"Judging Me," by Mary Elizabeth Bullock

I hope my online friends are enjoying a slower pace after Christmas, and many might have a vacation week. This is an excellent time to read. Here is an inspiring book: "Judging Me," by Mary Elizabeth Bullock.

This inspiring memoir describes a hard-won life of achievement. In the face of overwhelming adversity, Mary Elizabeth Bullock makes her name as an experienced trial litigator, a respected business law professor, and a federal civil rights judge. She finds brilliant success in spite of being blind, and being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus, and despite having enduring a childhood poisoned by unspeakable abuse. Her book offers hope and motivation to others who have been cruelly betrayed by those who should have been their protectors. It holds knowledge that can help heal adults damaged by sexually abusive childhoods, and it offers understanding and support to those who love them.

When she was a helpless child, Bullock's father sexually abused her for ten plus years,, She was beaten, tortured, sold into sex slavery and molested in physically and psychologically unbearable ways. Perhaps worst of all, he taught her to believe that the evil he did to her was her own fault. Bullock chose to finally tell her story in the hope that others might see that they are not alone, that their stories of abuse do not have the last word. Child sexual abuse is frighteningly common. Nevertheless, the realities of child abuse are often denied by people who cannot bear to believe that it exists.

Some of those abused as children grow up to disbelieve their own stories, or to minimize the damage their brutal past has done them. As a child, Bullock suffered horrific abuse, alone and without support. As a young woman, she was drive to succeed, in spite of what was done to her. She invented a different public personality for herself, once she was able to escape. Outwardly, she donned the armor of achievement and success by garnering high academic honors and rising to a position of power and influence.

Taking full advantage of the scholarships she won, in spite of her chaotic home life, Bullock earned the necessary education to advance her out of the degrading life she grew up in. As an adult, she began a legal career that allowed her to help the disenfranchised, disillusioned and dispossessed. But even after achieving a life that would make anyone proud, under her polished and professional exterior, Bullock was always uncertain, and aware of the past that relentlessly pursued her. Time after time she found herself in negative relationships, never understanding why she was continuously drawn to shattered men, childishly selfish men, and men who hated women as they tried to love them. Through years of seeking, she gained understanding of herself and of others like her.

At last, finding her own peace, Bullock made truce with her unforgotten past and gained the necessary self-esteem needed to build genuine relationships. Mary Elizabeth Bullock thanks God for saving her from a life of despair. She hopes, with this heartfelt memoir, to share her experience and hard-won knowledge that healing is possible, and that a life worth living is attainable. In this memoir, she proves that the human spirit can triumph over the longest odds.

Please congratulate Judge Bullock after reading her book:

Merry Christmas from MaryLovesJustice and AIMI

Wishing all online friends a very joyful holiday season. If something is preventing that from happening in your lives, we hope you will continue to pursue happiness, because that is your right. See the greeting I made for you below. Cyber stalkers admire it so much that they rendered it invisible on certain cellphones.

Condolences to all the families that lost loved ones due to mental illness in 2014. We're working for deliverance for families experiencing mental health crisis, particularly those who have imprisoned sick relatives. Thanks to online friends who help give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.

Two poems by Mary Neal - all rights reserved
"Jesus Christ's Christmas in Solitary"
At Christmastime it seems so cold

to lock sick people in the hole
Mental illness is their crime
Over a million doing hard time

We sing carols about Emanuel
and His blessed Mother Mary
But Jesus' left the manger now
He's locked in solitary

"Whatever you do to the least of these,
you do also to me"
Christ shivers in His lonely cell
Every sick prisoner is He

What will we do to rescue our Lord
and save Him from His plight?
God gave His Son to restore us all
Let's treat His brethren right
(Matthew 25:40)

I have not had such interference publishing a poem since I published "Dog Justice." "Jesus Christ's Christmas in Solitary" was published years ago, but the cyber stalkers act like it is brand new. They are truly psychopaths. See below another holiday favorite, "Empty Chair at Christmas." I wrote it about my mentally disabled brother who was secretly arrested for 18 days and returned to his family as a naked corpse, without explanation, inquest, investigation, and with due process of law denied. The poem is about Larry Neal, but his circumstances nearly match other mentally ill people killed in custody in the United States of America.

"Empty Chair at Christmas"

There is an empty chair at our Christmas table
That was yours to fill
It’s been eleven long years since you left us
And we don’t know why – still

We’ve asked year after year
But no one will answer our query
Why was he arrested – why did he die
Please tell us what happened to Larry

"No explanation! No records! Stop asking!"
This is the official reply
From all the government offices
“He’s dead – let sleeping dogs lie"

But we’ll not give up, my brother
Until we know what is true
There’s an empty chair at our Christmas table
That should have been filled by you

We'll have dinner together again some day
At the Lamb’s great Wedding Feast
You’ll have a sound heart and clear mind
No longer last and least

Until then we’ll help those like you
Befuddled, confused, afraid
In jail for mental illness
May our commitment never fade!

"Black Lives Don't Matter" says The Cochran Firm's Low Demand for John Crawford III Lawsuit

John Crawford was killed in Walmart in August for shopping while black. According to a news articles by Russia Today (RT) and MSNBC, The Cochran Firm frauds are only seeking $75k from Walmart and Beavercreek, Ohio Police Department for Crawford's survivors.

The $75k demand in Crawford's civil action is the smallest wrongful death demand this writer has ever read. The 22-year-old man's child will be deprived of his support throughout his/her lifetime. Crawford's mother will not have his love and support as she ages. To demand such a small amount of money from Walmart and the police department responsible for Crawford's death is obscene. But this is expected behavior for The Cochran Firm, which typically works behind its black clients' backs to protect police departments and large corporations.

The grand jury in Crawford's case refused to indict the police officers who killed him, just as no officers were indicted for the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. Public protests continue regarding the lack of justice in all three cases. Caucasians as well as African Americans are offended that police approached and shot Crawford in his back while he was using the phone in Walmart. In fact, a white woman was reportedly run over and arrested by police at a protest for Crawford this week (see the RawStory article link below). The jury pool in Crawford's wrongful death civil action case would undoubtedly include people who have strong feelings about the innocent young man's death. However, there will be no jury trial in the civil matter, because Crawford's family was never warned about The Cochran Firm fraud. Crawford's survivors essentially chose their defendants' own lawyer as their wrongful death attorney.

In the wrongful death of Jerome Murdough case, The Cochran Firm frauds settled the case involving the Marine Corps veteran who was baked to death in Riker's Island Jail for less than 10 percent of the demand, without filing a lawsuit. If that happens in Crawford's case, his survivors may receive under $7,500 for his wrongful death. Even if the family is awarded the entire $75k, The Cochran Firm frauds will keep over 35 percent, according to our contract with the CoIntelPro law firm (See the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com website online). This case may have the smallest wrongful death demand on record, which is probably why corrupt attorneys downgraded the charge to "negligence." Who pays The Cochran Firm when it demands so little (and sometimes nothing at all) for the lives of African American clients?

It is disheartening that many media companies, including those owned by blacks, know about The Cochran Firm fraud but refuse to warn African American legal consumers. Learn more about The Cochran Firm frauds in articles and videos in this blog  http://CochranFirmFraud.blogspot.com

Families that experience wrongful deaths by police should stay away from The Cochran Firm frauds. The law firm's small demand in the John Crawford, III case says "BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER."

Obama Administration and Police Brutality

1)  From time to time I read accusations against Attorney General Holder wherein conservative whites call him a racist favoring blacks. I disagree with this assessment because of his successful attempt to keep blacks interned - some for life - for possession of crack cocaine, which only helps prison owners and investors.

2)  I would like to read inmates' revelations of how they felt when Attorney General Holder appealed the judge's decision that the Fair Sentencing Act would be applied retroactively. Because he won the appeal, thousands of black inmates whose sentences would have been over or nearly over are still interned in prisons throughout the nation at great cost to taxpayers as well as to inmates and their families. This administration defies the United Nations' recommendation for the Fair Sentencing Act to be applied retroactively.

3)  Do you feel that this administration is doing all that it can and should do to curb police violence against African Americans? Considering its stance against releasing prisoners who were sentenced under the racist crack to powder cocaine sentencing law, do you feel this administration is likely to ever take a strong stance against mass incarceration or police violence that disproportionately affect African Americans?

4)  Part of my reluctance to believe this administration will try to curb police violence against African Americans is based on the USDOJ's refusal thus far to release information, records, and things regarding the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, who was a black man. The refusal of accountability for his secret arrest and demise in a publicly owned jail that was already under the jurisdiction of the USDOJ (after a lawsuit by the USA against Memphis Shelby County Jail) indicates that this administration actively works against justice for African Americans, even to the point of breaking the law to protect murderous police and corrections officers.

5)  Helping police and corrections officers to avoid accountability for crimes against America's most vulnerable people is why Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) plans an international action against the USA. Larry's murder under secret arrest and other wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans of all races will go before the International Court in 2015. Such an action should be unnecessary to protect the human and civil rights of our homeless and mentally disabled citizens who are often neglected, brutalized and killed, and interned in large numbers (1.25 million) in "correctional facilities" where prisoner abuse is common and the press is disallowed.
http://AIMI-HumanRights.blogspot.com

6) Attorney General Holder reminded Americans that the USDOJ's investigation of Ferguson and Michael Brown's death is still ongoing. That would sound promising, except that Attorney General Holder also built hope in the Clemency Project 2014 but failed to authorize defense attorneys to participate. That was said to render the large clemency drive a dud. Considering past evidence, how likely is the DOJ investigation to contradict the findings of the Ferguson grand jury?
http://www.mediate.com/online/holder-reminds-everyone-that-dojs-ferguson-investigation-is-ongoing/

7) Doing what benefits private prison corporations and other big businesses seems to be a priority in Washington. Last year, corporate profits reached an all-time high of $1.68 trillion, while the share of profits that trickled down to workers hit its lowest point since the 1950's. Concerned citizens should therefore try to enlist support for justice from Big Business. This writer believes that unless there is a successful Boycott 4 Justice related to Ferguson, no federal charges will be levied against Wilson, and unrequited police violence against African Americans will continue to worsen during this administration.

Message to White Missouri Christians

I enjoy country gospel. Below is a video featuring "Farther Along" http://youtu.be/6jDcfTZW5eU - a favorite. I can imagine some Missouri Christians uniting to sing this song by the fireside. They should unite for justice in their home state. God loves justice. Everybody sometimes asks, "Why me?" Someday we'll understand why. (This message and the YouTube link were also shared at Twitter, where I am @koffietime. The option to view the media at Twitter was then deleted.)

God's people have a duty to obey Pv. 31:8-9. Caucasian Christians in Missouri and elsewhere have a DUTY to prevent bloodshed in their states to the best of their ability. They should build a hedge around the protesters and help protest wrongful deaths of their neighbors. God's angels said that God would have saved the cities for the sake of TEN RIGHTEOUS MEN. Now is not the time for Christian whites in the St. Louis area to cower in their homes. They must fear not, but leave their sanctuaries and surround the protesters and forestall violence against them.

Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

Picket Only at Malls for Mike Brown

Here's How to Picket in #Ferguson, MO: Picketing shoppers at streets near malls (with permits, if applicable) should provide the excitement and feeling of comradery that boycotting alone might lack. The police will surely come, but picketing at malls would reduce the likelihood of vigilante attacks and police using army tanks, helicopters, rubber bullets, and tear gas on protesters, especially at malls in Caucasian areas. If they do use such methods to violate protesters' free speech and freedom of assembly rights, watch NOBODY go shopping the following day. Success! BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE!

Shoppers who violate the "No Justice, No Profits" boycott called by the coalition of organizations supporting justice for Michael Brown may be afraid and ashamed to violate the boycott if demonstrations center around the shopping areas. Send 20 protesters to each street corner that is an ingress and egress to every mall in St. Louis. "Justice for Michael Brown" protesters in other cities should also only congregate at malls. Change your tactics, and stop assembling in the expected places where you can easily be surrounded and attacked. If you are surrounded at malls and traffic is stopped, the malls must close, and the economic boycott will surely succeed with the help of police. Use the oppressors' police power to enforce our boycott.

Organize buses and cars to pick up protesters and deliver them to suburban malls. Accept donations for meals for protesters. Do NOT gather hundreds or possibly thousands of people in several city blocks to hear speeches from CoIntelPro agent Al Sharpton and others on Homeland Security's Clergy Response Teams. Disperse and experience success. Do not be shepherded into "safe havens" that may be anything but that. Stay on the sidewalks around malls, but do not protest on mall property.

Please read the article at the link above in my FreeSpeakBlog. I copied and pasted the link and reached a "page not found." That is because the LORD speaks to me, and I speak to you about what needs to be done to increase safety and effectiveness in the quest for human and civil rights. Caution: Camps Ahead, Ferguson

What happened during the Rodney King riots was a desperate attempt by a people who had long been deprived of due process in courts of law. For a period of time, African Americans were hopeful that police violence would be dealt with fairly in criminal and civil courts. That has not been the case. Therefore, the possibility of riots might indeed exist if Wilson is acquitted, but only because the justice system has failed to deliver on its promise of equal justice. In the event that the grand jury fails to indict, I certainly hope that there is no property damage and that no more people are hurt or killed in Missouri or elsewhere. I believe the best course of action if Wilson is acquitted is to press the U.S. Justice Dept. to levy federal charges, as was done in Rodney King's case, and that further demonstrations while tempers are high would be counterproductive.

Whereas Zimmerman was not a government employee, and the police had reportedly told him to stand down, that is not the case with Wilson. Federal prosecution should be the response to an acquittal by the Ferguson grand jury, should an acquittal occur.

There is a time for all things. Ferguson is going to the United Nations, and the Justice Department has a job it should do to protect the right to life in the USA. Meanwhile, I caution protesters to be cognizant that in December 2011, the president signed the NDAA law, which permits the USA to detain citizens indefinitely without trial or any opportunity for defense. Many of us fought this law from coming to be, and we still oppose it. I perceive this law as a threat to the very idea of liberty and justice for every American, but particularly for the group that has the highest rate of incarceration presently, often without fair trials: African Americans.

Michael Brown was young and inexperienced, and so he died. I am convinced if he had known Officer Wilson would kill him, Brown would have obeyed Wilson immediately without words. The Ferguson protesters are not ignorant like Brown was about the viciousness of militarized police. At least two more young black men were killed in that area since Brown was, and a black woman is hospitalized with a gunshot wound to her head reportedly delivered by Ferguson police. Therefore, I implore Ferguson protesters to "go nowhere with an angry man," as the bible instructs. We have other options, the most important of which is to let tempers cool before embarking on any course of action should Officer Wilson be acquitted. History should teach us that any excuse would do to disregard the human and civil rights of African Americans, and there is a law that says "anything goes." Be angry, but exercise patience.

We have been concerned for some time about Martial Law and people being interned in the concentration camps that are waiting in America and foreign countries. It appears that the powers that should not be do not attempt to justly remedy wrongful deaths such as Brown's and my brother's and many other blacks endured in hopes that African Americans will give an excuse to institute Martial Law and use the concentration camps that are reportedly prepared, staffed, and stocked with supplies. How we respond to Ferguson if Wilson is acquitted could have eternal ramifications for all of us - meaning everyone in America. We have the ability to chose peace, which is really the only reasonable choice when opposed by such a formidable foe as this country can be if a people threatens its security.

Unless you want to be a suicide warrior and completely destroy this troubled peace we have had in this country since slavery officially ended, I advise everyone to STAND DOWN.

Below is a photograph from Shark Island concentration camp in what is now Namibia. Read about it at http://usslave.blogspot.com/2013/06/german-roots-of-african-genocide.html and view the videos. Do not bet our lives that the U.S. Government has more scruples than the German Empire.

AIMI vs. USA to Decriminalize Mental Illness

We demand the USA to stop arresting, torturing, and killing its mentally ill citizens immediately and provide adequate treatment and subsistence assistance as inpatients or outpatients, as appropriate. ~Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill

Join the plaintiffs' conference for "AIMI vs. USA" on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month at 9:00am PDT. Use our FreeConferenceCall.com dial-in no. (605)562-0020, Meeting I.D. Code 992-212-650. If that fails, the backup number is (805)360-1075. You can also connect at Blogtalkradio (347)857-3293. AIMI will present cases in International Court in 2015, seeking restitution for our neglected, mistreated, tortured or killed mentally ill persons or substance abusers as well as their victims. Join the plaintiffs and allow our International Human Rights Lawyer to review your case for possible inclusion.

Have you or a close relative or next friend experienced:
a) long-term homelessness
b) medical neglect
c) psychiatric neglect or rejection for drug/alcohol treatment
d) brutality
e) lunacy arrests
f) denial of a fair, speedy trial with an adequate defense attorney appointed (Sixth Amendment rights)
g) imprisonment
h) long-term solitary confinement
i) torture as a jail or prison inmate
j) wrongful death, including police violence and State executions

The ten circumstances listed above are common outcomes for poor or middle class Americans with mental disabilities and substance dependencies. Mentally challenged and drug/alcohol addicted people are often victims of crimes against humanity, which are perpetuated or ignored by the government. Their human rights must therefore be protected by the United Nations. Discriminating against people for reason of their health status and disabilities violates the U.S. Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Learn more about AIMI vs. USA at "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" blog at http://aimi-humanrights.blogspot.com

America has established a pattern of abuse involving persons with brain issues that resulted in approximately 1.25 million such persons living as prisoners, often in subhuman conditions. In addition, over 50 percent of America's police violence victims are mentally ill, and there is usually no accountability for catastrophic injuries or deaths of such citizens at the hands of government agents or in government custody. Over 60 percent of prisoners in torturous, long-term solitary confinement are mentally ill, which further erodes their mental health. Although the nation spends billions annually on mental health, few funds are used to provide psychiatric and drug/alcohol treatment or subsistence assistance for persons with serious mental illness - citizens who are at high risk of incarceration.

Many of America's government officials and corporate decision makers are prison investors who earn dividends by continuing adverse and discriminatory conditions. Circumstances have exacerbated to the point that everyone who is homeless or who has any mental disability is at great risk for imprisonment or other harm, whether or not the individuals prove to be a danger to self and others. Indeed, entrapment is sometimes used to capture persons with mental illness for the prison industrial complex, as happened to Autistic children in Riverside, California. See a YouTube video embedded below http://youtu.be/0t1oVWOlnk8

Although whites are at risk for brutality, wrongful deaths, and unwarranted incarceration, non-whites comprise most of the victims of America's war on mentally dysfunctional people. What has happened nationwide to persons of all races with serious mental illnesses was condemned when two Pennsylvania judges used the same tactics in a "kids for cash" scheme that was revealed in 2009. The racketeering judges first shut off funds for the publicly owned juvenile facilities then channeled thousands of children into privately-owned juvenile correctional facilities with or without cause.

Similarly, Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients was withdrawn in the 1960s and 70s, and budgets for community treatment and subsistence assistance were cut. Additionally, laws were passed that made involuntary commitment nearly impossible without a smoking gun or bloody knife. Therefore, mental illness was criminalized. People who would ordinarily have become psychiatric inpatients or outpatients became inmates instead, often after avoidable crimes, and the nation's prison rate increased by millions. Private prisons and jails arose to answer the nation's overcrowded public correctional facilities, and a multi-billion dollar per year industry was born that essentially resulted from Rico Act racketeering (diverting funds for public health facilities and subsistence assistance programs in order to criminalize mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts and financially benefit prison investors).

Most families we work with at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill also have Legal Abuse Syndrome. The system must pay for terrorizing families, arresting and killing their most vulnerable members, and often denying them due process of law.

LEGAL ABUSE SYNDROME (LAS) is a form of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is a psychic injury, not a mental illness. It is a personal injury that develops in individuals assaulted by ethical violations, legal abuses, betrayals, and fraud. Abuse of power and authority and a profound lack of accountability in our courts have become rampant, compounding an already stressful experience.

This stress can and does lead to physical illness. AMA statistics show that around 85% of all physical illness is directly attributable to stress. Legal Abuse Syndrome is a public health menace in this country. It leads to massive medical intervention costs, burdens insurance companies, and adds to Medicare and Social Security costs. Most painfully, it crushes the brilliance and creativity of its sufferers. Legal Abuse Syndrome is detrimental to all of society, and nobody is immune. Learn more about LAS at this site:
http://lvaallc.org/whatislegalabusesyndrome.htm

AIMI will allege Legal Abuse Syndrome for every family in the "AIMI vs. USA" action in International Court in addition to circumstances outlined above that apply to their individual cases. If any of the circumstances describe your experiences, or if you have experienced other discrimination, we urge you to attend our next "AIMI vs. USA" plaintiffs conference meeting. Meetings are held on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month at 9:00am PDT. AIMI will seek restitution for all plaintiffs according to their damages and request the United Nations to mandate necessary changes to decriminalize mental disabilities and drug/alcohol addictions in America's poor and middle class people.

Your assistance sharing this invitation would be appreciated. Hear our first two conferences at the rss link below.
https://www.freeconferencecall.com/rss/podcast?id=6055620020%3A992212650
Unfortunately, we experienced interference and may have to request assistance from the United Nations regarding censorship. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this human rights effort to decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America.

JAIL IS THE LAST THING THAT MENTAL PATIENTS NEED, AND TOO OFTEN, IT IS THE VERY LAST THING THEY EXPERIENCE. Please join our effort to decriminalize mental illness. No one deserves punishment for having a disability.

This article should have five(5) live links, plus two(2) links in the signature block. The dates for upcoming "AIMI vs. USA" plaintiffs' phone conferences are: Oct. 4 and 5; Nov. 1 and 2; and Dec. 6 and 7. Meetings will continue until the action is filed in International Court.

Mary Neal - @koffietime - America's Most Censored

Hello, online friends and followers. I have not shared my @koffietime tweets for some time in my blogs. I want to keep the stalkers on their toes, so I will share some of my recent tweets, especially some from today, September 17, 2014. See them below:
