Save Police Violence Victims from Cochran Firm Fraud

The public is righteously outraged about twelve police killings that happened within a month's time during summer 2014. We follow news reports about unarmed people being killed and watch anxiously to see if any semblance of justice will be afforded to their survivors. It is important to recognize that the process of seeking justice will continue long after the initial shock and tear gas have faded. Wrongful death lawsuits are likely to be filed in the cases listed below, and the final judgments may happen years from now. (The only exception may be Darius Colegarrit, who police claim aimed a gun at them.) We must be concerned not only about their deaths but also about the legal process that determines restitution to victims' families.

Within five weeks, the following twelve(12) individuals fell victim to police violence:

Justice demands that NONE of the victims of this summer's police violence relies on The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which is seemingly a CoIntelPro operation that defrauds African Americans throughout the nation to prevent equitable relief after wrongful deaths and catastrophic injuries. Unfortunately, The Cochran Firm has signed contract to represent John Crawford's survivors (the Walmart shooting). That is because censorship prevents blacks from knowing about The Cochran Firm fraud.

The Cochran Firm misuses Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to defraud its black clients and fulfill a CoIntelPro mandate: Keep wealth out of the hands of African Americans. In fact, Johnnie Cochran's death fulfilled another CoIntelPro objective: Prevent the rise of a black Messiah.

Al Sharpton was reportedly heckled by protesters in Ferguson, Missouri. The crowd may have rejected Sharpton because of disclosures that he was a CoIntelPro agent and allegations that he tried to help arrest Asssata Shakur. The Cochran Firm and its enablers in bar associations, legal referral services, media companies, consumer protection agencies, and the government recognize that once The Cochran Firm frauds against its own clients, attorneys, and partnering law firms are widely reported, that law firm can no longer be used to reduce or eliminate payouts to its African American clients. That is why lawsuits for malpractice, fraud, and racism against The Cochran Firm are not widely published. Withholding news reports enabled the frauds to contract with Jerome Murdough's family after he was baked to death in Rikers Island Jail and Chavis Carter's family after he was shot to death while handcuffed in an Arkansas police car. The Cochran Firm was sued by black employees who contracted with The Cochran Firm to represent them against their employer in a race discrimination lawsuit. The Cochran Firm had the workers to sign a confidentiality agreement for mediation. The Cochran firm then removed the signature page from the confidentiality agreement and used it in a settlement agreement without its clients' knowledge or permission and settled their lawsuit for a minuscule sum.

Even so-called black media companies withhold news about The Cochran Firm frauds, which indicates there are numerous blacks in leadership positions whose dedication to justice should be questioned. We can overcome the censorship around The Cochran Firm fraud and help ensure justice for grieving families. You who have blogs, websites, radio shows, news companies, video channels at YouTube and other online media sites, and large email lists must NOT silently allow victims of this summer's reign of police violence to contract with lawyers who the system has set up to "prevent wealth among African Americans" (a CoIntelPro objective).

Ignoring injustices to families during the court process would be as bad as ignoring the abuse and deaths of this summer's police victims.
