Police Kill Black Women; Congress Applauds

Black women have been regularly killed by #police since ‪the U.S. ‎Congress‬ gave Capital Hill Police a standing ovation for the ‪extrajudicial assassination of Mariam Carey, a young mother whose car hit a barricade at street level near the White House in 2013. Her car had light damage, but the #media lied and called Carey a "White House gate crasher." https://www.facebook.com/miriam.carey.stamford/
The latest victim: #sayhername - #KorrynGaines

The legal system later arrested Carey's family's wrongful death attorney, Eric Sanders,
possibly as punishment for defending Carey's human rights and her civil rights to stand trial in traffic court for her fender bender (her air bag never deployed). Naturally, Carey's instinct was to save herself and her child when police started chasing her car with guns drawn, so she tried in vain to escape the scene of the accident. Carey's child was strapped in a car seat behind her mother. Luckily, police removed Carey's child before opening fire on the unarmed black woman, a 34-year-old dental hygienist, and killed her. The five-year-old son of police officers' latest black female victim, Korryn Gaines, was shot in his leg but is expected to recover.

The police killings of black women are unsettling for my 93-year-old paraplegic mother and myself, since we help suffering people seek justice after crimes against humanity in America like Carey's lawyer. We embarked on this mission after being denied due process of law following the secret arrest and "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" (a link to the website is below). Larry was my mentally and physically disabled brother, a 54-year-old harmless heart patient who was killed after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail on August 1, 2003. On July 16, 2016, I discovered that my modem is shared by at least seven near neighbors who are hackers and suspected DeKalb County police officers (I will publish the addresses next time). Their job is to censor, intimidate, and financially persecute us. Having control over one's phone and emails empowers Nazis to prevent legal assistance, job offers, and donations from supporters.

More information about these four black women is available at the following links (unless NSA redirects your browser).

The video https://youtu.be/387PbHHh8o8 is evidence of hackers. My family only had three devices connected to the modem, but hackers brought the number to ten. We were informed that hackers must be within 100 yards of one's modem to use it. We feel that we have lived under siege for years, and I often complained to my readers about being surrounded by "citizens police." Larry Neal was murdered under secret arrest during the Bush administration, and most crimes to keep his murder secret happened during the Obama administration. Therefore, no assistance from police, politicians, or media companies ensued. Instead, terrorism and censorship against his family continues 13 years later. My mother and I are like women who were gang-raped by wealthy, reputable men who then decide to isolate and kill the victims lest they become witnesses to their crimes. The director of one human rights organization told me in 2012 to stop writing about our denial of due process of law regarding Larry's murder because it could interfere with President Obama's reelection. This administration pretends to care about women's rights and justice for black people; therefore, my terrorism increased during that election.

It is time for everyone, especially black women, to lay aside racial prejudice. It is mostly black men persecuting me for the government. And although I have shared the persecution, intimidation, and censorship I undergo as a human rights activist with many black-owned media companies (I have written so much about it over the past decade that they all know), Patriot News is one of very few medias that help to safeguard my mother and me by publishing news of our terrorism. See three samples below:

Government spokespersons would likely allege that I am delusional for "imagining" an open season on black women was declared in the highest eschelons of this corporate government when Congress gave police a standing ovation for killing Mariam Carey. If so, I am in good company for being mislabeled because I distrust an oppressive government that killed my disabled brother and also killed my brother who was a Marine Corps veteran with Agent Orange. The government routinely rules such deaths as Korryn Gaines and Mariam Carey suffered "justified." Having no excuse for killing Larry, his murder was covered-up. People who complain are called nuts. The News Commenter and USA Today reported that President Obama called this nation's forefathers delusional because they overthrew English tyranny.

TheNewsCommenter
Published on Jan 8, 2016 - Last night's CNN Town Hall with president Obama was hard to watch for many reasons. Not least of which was when Obama talked about how Americans are paranoid and have conspiracies about the federal government. In the video below he actually points to The American Revolutionary war between the 13 colonies of the United States and Great Britain as an example of American's being "suspicious of some distant authority."

All people who reject oppression are punished by oppressors as much as possible, especially blacks. That is why Haiti is still being punished today for overthrowing French governance. Korryn Gaines was arrested during a traffic stop in March, and she refused to cooperate with the officer. She did not threaten him, but her Philosophy of Liberty was so pronounced that she had to be punished. As a result, her five-year-old son was shot and will emerge from the hospital as a motherless child. What happened to Gaines and my own oppression are lessons for all people in the United States of America, not only black women. My mother and I are persecuted for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?" and because we advocate for other oppressed Americans of all races. Asserting human and civil rights for self and others is punished in America.

As two black Atlanta police officers told me in 2010 when I attempted to speak to people in conversational tones on the sidewalk outside The Cochran Firm office on Peachtree Street, "You'd better get your ass home before we Taser and arrest you. You have no rights here."

Goldwater, Byrd, Sanger and Hillary

Elections are not popularity contests. Nevertheless, some people are approaching the 2016 presidential election like they are voting for an "American Idol" contestant. Hillary Clinton has alluded several times to comments which she perceived as Bernie Sanders' criticism of the Obama administration, as though such assessments should be considered blasphemous by African American voters. Obama is not on the ballot for 2016, and nobody should elect the next president out of some mistaken loyalty to him. The candidates for the Democratic Party are Clinton and Sanders.

Campaign flyers in my area claim that Clinton would "continue President Obama's legacy." That is desirable to some people and distasteful to others. Let us critique the records of some other people Clinton holds in high regard.

Clinton is a former Goldwater girl who praised Sen. Robert Byrd, a former KKK member, and called him her dear friend and mentor when he died in 2010. She also expressed high regards for Margaret Sanger, a Nazi eugenicist who propounded forced sterilization of Blacks and poor whites as population control, whose advocacy against such "undesirables" led to over 60,000 forced sterilizations in America.

1. Senator Byrd filibustered and voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Byrd was the only senator to vote against the appointing of both Thurgood Marshall and Clarence Thomas to the United States Supreme Court, the only two African-American nominees. Byrd also opposed the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

In the early 1940s, Byrd recruited 150 of his friends and associates to create a new chapter of the Ku Klux Klan in Sophia, West Virginia.

According to Byrd, a Klan official told him, "You have a talent for leadership, Bob ... The country needs young men like you in the leadership of the nation." Byrd later recalled, "Suddenly lights flashed in my mind! Someone important had recognized my abilities! I was only 23 or 24 years old, and the thought of a political career had never really hit me. But strike me that night, it did." Byrd became a recruiter and leader of his chapter. When it came time to elect the top officer (Exalted Cyclops) in the local Klan unit, Byrd won unanimously.
Byrd wrote to segregationist Mississippi Senator Theodore G. Bilbo:
I shall never fight in the armed forces with a negro by my side ... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.
— Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS)
In later years, when it became obvious that Byrd's racist ideology was not championed by the majority of Americans, Byrd said, " I think we talk about race too much."

2. Senator Barry Goldwater: In her autobiography "Living History," Clinton described her father as a "rock-ribbed, up-by-your-bootstraps, conservative Republican and proud of it." She noted that she had been a Young Republican and a supporter of Arizona senator Barry Goldwater, who famously voted against the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the Senate.

3. Margaret Sanger shaped the eugenics movement in America and beyond in the 1930s and 1940s. Her views and those of her peers in the movement contributed to compulsory sterilization laws in 30 U.S. states that resulted in more than 60,000 sterilizations of vulnerable people, including people she considered “feeble-minded,” “idiots” and “morons.” The majority of sterilized persons were Blacks. (This information is from a Grossu article about Sanger called "Margaret Sanger, racist eugenicist extraordinaire" and subtitled "The founder of Planned Parenthood would have considered many Americans unworthy of life.")

When the Planned Parenthood Federation of America gave the Margaret Sanger Award to Hillary Clinton in 2009, Clinton said:

“It was a great privilege when I was told that I would receive this award. I admire Margaret Sanger enormously. Her courage, her tenacity, her vision [a world with fewer blacks being born] … When I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on archetypes, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I’m really in awe of her. There are a lot of lessons we can learn from her life, from the causes she launched and fought for and scarified for so greatly.”

More about Sanger and her agenda to reduce the population growth of Blacks in America is in a documentary called "Maafa21," a film about Black genocide. See it at https://youtu.be/HshhtiNm2Kc on YouTube.

It would behoove African Americans to pay attention to the people Hillary Clinton admired from her earliest childhood to this present day rather than to her critiques of Sanders' comments about some of President Obama's policies, which Sanders apparently considers too moderate. Many people agree, including African Americans. But President Obama's record, regardless of what one thinks about it, is not the determining factor of the 2016 presidential election. The candidates' own records and their platforms are. Therefore, please familiarize yourselves with the candidates' stance regarding issues that matter to us, and refuse to be distracted by irrelevant rhetoric about who does or does not think President Obama was/is an exemplary president in every area.

Sanders' platform is exactly what I have been writing about for a decade. Some impressive points are:
~ Sanders is against the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). TPP is expected to negatively impact U.S. workers and limit our use of Internet services.
~ Sanders is against racism and always has been. He was arrested as a 21-year-old college student at Chicago Univ. for demonstrating with Blacks for better educational opportunities.
~ Sanders is against privatizing prisons and jails. He and others in Congress introduced H.R.3543 in September 2015, the "Justice Is Not for Sale Act." If it passes, our local, state, and federal government will be barred from contracting with private prison companies, and predatory pricing on prisoners' phone calls, etc., will end.
~ Sanders would raise the minimum wage; he supports labor unions and workers' rights.
~ Sanders would give free tuition for qualified students and lower the interest on student loans.
~ Sanders is for universal healthcare.
~ Sanders voted AGAINST the Iraqi War.
~ Sanders is against capital punishment.
~ Sanders is against NAFTA, which cost Americans hundreds of thousands of jobs.
~ Sanders voted against the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in October 2015, with its provision for incarcerating Americans in concentration camps without criminal charges or any opportunity for defense.

U.S. Obligations to Americans Come First (Iranian Nuclear Deal)

We are storytellers, writers, poets, and artists who abhor unfairness, and despise hypocrisy, and give voice to the voiceless, and tell truths that need to be told. ~ Barack Obama

Recently, 47 U.S. Senators wrote a letter telling Iran that Congress may not honor a nuclear deal broached with President Obama. Vice President Biden condemned the GOP senators' letter in a strongly worded press release, in which he said:

"Around the world, America's influence depends on its ability to honor its commitments. Some of these are made in international agreements approved by Congress. However, as the authors of this letter must know, the vast majority of our international commitments take effect without Congressional approval. ... They are essential tools to the conduct of our foreign policy, and they ensure the continuity that enables the United States to maintain our credibility and global leadership even as Presidents and Congresses come and go."

United States officials have signed contracts with the American people and the United Nations that regard the rights of U.S. citizens. Failing to honor these contracts erodes America's ability to influence other countries, just as the Vice President said, especially in the area of human rights. Refusal to honor the agreements signed in years past negatively impacts the United States' credibility and global leadership and makes suspect any and all future agreements. Blaring failures exist regarding the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties.

The video at YouTube https://youtu.be/mTnBUYoJtk4 proves that prison investors moonlighting as public officials in direct conflict of interest censor Mary Neal's advocacy to replace incarceration with hospitalization. That censorship violates all of the documents named above. Mentally ill Americans, including U.S. veterans, are continually killed during arrest attempts and in jails and prisons because none of the covenants listed above that would protect them are being honored. See the video embedded below regarding U.S. congressional bill H.R.619, which proves that freedom of press was violated in order to prevent Americans from knowing about the bill that would have resumed Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients:

Ignoring the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my mentally, physically disabled brother, violates all of those and all other laws and conventions intended to protect the rights of Americans who are poor, black, or mentally and physically disabled, such as this man who was held under secret incarceration for 18 days and murdered on August 1, 2003, by yet undisclosed means.

During the nearly 12 years since Larry's secret murder, his sister and other human rights activists became aware and vocal about the urgent need to protect the rights of mentally challenged Americans, who comprise over half of the victims in America's violent incidents that happen under the color of law. We were encouraged when President Obama included mentally challenged Americans in his State of the Union address in 2015, and our optimism increased when the First Lady recently announced her campaign to focus on improving the conditions of people with serious mental illness, but my censorship continues.

Hopefully, justice for Americans with serious psychiatric issues will not begin here and go forward but will also include mentally ill people who are presently warehoused in the nation's prisons and jails for offenses that resulted from the deliberate denial of adequate, timely treatment, especially those who suffer torture in solitary confinement cells. Being fair to mentally ill Americans also means rendering justice for families, like the Neals, who were denied due process of law in U.S. courts in order to cover-up rather than deal fairly after wrongful deaths in custody.

Ask the men pictured below if the USA keeps its contracts with the American people. Only one of them can answer, because the others were killed under the color of law. Terrell Scott, in the upper left corner, has been a Pennsylvania prisoner for over five years although he was denied a trial. In fact, Judge Zito said Scott has over 40 charges, and Scott is not even allowed to know what they are. Being black and mentally ill and poor apparently merits complete disregard for Scott's civil and human rights in the United States. He was simply snatched and arrested without trial, like free blacks who were kidnapped and enslaved in the movie, "12 Years a Slave."
When it comes to Americans whose rights are/were marginalized or ignored because of racism or poverty or mental illness, we must not do what so often happens in America, which is to go from today forward without correcting wrongs retroactively. There will be no opportunity to move forward and "be true to what America said on paper" while tens of thousands of people with mental illness are cruelly incarcerated who should be treated either in mental hospitals or in assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs, depending on their ability to live outside of a controlled environment and the seriousness of the offenses that led to their arrests.

There is no opportunity to move forward without rectifying wrongful deaths, like Larry Neal experienced at the hands of Memphis, Tennessee police officers and Shelby County Jail personnel. If the President, our First Lady, and the Vice President really desire to establish "continuity that enables the United States to maintain our credibility and global leadership," then they must begin by honoring commitments made to U.S. citizens through the documents named above and others. America must be "true to what she said on paper" about people within her own borders before Iran or any other nation should take seriously any agreements with the U.S.A.

We will never rest as long as people are brutalized and killed without accountability in the United States because they are a certain race or have a certain economic status or certain health conditions. We must continue to expose and oppose oppression until the human and civil rights of every person are honored and fully protected. Human rights advocates will continue to demand that America finally "be true to what she said on paper" (MLK).

As an Iranian official pointed out, for America to dishonor any commitment President Obama makes with regard to nuclear agreements would violate international law. But so does secretly arresting and murdering Americans with disabilities violate international law. Baking, boiling, and starving mentally ill inmates, and censoring advocates for complaining about these crimes against humanity all violate international law, but these offenses happen regularly to people of all races with justice denied in the USA. What would be new about America ignoring international laws?

Honoring commitments must begin at home. For Iran or any nation to expect America to honor agreements with other countries while ignoring its written obligations to U.S. citizens would be unwise, especially after having received a warning letter from 47 senators.

Below is a radio broadcast with Americans who endure extreme hardship because their loved ones are being tortured, beaten, and starved in prisons in the United States. One woman's son was allegedly made to eat his own feces. Another has lost so much weight that he now weighs only 120 pounds.

I only ask U.S. officials to treat others as they would wish to be treated, and I ask people in America and throughout the world to contact U.S. officials about the continuous wrongful convictions, prison torture, and wrongful deaths of people in this country who are marginalized because they are either mentally challenged or because they are non-whites and/or lack wealth. Victory Through Terrorism and Censorship

I was not allowed to place a comment at the PressTV site to the article http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2012/09/29/264138/obama-fully-intends-to-betray-his-own-loyal-supporters/. I will make a video of the censorship to prove it. I wrote:  "How much does an administration care about Africans in America or liberty and justice if it hides the police murder of a disabled black man, who was killed after 18 days of secret arrest, by suppressing or allowing censorship and terrorism against the victim's sister and family presumably to hide a government lynching from the president's supporters, particularly black people? Google 'Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.' What hope does the U.S.A. have under the administration that fights in court for the right to indefinitely intern people in military concentration camps without naming an offense or allowing trials? President Obama signed NDAA Sec. 1021 into law, and Mitt Romney, his GOP opponent, said he would have done likewise. I searched diligently but found no country that ever used concentration camps for purposes other than warehousing and killing minorities, handicapped people, homosexuals, and political dissidents. It is time for worldwide prayer for the United States and the world." (My comment has 158 words, 1000 characters - the allowed limit). I saw no other comments on the article. Perhaps Americans are already prisoners, and no comments are allowed.

I SAY TO OUR IRANIAN FRIENDS: Let your people march, let your people speak, release your people from jail, let them have a voice! ― Vice President Joe Biden. See other censorship quotes that are ignored at this link http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2012/08/censorship-quotes.html
