‪#‎Prison‬ investors fear and resent movies like the one in production now by Dr. Stephen B Seager, "Shattered Families." They feel threatened by books like "Getting Away with Murder," investigative journalism reports about gross mistreatment of mentally ill prisoners like the Miami Herald published about Darren Rainey and other disabled Americans. Oppressors hate continual reports about individuals and families being negatively impacted by the prison industrial complex and overuse of police force, like those published by MaryLovesJustice in "Human Rights for Prisoners March" blog and "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com . But does the fact that government officials hate our books, news reports, and radio broadcasts give them the right to issue bans that deprive Americans of information that is intended to motivate this country be true to its laws, creeds, and ideals?

CRIPA is great legislation, but the duty to protect the rights of institutionalized people in the USA is ignored by local and federal officials as prisoners are continually abused and killed in custody. Other examples of wrongful deaths in custody include my brother Larry Neal, Daniel Linsinbigler, Freddie Gray, Sandra Bland, Sgt. James Brown, Eileen DiNino, Circle Bear, and many others - people who were blacks, whites, and Native Americans, able-bodied or disabled. Efforts to expose denials of due process of law are regularly #censored. Many writers and advocates are persecuted just as Mallinckrodt was when his position as a psychotherapist for Corizon Correctional Healthcare ended presumably because he complained about prisoner abuse. Authorities had no right to ban "Getting Away with Murder." Corrections officers had no right to scald Darren Rainey to death. Neither should mentally ill inmates be made to fight other inmates - sometimes to the death - to entertain guards: human dog fights. People like Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. suffered and some died for protections offered under each of the laws listed below. Many active duty #military people as well as #veterans still pay dearly for our rights that are not being upheld by either federal or local governing authorities. Let us fight to keep them on the books and make the laws actualities. The cornerstone of all rights Americans have is the First Amendment. Use your First Amendment rights on January 8 to take a stand for freedom of press and CRIPA. "All we ask of America is 'Be true to what you said on paper.'" (MLK).

Oh, oh. I have two activist ministers: , who was arrested after sponsoring a recall election and remains imprisoned in Michigan, and Rev. . The feds showed up at Rev. Harris's church this week. Al Williams gave this report:

"About one hour ago, two federal marshals appeared at Rev. Floyd Harris Jr.'s church looking for someone, I assume to arrest. A friend of mine, who is a member of the church, and I were close by; [we were] a short 30 yards from the church when my friend received a phone call. It was obvious from the voice that it was Rev. Harris having a heated discussion with someone. My friend went in first, followed by me. Rev. Harris asked for a card or ID and was refused. Rev. Harris called 911 on the marshals. Then it was good cop, bad cop. I've seen so many good cop, bad cop movies it is almost boring now. The bad cop was a total ass, which was his job, but do you go on God's grounds and attempt to intimidate a reverend? Just to find out if the person was there? Or if Rev. Harris knew where the wanted person was?

My point to you is, if they go to a church and treat a reverend that way, what will they do do you?"

Thank you, Mr. Williams, for your report. Rev. Harris came under increased surveillance when he sponsored a "Black Lives Matter" march in Fresno, CA recently. The Chief of Police, Chief Dyer, expressed fears during a media interview lately that Rev. Harris is negatively influencing children in the community and turning them against the police. Rev. Harris should not teach the youth at New Light for New Life Church of God about their human and civil rights or how to raise and can vegetables, apparently.

In the bible story about Esau, we learn that God did not simply hate sin but the sinner, also. 

Furthermore, Rev. Harris and Rev. Pinkney keep "bad company." They hang out with MaryLovesJustice, a black woman who does not know her "place" and asks "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" her mentally, physically disabled brother who was killed after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis/Shelby County Jail in 2003 while the jail was under federal overview. I also ask officials to please treat others as they wish to be treated. That request was not appreciated from Jesus Christ, and neither is it acceptable from Black   in 21st century America.

Rev. Harris is quite a thorn in the side for law enforcement, apparently. Whenever he can, he goes cop watching and films police interacting with homeless people. He actually cares about homeless people, which is very unpopular among prison investors who plan to use them as prison commodities. See pictures and a video by Rev. Rev. Harris was also among a group of concerned citizens who went to the homeless people's encampment when police arrived to destroy it and confiscate their personal possessions in Fresno. They watched and videotaped the incident in hopes that their presence would help guarantee the homeless people's safety. 

Satan says, "Damn those Christians! We've got to teach them a lesson!" Pray for Rev. Harris, please. He is not on the Homeland Security Clergy Response Team. I have four ministers, pictured below. They are: 

(1)  Pastor James C. Ward, who teaches us and leads us in praise and worship services, buried my brother, and baptized my children

(2)  Rev. Dr. Floyd Harris, Jr., who inspires us with his courage and demonstrations of a shepherd's love for his sheep, even when endangered himself 

(3) Rev. Edward Pinkney, who became a political prisoner because he obeys Proverbs 31:8-9: Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

(4) Rev. Dr. Marin Luther King, Jr., an assassinated minister whose messages arouse in us such longing for freedom and dedication to serve mankind. All he asked of America is that she "be true to what she said on paper."

The four men above are my ministers, who I believe live(d) as God would have us all to live as doers of the Word and not hearers only. I hope that Rev. Harris never uses his liberty in Christ and his "civil rights" to sponsor a recall petition like Rev. Pinkney did. Some of us have the right to vote, but apparently, none of us have the right to sponsor a recall petition to rid our communities of politicians who corporations have in place to help rob the People or the right to teach the People about their human and civil rights and how to protect them. All of the true followers of Jesus Christ support human rights. That is considered a problem in 21st century America, just as it always was everywhere, even when Jesus said, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Before the Change, Americans had freedom to practice their religions, a First Amendment right. But as Justice Scalia, of the U.S. Supreme Court, said, "The U.S. Constitution is dead, dead, dead!" Plans: Depopulation Via Vaccinations

The U.S. Government's National Adult Immunization Plan (NAIP) to enforce vaccinations on every American of every age, regardless of what health conditions they may have and despite what medications they may already take, seems irresponsible. Many decision makers in government positions invest heavily in pharmaceutical companies. Some also invest in companies that are vendors for prisons and FEMA camps. However, it is very concerning that 350 million people's health, and many of their lives, may be placed at risk to increase the worth of decision makers' portfolios.

The fact that fascists want to implement a depopulation plan against America may be why Barack Obama was so attractive as president for them. President Obama grew up in Indonesia during the worst period of that nation's genocide against the people of West Papua. Over 500,000 black indigenous people were killed, and the killing continues today. That is where, as a child, the president became accustomed to people with dark skin being mistreated and murdered, and he has a high tolerance for racism against Black people. For example, Black banks were shut out of the new federal tax credit program: Out of $3.5 billion awarded recently, not a single dollar went to minority institutions. The federal government under the Obama administration "maintains the status quo," which is elite white supremacy, and "keeps wealth out of black hands." The idea of enforced vaccinations is expected to cause disagreement. Those who disagree with the government's right to enforce vaccinations will probably be sent to FEMA camps. The correlation between enforced vaccinations and FEMA camps was made in 2009, when the State of Massachusetts senate unanimously passed its martial law bill, mandating that should an emergency be called, citizens who refused to willingly submit their bodies to H1N1 vaccines would be quarantined, presumably in camps.

Patriot News II recently published an alarming article alleging that U.S. immigrants were being taken to FEMA camps and deliberately infected with communicable diseases before their release into America. Patriot News cited videos by Fox News. Patriot News II reports:"After unlawfully kidnapping thousands of foreigners, locking them in Nazi FEMA camps with his Brown Shirt Army (that is literally what they are calling themselves), Obama then injects them with previously-eradicated diseases and ships them off to all of our major cities in the U.S. We now have outbreaks and epidemics of all of these terrible plagues."

More information about NAIP is available at a Right.Is article by Professor James F. Tracy, which was published in February 2015. Excerpt: “[T]he NAIP is intended to promote coordinated planning and action across all stakeholder groups,” the 52-page document reads, “[i]ncluding those within and outside of the federal government” (p. 6). In addition to the health and personnel-related agencies within HHS’ purview, such as the Centers for Disease Control and the Food and Drug Administration, other government and “stakeholder groups” include the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, the “vaccine industry” and “academic/research organizations” (p. 7).

Note that the intended recipients of dozens of government-mandated vaccines are not listed in the quoted section above as being "stakeholders." Presumably, not all personnel from the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice, which are named stakeholders, would agree with mandatory vaccinations or interning U.S. citizens in FEMA camps. Many of them may flatly refuse. It is important to note, however, that Kim Davis, the clerk in Rowan County, Kentucky, was recently arrested for not following the government's orders instead of her own principles.

This is a dangerous time in history, a time when the U.S. Government is being transformed to an outright corporate fascist regime, even though it has a long history of racial and class oppression of peoples of color and repression of those on the bottom. In today's America, the corporate elite are no longer content with having career political representatives control the government in a political democracy but want corporations to rule in a corporate democracy until there is no government, just corporations.

Hand-in-glove with the rise of a corporate autocracy is the absolute reign of terror by local and national police forces and the racist crimes of white vigilantes is the sellout by civil rights legal groups to prevent the use of the legal system at all by the poor and oppressed racial groups, and when it is used, to ensure that their lawsuits do a minimal amount of damage. There may have been a time when a crusading attorney or law firm, working with civil rights or Black radical movements, would have been willing to raise the claims of those on the bottom or fight injustice in the legal system to seek some form of justice -- and even become a "legal radical." That is no longer the case.

Most of the civil rights firms have gone entrepreneurial and political, and only raise such cases when recovery is assured. It is in their interest not to bring a case at all, and through a variety of methods, prevent plaintiffs from being able to appear in court. This legal sabotage is designed to protect the government and those powerful entities such as corporations with what used to be called a "gentlemen's agreement" but is now known as doing what is in their class interests.

Looked at in this light, the franchising of the law firm of the late civil rights attorney Johnnie Cochran and subversion of his legal mission on behalf of the Black community and the poor is a matter of government and corporate subversion. It is a counter-insurgency to prevent the use of the legal system for radical social change. This is hand-in-glove with the federal government's sparing use of criminal and civil rights penalties against law enforcement agencies that commit murder or engage in egregious civil rights violations, except for instances where there has been a mass community based rebellion ("race riot") or massive publicity forcing the hand of federal Department of Justice officials.

Because of all this, thousands of people were killed by police, jail guards, and other law enforcement officials. These cases are rarely redressed in court with federal criminal prosecutions or civil lawsuits by the U.S. Attorney General's Civil Rights Division. It is as much a scam as the Cochran Law Firm not fighting on behalf of its clients who have had loved ones brutalized or murdered. So, it is becoming more and more obvious that there are no remedies under American law for people who have lost loved ones to police violence in a place like Memphis, Tennessee. Remedy will have to come from protest movements at the grassroots level, but also from pressuring institutions outside of the USA, like an international boycott and the United Nations Human Rights Council's petition system.

The author of this book’s brother was murdered in the Shelby County Jail in Tennessee in 2003. The law firm she trusted for justice sabotaged the wrongful death and negligence cases. She has been spied on and harassed by police agencies, was radicalized and became a blogger and activist. She has seen firsthand the treachery of the legal system in this post-civil rights period. Like many people, she may have had abundant faith in the system in the beginning, but the corruption and injustice of the system has proved otherwise to her. Reading this book will be an eyeopening experience for many people, especially those who have gone through life with blinders on, who think that if you do not commit a crime you cannot be victimized by the government or its police. They simply do not understand the true nature of the system.

Mary Neal's unending quest for justice in her brother's murder in the jail in Memphis as well as her fight against racism, judicial corruption, and political treachery have much to be admired, although her suffering has much to be pitied. But it is not your pity she seeks; she seeks to educate and inspire you to take action against the injustices she describes in this book. She wants to enlist you as a partner in her campaign for justice and a soldier in her war against police repression.

Lorenzo Kom'boa Ervin was a member of the original Black Panther Party. He is a revolutionary human rights advocate and a visionary. Ervin is an author and a teacher. He and other Black Panther Party members understood that America is at war with its citizens, particularly Blacks. I became a prisoner of that war after protesting the government's secret arrest and murder of my handicapped brother. Larry Neal died in this race and class war that most people who are Black, poor or handicapped may not know is being waged against us. 

Informing the masses about America's race and class war and exposing collusion against the People by government, the media, and Big Business are my purposes for writing "The Cochran Firm Fraud." Readers will finally realize there is a war being fought against working class and indigent Americans, particularly people of color, as they read about my attempts to obtain justice regarding Larry's murder as well as my endeavors to elevate mentally ill Americans of all races to a point where their right to life and peaceful existence will be on a par with dogs. 

The system is decidedly against giving "justice for all" and is offended by our human rights demands. We must resist evil and fight oppression just as we were taught by persons whose messages were at one time considered "too radical." Otherwise, we will find ourselves enslaved in a system so harsh that even the thought of freedom will be punished. Great care is given to slow the spread of this information through hackers whose salaries may be paid by taxpayers.

"The Cochran Firm Fraud" is not merely an expose' about a treacherous, racist law firm that defrauds Blacks coast-to-coast by misusing Johnnie Cochran's name. The book exposes America's racist, mercenary system that The Cochran Firm serves - a system that even ignores Black legal consumers' right to know that on May 12, 2015, the United States District Court, Central District of California, ruled that The Cochran Firm has "unclean hands" and does not meet the criterion to be called "a law firm." That federal court order is not broadcast to the public, or the plot against Blacks would fail. Because of secrecy, unsuspecting survivors of police murder victim Sam DuBose rely on Michael White, who works with the law firm that is now a court-declared fraud. 

CoIntelPro did not really end after the Church Committee hearings in the 1970's; it merely changed names but has the same mandate to maintain the status quo (elite white supremacy) and keep wealth out of Black hands.

The United States District Court, Central District of California (USDC), ruled that The Cochran Firm is NOT "a law firm." That is precisely the defense The Cochran Firm used in "Neals vs. The Cochran Firm," a lawsuit my mother and I filed against the law firm in 2005. Families who have already lost their members to police violence do not deserve to be further victimized by unethical attorneys who pretend to act as their legal advocates. The Cochran Firm regularly works for its clients' defendants. Whereas some judges seem to cooperate with The Cochran Firm frauds against African Americans, we were pleased that USDC did not. We hope that Ninth Circuit Court will carefully review information submitted to it in relation to this matter, including my Amicus Letter, and arrive at the same conclusion that USDC did: The Cochran Firm is NOT a law firm at all.

Unconditional Forgiveness Not Required

Christians have no obligation to forgive unconditionally, and neither does God. Unconditional forgiveness is a false doctrine and may actually be a sin born of cowardice. God said, "Resist evil." James 4:7. Please read Luke 17:3, where Jesus says, "If your brother sins against you AND REPENTS, forgive him." Question 1: Who is your brother? Question 2: What is repentance?

Christians are being taught that we must forgive everyone for any wrong, but unconditional forgiveness is NOT a biblical requirement. The bible says, "God hated Esau." (Malachi 1:3; Romans 9:13)

Christian martyrs in heaven have not forgiven their murderers. They cry out for vengeance, and God does not chastise them for holding grudges against people who killed them. Instead, He promises to avenge them, and He will. (Revelation 6:9-11)

If God gave automatic forgiveness, there would be no hell. It is very liberating for some Christians to learn that neither God nor they must feel any obligation to forgive unrepentant people who have rejected God or harmed them. Christians must be freed from the pressure to forgive unrepentant people who were responsible for their exploitation.

Glenn Ford is a man who refused to forgive the prosecutor who wrongly had him sentenced to death row, where he lived for 31 years. By the time of his exoneration, he had less than a year to live due to cancer.

Glenn Ford said to Prosecutor Marty Stroud, "I can't forgive you." See the article, "Exonerated Man to Prosecutor: “I Can’t Forgive You” (at the url above). You might wonder how Ford could refuse Stroud's apology, since Stroud might also be a believer. Stroud had argued for the death penalty for Ford. In my opinion, no executioners can be brethren, because they don't do the will of our Father (Psalm 102:19-20). Executioners who do not repent will all go to hell as murderers (Galatians 5:21).

Bible Belt Resists Gay Marriages; Embraces DP

The U.S. Supreme Court legalized gay marriage in all 50 states on June 26, 2015, engendering outrage, particularly in the Bible Belt. The White House celebrated with a rainbow light display, but Mississippi threatens to end marriages altogether rather than to allow gay marriages in that state. Two archived radio shows by MaryLovesJustice expose the hypocrisy of so-called Christians who oppose gay marriages but not fornication, adultery, mass incarceration, lynchings, and executions. June 26 was already a historical day for Christians and human rights.
a)  June 26, 1870 ~ Christmas was declared a national holiday in the USA and is the most sacred holiday for Christians.
b)  June 26, 1945 - The Charter of the +United Nations was signed at the San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Arts Center by 50 original member countries. Poland, the other original member, which was not represented at the conference but signed it two months later.
c) June 26, 1967 - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. went to Chicago, and only Friendship Baptist Church on Chicago's Westside allowed him to speak about civil rights. Rev Shelvin J. Hall showed no fear, but other churches called Dr. King "too radical." (This message was published by the Congressional Black Caucus as its "Today in Black History" post.)

Dr. King was assassinated within a year of his Chicago speech, presumably because he began to criticize the Vietnam War and demand economic justice for disenfranchised Americans. The United Nations, which was formed after the "War to End All Wars," has been unsuccessful in obtaining world peace; there are more wars and rumors of wars now than ever before and enough weaponry to destroy all life. The Christmas holiday, which was established to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, has been commercialized, and the Bethlehem manger scene is now illegal on government property. One might say that the day chosen to make gay marriages legal in the United States is ultimately unlucky for religion and human rights.

Ironically, the states where gay marriages met the most zealous religious opposition are states where people are executed most often in violation of God's will as put forward in Psalm 102:19-20, Hebrews 13:3, and Matthew 25:31-46. If only the #BibleBelt states were as adamant about obeying the commandment "Thou Shalt NOT Kill" as they are about resisting gay marriages, we could decrease military conflicts and end #executions and lynchings by police officers and others.

On June 15, 2012 my brother Charlie Salinas was gunned down like a dog by officers of the Sanger Police Department and Fresno County Sheriffs Department. He was depressed, drunk, and suicidal. He made a 911 call saying he wanted to die. Sanger Police Department obliged him. They surrounded him, and opened fire shooting at least 30 times, even shooting him as he lay on the ground dying.

"Bloody Toombs" is the autobiographical work of Bob Darby, a lifelong human rights activist. Darby came of age as a privileged Caucasian in the segregated South during the civil rights era. America was engulfed in a war at home as well as the Vietnam War, the last military conflict when young men were drafted. Darby's stance against racism and the war created a rift between himself and some of his closest relatives and friends in his Toombs County, Georgia home town. Darby says Toombs County was called "Bloody Toombs" because of its alleged lawlessness and violence, often of a racial nature. 

When Darby graduated from Emory University and enrolled at Ivy League schools in the East—Harvard and Tufts—he found many comrades who shared his admiration for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Freedom Riders as well as his dedication to the anti-war movement. Darby embraced the freedom of the late 1960’s, studied hard to excel in his classes, and was very proud to find a paid position as an anti-war activist in California. Few of Darby’s friends realized that the crusading anti-racism, anti-war activist was also fighting a very personal war to ignore the beckoning red clay grave he imagined waiting for him in Georgia. The sensitive and brilliant young man’s manic depression sometimes led to wild exuberance and other times to suicidal thoughts and attempts to end his life.

This is the first edition of “Bloody Toombs” to be offered publicly. It omits the original Chapter One, wherein Darby described incestuous sexual assaults he was forced to endure as a pubescent boy, which he blames for triggering his bipolar disorder. Despite Darby’s challenges, or perhaps because of them, he rejected the teachings of his conservative, elite background to become a man with tremendous empathy for downtrodden people. Darby’s life is one of service as a civil rights advocate, peace activist, and the founder of Food Not Bombs in Atlanta. “Bloody Toombs” proves that Darby is also a masterful writer who makes one feel the excitement of his adventures, his passion for social justice, and his quest for normalcy.

“Bloody Toombs” is an allegory as well as a memoir in that it deals with social and ethical issues of universal importance. It brings to mind other books that follow the main characters through exciting periods in American life allowing one to observe history according to their experiences: “Forrest Gump” and “Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters’ First 100 Years.” All three well-told stories influence our way of thinking. "Having Our Say" traced two African American sisters from Reconstruction to the 1990's. Forrest Gump's experiences took readers through periods of momentous changes just as Darby does in his memoir, including the civil rights movement and Vietnam War era as well as America's hippie years. "Bloody Toombs" also illustrates how mental illness has been dealt with over time.

Darby never forgot being homeless for brief periods when he experienced mental health crises and has arranged for sales of “Bloody Toombs” to help give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting: Fire and Brimstone

Most ministries have departed from the "fire and brimstone" preaching that used to be prominent in Christian messages. In fact, some noted ministers teach that nobody will be rejected if they at any time have said the sinners prayer and verbally accepted Jesus as their lord and savior. They teach the "once saved, always saved" doctrine and do not acknowledge that as free will beings, people can and do depart from Christ and forfeit their salvation. Below are a few of the bible passages that refute the idea that individuals or nations can forget God and ignore their duty to obey Him yet enter into His rest.
