Their job is to throw the fight in legal battles involving abuses against minorities, particularly blacks, in the U.S.A. The frauds are allowed by the courts. The California Supreme Court refused to hear a case against The Cochran Firm regarding its fraud against certain workers who discovered the unethical law firm removed their signature page from a confidentiality agreement which they did sign and put it in a settlement agreement they did not sign and which they probably did not even know about. The Cochran Firm regularly works secretly against its clients to benefit companies and government agencies that are its clients' defendants. Because most Cochran Firm clients are minorities, courts uphold the frauds. California courts dismissed the plaintiffs' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm and refused to hear about the lawyers who essentially forged their clients' signatures. I guess if the plaintiffs appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, they will start being censored, gangstalked, and their lawyer's office may be burglarized to steal the court files, but no one will address those crimes either because the plaintiffs signed a confidentiality agreement for mediation that never took place.

Mainstream media does not usually carry news about lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, the BBB will not accept legal consumers' complaints, and the FTC and FCC will not investigate the firm's setup. The Cochran Firm is advertised as being one law firm but operates like franchises, etc. In fact, when my family sued The Cochran Firm for defrauding the Neals to save Memphis Shelby County Jail in a wrongful death matter, The Cochran Firm lied and denied having any law offices within the state of Georgia or in Memphis, Tennessee (see http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com ). The Cochran Firm is allowed to commit perjury in court, so it kept advertising and doing legal work in both places while continuously denying in Georgia courts that Cochran Firm law offices existed there. Since then, I discovered the entire operation is a CoIntelPro program designed to give the semblance of justice after government abuses such as police murders and corporate wrongdoing (i.e., environmental pollution against the Ramapough People of New Jersey) while actually protecting government agencies and large corporations from black people's lawsuits. The media, state bars, and consumer protection agencies hide lawsuits entered against The Cochran Firm, and legal organizations continue to give the firm and its attorneys honors, just as though The Cochran Firm does not regularly defraud its own clients to reduce or eliminate payouts by big business and government entities. Perhaps The Firm is protected by courts and shielded from negative press precisely because it defrauds its black clients regularly. The Cochran Firm was also sued recently for defrauding a woman who was brain damaged in a bad automobile accident. The Cochran Firm, which is not bound by the rules of professional conduct that other lawyers observe, settled its client's case for a tiny sum without permission by her sister who was executor of her estate (See Jackson v. Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith . Fraud is what they do. I will soon publish my book, called COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD (Google the term), and I ask that you also forward this message to warn people on your email list and in your online groups. Every year, more victims are added to the list of people defrauded by the CoIntelPro program that operates under Johnnie Cochran's name. It must be stopped, and informing the public can do that. If you EVER signed anything with The Cochran Firm (even a parking pass), just hope and pray the lawyers do not use your signature to settle your lawsuit for little or nothing by switching your signature to a settlement agreement without your knowledge or permission. Never sign a page that does not have the exact name of the document you are signing. That might help, but the Pharisees may cut off the part of the page that named the document you really signed, or they could simply copy your signatures onto a settlement agreement. Lawyers who are not held to ethical standards do whatever they please. Other attorneys should not try this unless they are also CoIntelPro agents defrauding black clients who "have no rights a white man is bound to honor" (Dred Scott Decision).
