NDAA Indefinite Detention of Blacks in USA

Despite my diligent effort, people generally have suggestions about who I should contact about injustices my family endures and many people suffer in the United States of America. I have filed lawsuits, written Congress, the U.S. Attorney General, the President, and the Office of Inspector General over the USDOJ. I have contacted media companies and human/civil rights organizations until my hands are tired and I am disgusted. Here is the truth that you should tell whatever officials you are gullible enough to believe care about justice:

Black men are being held in indefinite detention in America and denied trials. NDAA is happening NOW.

Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was secretly arrested in July 2003 and murdered while under secret incarceration on August 1, 2003 (18 days later) in Memphis/Shelby County Jail. Police continually lied to Larry's family and social worker during his fatal incarceration and denied having him in custody. Since his death, his family has been denied any response to Freedom of Information Act requests and federal subpoenas asking the criminal charges and circumstances of Larry's death, which could be brutality, Taser, restraint chair or table, or the deliberate deprivation of vital heart medication. Intention: Murder. To free police from role of enforced caretakers for the lifelong schizophrenic heart patient.

Terrell Scott, a schizophrenic youth, was arrested without a warrant in the summer of 2009 and remains incarcerated in Pennsylvania nearly five years later, denied a trial. Intention: To force a plea deal on false charges the prosecutor cannot prove in court.

Shannon Nyamodi, a healthy youth who had just finished high school, was arrested in Franklin County, North Carolina about 16 months ago on false charges. He is denied a trial and is currently denied visitors and phone calls. Intention: To force a plea deal on false charges the prosecutor cannot prove in court.

Government kidnappings, false arrests and secret police murders are happening to black men in America, where the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments have been set aside. Pass the word.
