KoffietimeTweets re Troy Davis Execution Order

Whether one regards the Bible as a God's Holy Word or a book of philosophy, it is filled with wisdom that we can draw from in analyzing and resolving problems.  "Woe unto those who spread discord among the brethren," the Bible says.  I am concerned that the execution order issued for Troy Anthony Davis, a Georgia death row inmate in the world's most contested criminal law case, may give rise to racial strife - intentionally.  Executing Troy Davis concerns me for many reasons.  I believe no one should be executed, especially people whose guilt was not proved irrefutably.  Secondly, Troy Davis' execution could be the catalyst for social unrest - discord among fellow countrymen at a time when the populace must unite to address issues of urgency that negatively impact our lives on a personal and national level.  Working class people of all races are beginning to unite and resist oppression in America.  Our unity is centered around the concept that some government officials are not as responsive to the needs and desires of their constituents as they are to corporate interests.  Prioritizing corporate profits over the People has caused most of the problems that face the nation. There are flash riots happening in the Northeast.  BART police officers in San Francisco killed citizens and scrambled commuters' cellphones to prevent them filming and uploading potentially damning videos last month.  Around 12,600 people in Michigan are scheduled to lose their welfare benefits in October.  Unemployment is a major problem, but corporations and government have not stemmed the jobs flowing overseas and to prisons.  Social Security benefits for senior citizens and disabled people will be adversely affected.  Prisoners in California and Georgia staged nonviolent protests alleging cruelty, hunger, and slavery.  Undocumented workers are targeted for harsh punishment.  Senate Bill 968 is pending before Congress to place the Internet under the United States Department of Justice, which would enable Attorney General Holder to decide what can go or remain online.  People are tense, angry, distrustful, disgusted, and many have PTSD and depression.  Have you considered how many enemies we have according to officials?  Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan were/are all threats to us, and Libya was a threat to democracy.  The Tea Party is a threat. Radical Christians are a threat.  The liberal left is a threat.  Conservatives in the GOP are threats. There are other perceived threats, including earthquakes, storms, etc.  At a time when so many Americans are extremely tense, Instead of one life in the balance, there could be many lives and our way of life in the balance this time.  I respectfully ask the Georgia Pardon and Parole Board for mercy for Troy Davis.  Give us something to cheer about together - Let there be justice.

Racial Unity Threatens Elitists

Diversion Needed! Let's Kill Troy Davis!
What do American decision makers do whenever We the People begin to unite and press for social and economic justice?  They create a diversion.  The Vietnam War diverted attention and momentum from the civil rights movement when African Americans, whites and others joined together at the Poor People's March and other justice initiatives.  Today people are UNITING to protest wars without provocation, mass incarceration for prison profits, the assault on workers' rights, environmental injustice, and other problems caused by the Elite Integration of government and international corporations.  This time, the plan is to polarize the races by executing Troy Davis for an unproved murder. According to news reports, an order to execute Davis sets a window between Sept. 21 and Sept. 28 for the execution. I urge everyone to remember that tens of thousands of whites as well as black people have registered their objections to executing Troy Davis in the absence of irrefutable proof of guilt.  Do not allow THE MAN to defraud you into riots the power structure may hope to use as an excuse to call Marshal Law.

BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE!  NO SHOPPING. 
Ordinarily, we publish a request that conscious people refrain from shopping on the 9th of every month in a peaceful, powerful financial protest to remind corporations and government officials that we are their customers and constituents and we demand justice.  However, it is time to BOYCOTT FOR JUSTICE IMMEDIATELY AND ONGOING until Troy Davis is granted a stay of execution. 

What might the power structure hope to accomplish by executing Troy Davis?

1.  Disunity between black and white Americans.  Elitists feel threatened by our collective strength.
2.  An excuse to take over the Internet.  There were riots in London last month following police overuse of force.  Authorities there blamed Twitter users for contributing to the riots.  Nazis in government want to place the Internet in the U.S. under the Justice Department through a congressional bill that is already pending, S.968.  If there civil unrest follows Davis' execution, that may be used as an excuse to finally extinguish net freedom.  Senate Bill 968 would complete the takeover of mass media in this country, as mainstream media is already government-controlled.  The bill proposes giving Attorney General Holder and his successors the power to decide what can be posted online and what can remain there that is already posted, redirect links, and control Internet browsing.
3.  Possible Martial Law.  In January 2009, Rep. Alcee Hastings (Black D-FL) introduced H.R.645, a bill to erect six (6) concentration camps within America FOR Americans.  The language of the bill said the "FEMA Centers" would be for "Katrina-like disasters."  We all know who was most impacted by Katrina, and America said "NO THANK YOU" to Hasting's bill. Later in 2009, Americans were urged to line up and submit Our Bodies to H1N1 vaccines that were not through clinical trials.  Massachusetts even passed a Martial Law bill for mass quarantine of people who refused to take the vaccines in case an "emergency" was called.  I asked Georgia representatives if similar plans were in place in my state, and I received an email about FEMA help for storm victims in response.  That seemed evasive to me.  My Voting Central polls asking Americans if they wanted town hall meetings before setting aside the Bill of Rights and enforcing vaccines vs. FEMA camps were attacked and finally taken offline.  Some people believe vaccinations may be related to population control.  Americans must be careful to remain peaceful even if unjust executions are carried out.  It seems our officials might be spoiling for an excuse to warehouse us in camps.
4.  Corporate Takeover.   Residents of Benton Harbor, Michigan report that their city officials were essentially fired recently and replaced by a city manager with ties to Whirlpool because of the city's insolvency.  The residents assert that their city's insolvency was caused in the first place by Whirlpool's tax breaks.  Rev. Edward Pinkney, a community organizer and Blogtalk Radio host, said there are 200 more city managers now in training.  Is one of them for your city? Is government of, for, and BY the People ending in the United States?  Are so many sheeple awakening now that it is deemed necessary to do something drastic to speed up the process?

Mary Neal's comment:  I think they are ready for a showdown. This innocent man's execution could be the catalyst for awful things in America. Let us all advocate for justice for Troy Davis and a full investigation into Officer MacPhial's murder, something that did not happen when Davis was arrested on the word of a man who was present at the murder and admitted to having a gun fitting the caliber of the murder weapon. If Davis is lynched, please stay home and BOYCOTT 4 JUSTICE. A financial protest is more effective than marching and signing petitions alone, because our decision makers care more about money than anything I know about. Hank Skinner also has an execution date set for November 2011, although he was denied a DNA test after his stay of execution was granted by the U.S. Supreme Court in March 2010. These stays of execution are only to appease the public, not to grant new trials with substantial post-conviction evidence or give DNA tests an opportunity to exonerate the innocent. Remember as Davis and Skinner prepare to DIE that their "inalienable" civil rights are equal to your own. - My comment was repeatedly prevented from posting at Creative Loafing.

Hands Off Google, Fascists!


(12 links plus another 5 links in article excerpt) CONGRATS, GOOGLE!  After going on record as opposing Senate Bill 968, the IP Protection Act (dubbed "Internet censorship bill"), Google got hit with an antitrust probe by the United States Department of Justice and numerous lawsuits by individual companies alleging antitrust violations.  See below an excerpt from an article regarding Google's triumph in a lawsuit by myTriggers.

Google won another private antitrust suit late this week thanks to an Ohio judge tossing out the case levied against it by a tiny search company.

MyTriggers, the comparison shopping search tool provider which filed the suit, has been alleging that Google had been manipulating search results to keep its business from taking off. Interestingly, that claim was only made after Google had sought $335,000 in unpaid bills from myTriggers, according to CNET. 

As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the case was dismissed when the judge ruled that myTriggers was unable to prove that Google’s business practices are harmful to competition as a whole.
Judge John P. Bessey wrote:
“The counterclaim only alleges harm to myTriggers itself. myTriggers’ allegations do not meet the necessary standard for pleading an antitrust injury.”
It’s also worth noting that MyTriggers was represented in this case by long-time Microsoft antitrust specialist Rick Rule and his well-known law firm, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, based out of Washington DC. Of course, Microsoft continues to deny all involvement in any lawsuits against Google. But it’s an interesting coincidence when you remember that Rule represented TradeComet in that company’s separate private antitrust lawsuit against Google, which was dismissed back in July.

With this dismissal, Google has won all of the currently-known private lawsuits levied against it here in the US. But it’s still looking down the barrel of an FTC antitrust investigation into its business practices.

This writer feels strongly that Google's antitrust probe arose because of the company's opposition to S.968, a congressional bill which would put the Internet under the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ).  If that happens, freedom of press in the United States might be finished.  I have not found the USDOJ to be a fair government agency or particularly interested in upholding citizens' rights. Yahoo, VISA, American Express, venture capitalists, law professors, Human Rights Watch, and many other companies, organizations, and individuals also object to the provisions in Senate Bill 968 for Attorney General Holder and his successors' ability to 1) redirect links, 2) control browsers, and 3) remove websites from the Internet that appear to violate intellectual property rights and use those capabilities "FOR OTHER PURPOSES."  The "other purposes" were not disclosed in the bill, but I suspect they include expelling dissidents from the Internet altogether, including people who oppose war without provocation, capital punishment, outsourcing American jobs to prisons and overseas, religious "bias," etc.  Although Google was far from being alone in opposing Senate Bill 968, the fact that Google handles over 85% of Internet searches probably makes its opposition the most problematic for passage of the Nazi bill.  See previous articles by this writer to inform the public about Senate Bill 968 and expose attacks against Google for standing for freedom of press at the five links below:

Now the citizens police stationed around my home are shooting in the air, which means they object to my article.  The shooting serves as a reminder that they are mean, dangerous, powerful people. Please pray for my family and me. I BELIEVE God is stronger than Satan, but demons are so terrifying that I lived like a recluse for more than a year (2008-2009), afraid to leave home.  In 2008, I discovered that the system we rely on to protect human/civil rights is the same system that we need protection from. I thought things would improve in 2009, but they did not. Then I stepped out on faith, and God never failed me yet.  God used a horrible miscarriage of justice to make of me a human rights advocate for the incarcerated mentally ill and other prisoners, people He is very concerned about (Matt.25:31-46).  I recognize the danger of opposing powers of darkness, but I draw strength from Ephesians 6:10-20.  Notice that in preparing for spiritual warfare, God gives His people nothing for our backs.  We must press on!

10   Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11   Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Mr. Murdoch's Revenge: Publish Larry Neal's Lynching

Mr. Murdoch receives substantial negative publicity for allegedly hacking telephone records.  My telephone and computers are continually hacked to hide the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and to stop my advocacy for justice and compassion for other mentally ill Americans.  Larry's murder and my continuous stalking online and in person are known to government officials, police officers, the media, and many civil/human rights organizations.  Over a million people have read about Larry's lynching and my family's terrorism and denial of due process of law in my Internet articles, social media posts and emails.  However, mainstream media refuses to report this matter, and police refuse to address crimes that violate my First Amendment rights to keep the government lynching covered-up.  

If Mr. Murdoch reports the police murder of this harmless, lifelong schizophrenic black man and the ongoing crimes against his family to keep the death secret, it will prove that many people who judge Mr. Murdoch harshly for hacking phone records are hypocrites.  Authorities allow my telephone and my computers to be hacked continually to hide government corruption and a wrongful death.  Police refuse to even accept the IP addresses my computer's security system captured to investigate the criminal attacks that violate my free speech and freedom of press rights.


Today, the following flyer was distributed to 99 businesspersons in Decatur, Georgia.  I requested that they call DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis and ask him to please instruct DeKalb County Police to investigate the continuous computer crimes and other stalking events against me.

In July 2003, Larry Neal, a schizophrenic heart patient, was secretly arrested in Memphis, Tennessee and kept incarcerated for nearly three weeks until his death under circumstances which the government REFUSES to disclose under Freedom of Information Act requests or federal subpoena.  Police ignored Larry's missing person report and lied repeatedly to his family and social worker denying that Larry was in Memphis Shelby County Jail while his family and social worker searched for him in vain. On August 1, 2003, police notified Larry’s family that the heart patient had died in police custody that morning, and they admitted that Larry was arrested during the entire three weeks he was missing. Larry was murdered because his panhandling and loud singing was inconvenient to police. To this day, Larry’s death is covered up by Memphis/ Shelby County officials and by officials in the United States Department of Justice.

The USDOJ was in oversight of daily operations at Shelby County Jail in 2003 at the time of Larry’s secret murder, because the jail was sued by the USA in 2000 for many prior inmate abuses. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm was appointed by government officials to contract with Larry’s family as our wrongful death attorneys in order to defraud the Neals and keep Larry’s case out of court. (Most Americans do not know that Cochran partnered with people before his death who now misuse his name and reputation to defraud many of the law firm's clients.)  Cochran Firm attorneys pretended for almost a year (the Tennessee statute of limitations) to be handling wrongful death and negligence cases for the Neals regarding Larry’s murder, when in fact the firm did zero but hold the cases inactive while the statute of limitations passed to prevent another attorney from really suing Shelby Co. Jail. Meanwhile, USDOJ officials allowed Shelby County Jail to file fraudulent reports to the federal government that omitted reporting Larry’s death. Larry’s family discovered The Cochran Firm fraud and sued the law firm, serving suit to the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office. The Cochran Firm persuaded Georgia Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob to dismiss the Neal’s lawsuit, claiming falsely that The Cochran Firm could not be sued in Georgia because it had no law offices whatsoever within the State of Georgia.


The Neals next sued The Cochran Firm in United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia. Judge Timothy Batten dismissed the Neals’ lawsuit, claiming that the Cochran Firm’s fraud against the Neals was “immaterial.”  In 2008, several judges, former Vice President Dick Chaney, and former Attorney General A. Gonzales were indicted in Willacy County, Texas for withholding investigations regarding inmate abuses in county jails in return for kickbacks or because they were private prison investors. Dogs’ murders are investigated and prosecuted in America, but not a handicapped black man’s murder. Instead, Larry’s family is stalked, terrorized, and censored to cover up the government crimes, and denied legal recourse.


The news media refuses to report Larry’s murder or The Cochran Firm fraud against the Neals and other minority families. Therefore, Mary Neal reports Larry’s murder on the Internet and formed an online advocacy, ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. The goal is to decriminalize mental illness in America and save other psychiatric patients from imprisonment and death like Larry Neal suffered. Ever since serving the federal suit on The Cochran Firm in January 2008, the Neal family has been gangstalked. The United States Justice Department and Shelby County Jail refuse to release any records or explanation about Larry’s murder by police.


The family’s phone and computers are hacked. No calls can reach the Neals’ phone number 678.531.0262 except calls from immediate family. Changing phone numbers and carriers has not helped us escape the stalkers.  Callers who are not on our "approved caller" list usually hear a false message saying the phone is not in service or their calls are immediately directed to voice mail. The voice mail messages are deleted without the Neal family hearing them, and the phone does not actually ring in our home for the calls that hackers redirect to voice mail. Many of Mary Neal’s incoming and outgoing emails are also prevented at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. She is not allowed to correspond with potential employers since the government is concerned about her working around computers and phones over which the hackers do not have direct control. The Neals have spent thousands of dollars to replace and repair computers that hackers attack to keep the government lynching secret and prevent advocacy to decriminalize mental illness. Over half of America’s 2.3 million inmates are mentally ill, so giving sick people treatment as outpatients or as hospital inpatients would negatively impact prison profits for investors. Citizens police were apparently situated in houses around the Neals to monitor ingress and egress at their Stone Mountain home. Stalkers follow Mary Neal wherever she goes.


Mary Neal’s computer is taken over and put on an Intranet by hackers to control her online browsing, stop certain links from opening to control what Mary reads, and to interfere with her ability to post news about Larry Neal’s secret government murder and the cover-up that continues. When Mary Neal’s computers were destroyed in June 2010, she went downtown Atlanta to report Larry’s murder and her family’s communication sabotage to people in person. Atlanta police arrived where Mary Neal was talking to people on the sidewalk and threatened to arrest and Taser her if she did not immediately stop telling people about Larry’s murder and The Cochran Firm fraud. Computer attacks kept happening, and hackers overcome Mary’s security programs. In June 2011, Mary’s security program captured several IP numbers identifying the hackers. She reported this to DeKalb County Police, but Detective Miller refused to accept the IP numbers and said it is NOT ILLEGAL to hack the Neal family’s computers, steal data from her hard drive, censor her Internet input, and destroy her machines.


On July 6, 2011, Mary Neal wrote to DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis about the police refusing to address the crimes against the Neal family. Mr. Ellis has not responded to date. There is apparently a conspiracy between Memphis Shelby County Police and officials, the City of Atlanta officials and police, DeKalb County officials and police, and the United States Department of Justice, and other parties, to cover-up The Cochran Firm fraud and the lynching of a mentally ill black man, Larry Neal. His family is terrorized and censored in order to hide these crimes from Americans and the world. Elected officials, news agencies, and civil/human rights organizations know about and apparently agree to the Neal family’s siege and terrorism to hide Larry Neal’s murder. Sen. Wyden, Emancipate Georgia's Last Slave

[15 links (not counting those in the 20 tweets), 14 numbered paragraphs, 2 photos, 2 videos] THANK YOU, SENATOR WYDEN, for blocking Senate's vote on S.968 in order to give Americans a chance to be informed about provisions of the IP Protection Act and correspond with their representatives.  Censorship against me is so fierce that although I numbered the paragraphs and links in this article, Senator, you and the public are not likely to be allowed to see everything I wrote here.  Hackers are capable of targeting specific sentences or whole paragraphs and videos to be invisible on web pages and/or code data so it cannot print, as you will actually see for yourself on a video at the third link below.  See also six videos from my YouTube channel jkempp showing real-time cybercensorship against me. Since they can render targeted data invisible, I will send you a hard copy to compare with this online article. Censorship is loathsome, and Senate bill 968 threatens net freedom and enables millions of people to be censored like I am.  People deserve an opportunity to know about the bill and lodge objections, and I appreciate you for giving it to them. Please help me escape CoIntelPro-like suppression of my First Amendment rights.  I am stalked online and in person, and police refuse to address it.  I would like to inform more people about S.968, but cyberstalkers have been hired to stop me.  I believe Google is also being persecuted and faces antitrust allegations because the Internet giant opposes the censorship provided for under S.968.  Google "Mary Neal S.968" for more information.  A good deal of information is in the article entitled, "Mary Neal's Open Letter to Google."

       3.  (a)   redirect my links (People who use the links I put in emails and articles are sometimes not allowed to reach the targeted data.  The links would lead to other data on the web instead.  Numerous shares I published in my Care2 Sharebook were redirected to lead to a photo of a big, black gorilla.  I suppose that was a racial slur.)


      4.  (b)  control my browsing (This is done to prevent me from browsing to news related to mental health care or news articles about abuses or murders of mentally ill Americans, because they know I share the news online at Facebook, Twitter, and my advocacy group, Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.)


      5.  (c)  delete my data off the web and my hard drive (I expose government crimes, including the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and the (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud.  Stalkers started deleting data off my hard drive in 2008 when we were in federal court against The Cochran Firm. They often stole pleadings stored on my computer. 6.  THE CENSORED NEWS I PUBLISH:  My physically, mentally disabled brother was murdered after three weeks of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003.  My family has begged the United States Department of Justice and Memphis Shelby County Jail for years to please respond to our Freedom of Information Act requests for documents and information about Larry's murder in a government-owned facility, but they refuse.  Officials engaged an elaborate cover-up with the assistance of The Johnnie Cochran Firm.  The law firm helped Shelby County Jail escape justice while under contract as our attorneys (Google "Cochran Firm Fraud") by secretly witholding our wrongful death lawsuit while Tennessee's statute of limitations passed.  The fact that the justice system will not release records and investigate the police killing of a handicapped black man from a family of taxpayers, including active duty military people and vets, exposes hypocrisy in the justice system.  Publishing that type of information led to my censorship.  Activists use the Internet to expose crimes against humanity and government waste, and also to protest war, systemic racism and classism, victimization of mentally ill Americans, and air other grievances.  Many people and organizations promote collective bargaining online, upload videos showing police brutality, and express opinions that some officials might find offensive.  This is precisely why S.968 is before the Senate - to stop voices of dissent on the Internet in America.  More information is in the video and articles at the four (4) links below:

7.  Paid hackers also destroyed numerous computers I own by sending trojans and viruses.  They ordinarily take over the administrative role on my PCs to prevent me from uploading software they do not want me to have, such as Adobe Flash. They fear that I will upload more real-time videos like those at my YouTube Channel JKEMPP703 showing real-time cyberstalking. There is an evil quest among some officials to destroy the Constitution of the United States, and the First Amendment is under serious attack.  See a short cyberstalking video below. Prisoner profiteering is a very censored topic. I believe that no prisons or jails should be private businesses and that no elected or appointed officials should be prison investors. It puts them in the position to violate antitrust laws (which Google is falsely accused of doing). Lawmakers who are prison profiteers benefit from their own congressional votes for three-strikes laws, the law of parties, the War on Drugs, and other "tough on crime" laws that made America the country with the largest prison population in world history. 8.  Please be cognizant that the SAME hackers censor me to prevent my publishing news about these subjects: the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud against my family, advocacy articles and tweets to decriminalize mental illness, support for H.R.619 (a defunct bill to resume Medicaid insurance for hospitalizing acute mental patients instead of imprisoning them), advocacy against capital punishment, war, and other topics that I publish online.  I use the Internet to urge our officials to treat others like they wish to be treated. Hackers deleted 11,000 of my human rights for prisoners links in December 2010 on the day before prisoners went on a labor strike in six correctional facilities.  Despite my protests, the tweets were not reinstated until February 2011 after news about the inmate strike was no longer front page on social networks (mainstream media mostly ignored the strike as it was likely instructed to do).  Obviouosly, someone was concerned that online searches about the nation's largest prison would expose too much censored information posted in my tweets at http://twitter.com/koffietime.


9.  Thank you for stopping elected officials from passing the Internet censorship bill, S.968, without Americans having a chance to know about and contest the bill that can eliminate freedom of press in the United States.  Please help me to break free of CoIntelPro so that I can share my hundreds of real-time censorship videos to show Americans how they will fare if S.968 passes.  They may no longer be allowed to use the Internet to publish news that government officials wish to keep secret.  Keeping secrets is why my family's phone is also under CoIntelPro-like control (678) 531.0262.  I AM THE LAST SLAVE IN GEORGIA FIGHTING EVERY DAY FOR EMANCIPATION.


10.  My computer usage is monitored 24/7 (even when I leave home) in order to control my Internet input. My computer security program records 4 IP addresses attacking right now. I tried to relay the IP addresses to DeKalb County, Georgia police so they could trace the hackers, but Det. Miller declined to accept the IP addresses on June 28, and she falsely claimed it is legal for hackers to take over my PC, delete my data, and destroy my machines.  In June 2010, Atlanta police officers threatened to arrest me for speaking to people on public sidewalks about my brother's murder and the censorship I endure.  I am treated like a slave in Georgia, Sen. Wyden.  Please help me by sharing this information and videos that are available at my links with officials who might care about their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.  I hope that once they see censorship in action, they will vote against S.968.  Save the First Amendment, and support truth-tellers. I should not be stalked online and in person for working to decriminalize mental illness in America, where 1.25 million of the nation's 2.3 million prisoners are sick and should be in treatment. I should be able to advocate for the voiceless, sick prisoners as the Bible instructs in Matthew 25:40. Oppressors violate my freedom of speech, press, and religion by censoring my advocacy.  Please do not let them do this to every American.


11.  I used the Internet to promote H.R.619 in 2009/2010, and it was a constant struggle with cyberstalkers to do so.  I have the same interference alerting people to S.968 that I had in 2009 and 2010 when I advocated online for H.R.619.  I feel that America's 1.25 million mentally ill inmates should either be in hospitals or in community care under Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) programs in order to save money off the prison budget, promote safety in our communities, and be humane and just to millions of mentally challenged people and their families. Decriminalizing mental illness would cause prison investors to lose money; therefore, cyberstalkers were hired to censor me. It is sad that the same offensive censorship may be legalized under S.968 that is used now to prevent people from learning about the bill.  The hackers obviously work for someone who knows how abhorrent S.968 is.


12.  God bless you, Sen. Wyden, for stopping Senate's vote on S.968.  Unfortunately, supporters for S.968 did not wait for the Internet censorship bill to be enacted before the censorship began.  I have five hackers sending Trojans and trying to send a worm virus to my PC as I type this.  My security system tells me what IP addresses are launching the attack, but police will not address it.  First Amendment-haters use illegal cyberstalkers to prevent the spread of information about the pending bill that will rob America of freedom of press on the Internet.  The IP Protection Act is an opportunity for the government to eliminate First Amendment rights in the United States of America, and the citizens deserve to know about the pending bill.  Thanks to you, Sen. Wyden, more of them will.


13.  THEY WON'T LET PEOPLE WHO KNOW ABOUT S.968 USE THE INTERNET TO WARN OTHERS.  There is no acceptable reason for my censorship, Senator.  In every article, I advise people to pray for those in leadership over us and to contact representatives and congratulate them for good bills they passed or to petition their support for needed changes.  It is every American's duty to be involved in the political process in this "democracy."  I should not have to fight hackers to share the link to OpenCongress.org for people to learn more about S.968.  They can also vote for or against the bill at that site.  Currently, 89% of the People are voting against it. My videos show the fight it took for me to publish the articles at the links in this letter, Sen. Wyden, all of which regard improvements that are needed or already being applied to the justice system.  The promise in the phrase "by the people" is being canceled by Internet censorship, and I am as closely contained as a 17th century Georgia slave to prevent me from telling people.
