmakers are taking cues: marijuana reform bills were introduced in 30 states this session.


Of course, harsh sentences for marijuana use is only one of the causes of mass incarceration. What Changes would YOU like to see in the prison system - the modern Jim Crow?
a.  An end to solitary confinement?

b.  Decriminalize mental illness by
     (i) funding inpatient hospitalization insurance for acute mental patients and
     (ii) using assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs, certified by the Justice Department in 2012?

c.  Increased reliance on drug courts and mental health courts?

d.  More prison diversion programs, especially for veterans?

e.  Reduction in the number of children being tried and sentenced as adults?

f.  Prison release or reduced sentences for inmates who were sentenced under the now defunct 100 to 1 cocaine, powder to crack laws? (The "Fair" Sentencing Act reset the unequal justice to a new disparity of 18 to 1, but that was not applied retroactively. The Obama administration was reportedly against it.)

g.  An end to mandatory sentencing and three-strikes laws?

h.  Zero tolerance for prisoner abuse?

i.  ALL of the above? I, too, have that dream.

Advise everyone to listen Monday to Holder's presentation. Reducing America's $70 billion per year prison budget and reducing prison investors' slave laborers should interest all Americans, even those who care little about civil and human rights. The attorney general will have a captive audience, without a doubt.

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon of hope to millions of slaves, who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity. But one hundred years later, the colored America is still not free. One hundred years later, the life of the colored American is still sadly crippled by the manacle of segregation and the chains of discrimination.

One hundred years later, the colored American lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the colored American is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land So we have come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we have come to our Nation's Capital to cash a check. When the architects of our great republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.

This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed to the inalienable rights of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given its colored people a bad check, a check that has come back marked "insufficient funds."

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and security of justice.

We have also come to his hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now. This is not time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.

Now is the time to make real the promise of democracy.

Now it the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.

Now it the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

Now is the time to make justice a reality to all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of its colored citizens. This sweltering summer of the colored people's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end but a beginning. Those who hope that the colored Americans needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual.

There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the colored citizen is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities.

We cannot be satisfied as long as the colored person's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one.

We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their selfhood and robbed of their dignity by signs stating "for white only."

We cannot be satisfied as long as a colored person in Mississippi cannot vote and a colored person in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote.

No, we are not satisfied and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of your trials and tribulations. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by storms of persecutions and staggered by the winds of police brutality.

You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.

Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our modern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. I say to you, my friends, we have the difficulties of today and tomorrow.

I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal.

I have a dream that one day out in the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slaveowners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by their character.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interpostion and nullification; that one day right down in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be engulfed, every hill shall be exalted and every mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.

This is our hope. This is the faith that I will go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope.

With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood.

With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to climb up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with new meaning "My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my father's died, land of the Pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring!"

And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true. So let freedom ring from the hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.

Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.

Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.

But not only that, let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia!

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi and every mountainside.

When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every tenement and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old spiritual, "Free at last, free at last. Thank God Almighty, we are free at last."

Huey Newton v. NAACP and Cochran Firm Frauds


HUEY PERCY NEWTON (February 17, 1942 – August 22, 1989) was an African-American political and urban activist who, along with Bobby Seale, co-founded the Black Panther Party for Self Defense in 1966 (BPP). Newton died 23 years ago. CoIntelPro, a covert FBI program, targeted BPP members for death and false arrests. FBI informants infiltrated the BPP to gain and betray the members' trust. Although CoIntelPro spied on and impeded progress of justice quests by Puerto Ricans, Native Americans, and anti-war activists, most of its budget went to disrupting liberation initiatives for and by African Americans. Using inside traitors against African Americans and others continues today.

More American Caucasians now than at any time in history are being classified as "dissidents," like Kent State University war protesters were during the Vietnam War. The term is liberally applied to people who resist oppression. Whereas working class whites lived under the "illusion of inclusion" and believed their race made them equal to the privileged class in America for centuries, that has now Changed. Whites are beginning to experience long-term unemployment, invasions of privacy, and the loss of basic human rights. Although whites are new to that type of treatment, the struggle for economic justice and basic human rights has been a continuous and bloody battle throughout African American history. Huey Newton was a warrior in a people's ongoing struggle for dignity and self-determination. .

Unfortunately, many blacks work against justice for black people and always have. Consider the fact that the Black Congressional Caucus in 1986 supported stiffer sentencing for crack than for power cocaine, resulting in racist laws that unfairly targeted African Americans for a disproportionate incarceration rate that continues today. Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities.  The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist." On New Year's Eve 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with provisions for indefinite military internment of Americans without criminal charges. If NDAA is ever used to encamp African Americans, other nations must not think that is not racists because blacks sign the orders. It is traditional to use blacks against other blacks in America. In 2011, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) petitioned Congress to outlaw menthol cigarettes to gain even more African American prison laborers. Rev. Edward Pinkney, a human rights activist minister in Benton Harbor, Michigan, asks NAACP card holders to join him each Sunday at 5pm EST on Blogtalk Radio and burn their NAACP membership cards. He asserts that the NAACP works against its own members and all African Americans on behalf of oppressive corporations in return for donations. Over 800 people reportedly burned their NAACP membership cards on Sunday, August 19, 2012, in a ceremony that will repeat on future Rev. Pinkney's weekly broadcasts. Please STOP THE COCHRAN FIRM COINTELPRO FRAUD PROGRAM against blacks in America. Former Cochran Firm attorney  Shawn Chapman Holley spoke to NPR about the firm's RACISM and FRAUD against attorneys who refused to defraud black clients after Johnnie Cochran's death and therefore lost their jobs http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=1217147  . The FBI CoIntelPro program used agents to infiltrate the Black Panther Party to spy on the group and undermine its effectiveness, arrest its BPP members and officers on false criminal charges, and arrange conflicts with police that led to numerous deaths. Johnnie Cochran exposed the covert government program in his defense of Geronimo ji Jaga Pratt, former minister of defense for the BPP. Next, Cochran announced plans to assemble a "dream team" to sue the United States Government and major corporations for slave reparations in 2002. Probably to raise money for that huge legal action, Cochran sold partnership in his firm to some Southern lawyers who turned out to be white supremacists. Cochran's brother and nephew were killed in separate shooting incidents by unknown assailants, then he died, also. Today, Johnnie Cochran's name is misused to defraud blacks seeking justice after police violence and corporate wrongdoing.

See videos by defrauded Cochran Firm clients: The Neal family, of Georgia, filed lawsuits against the law firm for defrauding the family to help Shelby County, Tennessee Jail escape accountability for a black man's death which happened while he was under secret arrest for weeks (kidnapping and murder). Another defrauded client asserts that her Cochran Firm attorney, M. Pete, started a romantic relationship with her in order to monitor her intentions about Tyco International, after Pete allegedly helped Tyco cheat Davis of a righteous settlement amount on her sex discrimination case against Tyco http://www.rtbot.net/cochranfirmfraud (videos by Mary Neal and Edwina Davis). Other lawsuits by defrauded blacks against The Cochran Firm frauds include the Andersons in Kentucky and the Jacksons in California. Many more defrauded clients should come forward and may already be doing that. However, the media refuses to broadcast the lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, consumer protection agencies refuse to accept complaints against The Cochran Firm, and judges usually prevent cases against The Cochran Firm from going before a jury. Former Cochran Firm attorneys who sue the firm for fraud and racism are ordinarily forced by their employment contracts to settle their cases in mediation (Julian Bolton (Memphis office), Shawn Chapman Holley and Randy McMurray (Los Angeles office).

BURGLARY and POLICE IMPERSONATION TO HIDE THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD -- The Neals filed two lawsuits after being defraud by The Cochran Firm. Lawyers defrauded the Neals to help Shelby County Jail and U.S. Justice Department officials cover-up the WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal (see the DOCUMENTS tab for proof of fraud) Larry Neal, 54, was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient for whom Memphis police tired of playing psychiatric attendant. He was secretly arrested for 18 days and denied vital heart and psychiatric drugs until death under circumstances Shelby County Jail and the United States Department of Justice refuse to disclose (even under Attorney General Eric Holder). Mary Neal announced online her plans to sue the USDOJ, Cochran Firm, and Shelby County Government for collusion to cover-up Larry Neal's murder before the November 2012 elections. Criminals then burglarized the Neal's home on August 11 and stole only two boxes of Neals v. The Cochran Firm court records and substantiating documents which Georgia judges prevented from going before a jury in two lawsuits: Georgia Superior Court in 2005 and United States District Court in 2007. A police impersonator (according to DeKalb County Police) answered the Neal family's burglary call, but Dickerson drove a real police car. The man REFUSED to issue a police report about the burglary and theft of Cochran Firm court records. Mary Neal kept calling DeKalb County Police Department about being denied a police report until August 22, when police called her back. The Tucker precinct said that police records show the Neals' burglary call, but no officer had been dispatched yet. Therefore, the Neals' burglary call was answered by a CoIntelPro agent impersonating a police officer.

Heuy Newton and other BPP organizers, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Malcolm X were CoIntelPro targets. The programs against them would not have succeeded without agents that gained their trust and defrauded them for the government. In the 21st century, it appears that every African American is targeted, because a law firm and national civil rights organization wearing names that black people trust have been recruited to help suppress African Americans. Wikipedia reports, "The Cochran Firm has received verdicts and settlements totaling over $45 billion. The partners of the firm have won 10 verdicts in excess of $100 million." That is disinformation. Some of The Cochran Firm's clients were awarded large amounts that they never received, thanks to the fraud lawyers. For example, Cochran Firm client Margarita Martinez won $27.1 million from her lawsuit, but she only recovered $200,000. Martinez had to sue The CoIntelPro Cochran Firm for malpractice to recover another $287,000. Therefore, Martinez actually recovered only $487,000 of her $27.1 million award. CoIntelPro always used disinformation as one of its tactics. The Cochran Firm wanted its insurers to pay Martinez for its fraud against the client, but malpractice does not cover deliberate fraud. Therefore, The Cochran Firm entered suit against its insurers. Of course even CoIntelPro law firms must do right by people sometimes to stay in business.

CoIntelPro operatives must provide reliable goods and services ordinarily, or their program to defraud people could not be effective and lure victims. The public is only allowed to hear about the firm's satisfied customers, not defrauded clients who were cheated of billions by The Cochran Firm to help the system. To continue the fraud program, doing good work in some cases is important. CoIntelPro agent Ernest Withers traveled with Dr. King as official photographer of the civil rights movement. Wither's photographs of the human rights movement that he worked to undermine will forever be important. Read the article entitled "Photographer Ernest Withers doubled as FBI informant to spy on civil rights movement" in the Commercial Appeal. Withers even took pictures of Dr. King dead for his employers' enjoyment. Withers was a former police officer. One might wonder if Withers had to "slip" pass the barricade and if Withers knew about King's assassination plan.

ERNEST WITHERS, PHOTOJOURNALIST FOR CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT AND
FBI INFORMANT

For instance, The Cochran Firm Frauds now "represent" Carter Chavis's mother. He was the young man who allegedly shot himself in his right temple after  the left-handed man was arrested by Jonesboro, Arkansas police, searched twice, handcuffed behind his back, and locked inside a police car. The media did not report that Ernest Withers was a CoIntelPro agent until years after he died of old age, having spent his lifetime being honored by people he had betrayed. The Commercial Appeal article about Withers carries a picture of him with Johnnie Cochran, who may have also been a CoIntelPro target. Without exposure, frauds continue for decades. Since mainstream media waits until players in elaborate conspiracies against African Americans are long dead, it behooves concerned people to share information to prevent avoidable acts of treachery. Below is another revelation about CoIntelPro activities that allegedly happened decades ago, but the story was not published until this month.

CoIntelPro operatives have to keep their targets' confidence. Records show that Richard Masato Aoki was a CoIntelPro agent. (Unlike other people and the NAACP in this article, I have no personal knowledge about Aoki and cannot verify the record. CoIntelPro falsified records so often that it is important to have more information than just a record before deciding conclusively whether one is/was CoIntelPro). Weapons that he provided BPP officers were fully operational, and photographs by Ernest Withers will always be historically important. Likewise, The Cochran Firm meets its clients' expectations in many of its legal cases. CoIntelPro agents have to do their jobs well in order to be trusted by their targets. Man who armed Black Panthers was FBI informant, records show, by Seth Rosenfeld, Aug. 20, 2012 - The man who gave the Black Panther Party some of its first firearms and weapons training – which preceded fatal shootouts with Oakland police in the turbulent 1960s – was an undercover FBI informer, according to a former bureau agent and an FBI report. One of the Bay Area’s most prominent radical activists of the era, Richard Masato Aoki was known as a fierce militant who touted his street-fighting abilities. He was a member of several radical groups before joining and arming the Panthers, whose members received international notoriety for brandishing weapons during patrols of the Oakland police and a protest at the state Legislature. Huey Newton, Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, Johnnie Cochran, and millions of African Americans today were and are targets for a program that gains confidence through persons, organizations, and at least one law firm that betray that trust. Today is the anniversary of Huey Newton's murder. PARAGRAPHS 1, 2 and 3 REPEATED: HUEY PERCY NEWTON (February 17, 1942 – August 22, 1989) was an African-American political and urban activist who, along with Bobby Seale, co-founded the Black Panther Party for Self Defense in 1966 (BPP). Newton died 23 years ago. CoIntelPro, a covert FBI program, targeted BPP members for death and false arrests. FBI informants infiltrated the BPP to gain and betray the members' trust. Although CoIntelPro spied on and impeded progress of justice quests by Puerto Ricans, Native Americans, and anti-war activists, most of its budget went to disrupting liberation initiatives for and by African Americans. More American Caucasians now than at any time in history are being classified as "dissidents," like Kent State University war protesters were during the Vietnam War. The term is liberally applied to people who resist oppression. Whereas working class whites lived under the "illusion of inclusion" and believed their race made them equal to the privileged class in America for centuries, that has now Changed. Whites are beginning to experience long-term unemployment, invasions of privacy, and the loss of basic human rights. Although whites are new to that type of treatment, the struggle for economic justice and basic human rights has been a continuous and bloody battle throughout African American history. Huey Newton was a warrior in a people's ongoing struggle for dignity and self-determination.

Unfortunately, many blacks work against justice for black people and always have. Consider the fact that the Black Congressional Caucus in 1986 supported stiffer sentencing for crack than for power cocaine, resulting in racist laws that unfairly targeted African Americans for a disproportionate incarceration rate that continues today. Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities.  The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist." On New Year's Eve 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with provisions for indefinite military internment of Americans without criminal charges. If NDAA is ever used to encamp African Americans, other nations must not think that is not racists because blacks sign the orders. It is traditional to use blacks against other blacks in America. On April 3, 1968, an American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Memphis was stuck at the departure gate. The pilot made a general passenger announcement that the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was on board and that the airline had received a bomb threat. For everyone's safety, they would have to delay their takeoff until all the baggage had been examined.

For Dr. King, the April 3 bomb threat was just one more warning. In the thousands of pages of files the FBI collected on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. there are dozens, if not hundreds, of reported threats against Dr. King's life. Almost all were similar to the plane threat: menacing but harmless. They came mostly by phone, often to newspapers, often anonymously. When law enforcement could trace these threats to their source, they often led to drunks and mentally disturbed individuals. Yet in some cases, such as the January 1956 bombing of Dr. King's home in the midst of the successful Montgomery Bus Boycott, the attempts were far from innocuous. Indeed, from the time of that first bombing until his assassination in 1968, law enforcement investigated serious threats against King, some foiled only by the vagaries of chance. In one sense, these ongoing public threats simply constituted a constant level of "noise"; Dr. King had no choice but to live with them if he wanted to continue his mission.

When asked a question about when he had personally been most frightened, King replied that it had been during a visit to Mississippi. His visit was not only to mourn the victims of the Mississippi Burning murders but also to bring public scrutiny and pressure on law enforcement to pursue justice in what history now calls the Mississippi Burning killings, the brutal slayings of three young civil rights workers. King offered a prayer in which he had said, "O Lord, the killers of those boys may even be within the range of my voice." At that moment, he overheard a big burly sheriff standing near him say, "You're damn right they are."

At the time Dr. King had no way of knowing that the individuals who had killed the young civil rights organizers were associated with the White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan of Mississippi and that the order for their murders had come from its leader, Samuel Holloway Bowers. King had no idea that Sam Bowers had himself targeted King for murder and that Bowers was part of a network that had incited and planned attacks on King over a period of years. King also did not know that a local Mississippi sheriff 's deputy would eventually be one of those convicted in the murders of Andrew Goodman, Michael Schwerner, and James Chaney—the three young men for whom King had prayed. As we shall see, King's visits to Mississippi, to bring national attention to these murders and to the 1963 assassination of his National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) colleague Medgar Evers, brought King into the crosshairs of committed radicals.

This is a racist attack, because minorities remain behind the technology curb and often lack computers. For that reason, minorities and poor whites rely more on cell phones for their web browsing than other people. Therefore, the introductory information that the system wishes to keep from blacks and whites who lack wealth is hidden by having online articles open after initial statements on cellphone view. I know more about Internet censorship American style than any other person in America. Killing the Dream - MLK Day 2012

Happy Martin Luther King Weekend 2012!  (Three paragraphs, two photos. There are four links before tweets from my @koffietime Twitter page.) I decided to spend the weekend protesting HYPOCRISY among people gathered to dishonor Rev. King by ignoring human and civil rights abuses. From my experience, many blacks occupying positions gained because of the Voting Rights Act do not believe African Americans deserve the same justice after abuses and murders that dogs get. I do not know if our so-called "leaders" have been body snatched, hypnotized, intimidated or bribed, but something is wrong. These people make long speeches about Rev. King and solute his courage, dedication, and determination to promote peace and uphold justice for minorities and for indigent and working class people of all races in America. However, if Dr. King were alive today, he would again be on watchlists, jailed and assassinated. Rev. King's demands that the government apply rights under the U.S. Constitution to all Americans would be received as "homeland terror." His nonviolent public demonstrations against injustice would lead to the same brutal arrests that Occupy Wall Street protests prompted.

2.  --- Numerous people who marched arm-in-arm with Rev. King, singing "We Shall Overcome" were CoIntelPro agents. The covert FBI program that was charged with preventing the rise of a "black Messiah" had many agents who joined peace movements and civil rights movements in order to spy on activists and report back to the federal government.  I met some of them when I was a social security secretary for a law firm in the Atlanta area during the 1990's. The former CoIntelPro agents were retiring, and their wage statements did not include their hefty earnings from years served as traitors to Rev. King and the quest for democracy in America. Therefore, these Negroes demanded administrative hearings to adjust the amount of their monthly social security benefits. Some of the seniors are still collecting today from their treachery. Georgia is full of people like that right now, and so is your city. Google "citizens police." Read my HubPages article about one CoIntelPro agent who traveled with Dr. King throughout the South and photographed the civil rights movement - Withers. He even photographed Dr. King dead on the balcony of Lorraine Hotel in Memphis on April 4, 1968. The former black Memphis police officer sure reached the scene quick, which makes one wonder if he knew about the assassination beforehand. They sit in seats purchased by the blood of martyrs and betray the dream of human and civil liberties for everyone in America. God says repeatedly, "Woe to hypocrites," so I know He is disgusted like I am.

3. --- I am censored, stalked and persecuted for protesting the secret arrest and murder of my handicapped brother, Larry Neal. He died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis/Shelby County, Tennessee Jail on August 1, 2003. Negroes in high positions refuse to release records about his murder and authorize my censorship and persecution to prevent my telling about it and advocating for incarcerated mental patients of all races. So, I am picketing the Rev. King week activities in Atlanta during King Week 2012.  See more information in my tweets below. God bless you! Use the DAY OF ACTION, MLK Day, to protest SOPA, NDAA arrests, criminalizing mental illness for prison profits, outsourcing jobs overseas and to prison labor projects, mass incarceration of 1 in 9 young black men and many working class whites, capital punishment, avoidable wars, and other offenses that you know Dr. King would oppose. Honor him honestly, and honor God. God said we must serve Him in spirit and in TRUTH. His commandment did not change because truth became unpopular, politically incorrect, and unsafe under NDAA. Use five minutes of your MLK Day of Action to contact your elected officials. Ask them to support H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA, the indefinite detention bill that provides for unlimited internment in military concentration camps without any criminal charges or trial.
