I was not allowed to place a comment at the PressTV site to the article http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2012/09/29/264138/obama-fully-intends-to-betray-his-own-loyal-supporters/. I will make a video of the censorship to prove it. I wrote:  "How much does an administration care about Africans in America or liberty and justice if it hides the police murder of a disabled black man, who was killed after 18 days of secret arrest, by suppressing or allowing censorship and terrorism against the victim's sister and family presumably to hide a government lynching from the president's supporters, particularly black people? Google 'Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.' What hope does the U.S.A. have under the administration that fights in court for the right to indefinitely intern people in military concentration camps without naming an offense or allowing trials? President Obama signed NDAA Sec. 1021 into law, and Mitt Romney, his GOP opponent, said he would have done likewise. I searched diligently but found no country that ever used concentration camps for purposes other than warehousing and killing minorities, handicapped people, homosexuals, and political dissidents. It is time for worldwide prayer for the United States and the world." (My comment has 158 words, 1000 characters - the allowed limit). I saw no other comments on the article. Perhaps Americans are already prisoners, and no comments are allowed.

Re: Petition to respect First Amendment rights for human and civil rights activists

Mary Neal, human rights activist, is denied free speech and freedom of press to prevent her advocacy to decriminalize mental illness, end capital punishment, police brutality, wrongful convictions, denial of human rights, racism and class consciousness in the justice system, avoidable wars, and to repeal Section 1021 of NDAA and other laws that infringe on God-given rights. She is also suppressed in order to continue a cover-up regarding the murder of her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. He died after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 under circumstances that the jail and the USDOJ refuse to divulge despite having received a federal subpoena and a Freedom of Information Act request, respectively. She has endured stalking, cyber stalking, and a burglary during which her original court files regarding her two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm were stolen on August 11, 2012. While America is embroiled in wars, supposedly for human rights, and officials contemplate more wars, it is imperative that human rights are respected in this country.

In denying Mary Neal her freedom of press and free speech rights, culprits also deny her right to peaceful assembly with like-minded persons through Internet communications, her right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, and her right to practice her religion, which is Christianity. Proverbs 31:8-9 says that Christians are to advocate for the poor and needy and for all who are appointed to death. Mary Neal's denial of net freedom also curtails her ability to earn a living. Emails to and from potential employers are prevented, as are emails to and from law firms and civil/human rights organizations that might help. First Amendment protections are under attack for all people in America. As of May 2011, over 2,600 protesters had been arrested since 2009, and that was before the Occupy demonstrations began. The number of arrests may have doubled since that date. Peaceful assembly and freedom of speech should be upheld in the United States, including speaking against the secret arrest and murder of a disabled relative like Mary Neal does, and attempting to help other families who have mentally, physically disabled loved ones.

We, the undersigned, hereby demand that First Amendment rights be fully honored and zealously protected by authorities for Mary Neal and all other human/civil rights activists.

We, the undersigned, hereby demand that all telephone interference in the Neals' home cease, including (a) preventing outgoing and incoming phone calls, (b) making the phone number show as "unlisted" when it should be published, (c) directing callers to voice mail rather than allowing the phone to ring, then erasing the messages that the Neals did not hear, and (d) playing messages that falsely say the Neals' phone is out of service.

We, the undersigned, hereby demand that computer takeovers must end. Parties must be prosecuted who take control of Mary Neal's browser, surreptitiously edit her articles and emails, issue denial of service (DOS) at various online sites, delete her Internet input, erase data from her hard drive, and otherwise interfere with her net freedom. Paragraph 2 of  7 -- When Denise Johnson notified me that cyberstalkers had attacked her phone and she could not get through. I told Denise Johnson to leave home to call the show from another locale if the interference continued. Cyberstalkers were probably hired to keep her from discussing the apparent murder of her son, Gregory Johnson, at San Jose University where he was died in the Sigma Chi frat house where he was the only black person. Compare the cover-up regarding Gregory's death to thirteen students at Florida A&M University (FAMU) being charged in the hazing death of Robert Champion. The president of the FAMU recently resigned. However, San Jose University students, including the sons of prominent white people, were not held accountable for Gregory Johnson's demise. In fact, Gregory's death was ruled a suicide despite much evidence to the contrary. Suicide has become a popular excuse for deaths of black young men in the 21st century.

Paragraph 3 of 7 -- Madeline Coburn was also a guest on the September 9, 2012, Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio Show. She reported to me that when she called the show, the phone just rang repeatedly. Blogtalk Radio shows always pick up the calls and informs callers what time to expect the show to begin. That was likely another CoIntelPro tactic to prevent Coburn's testimony from reaching the public. She was punished for running for Governor of the State of Missouri by being pronounced DEAD in public records. Coburn is a Prison Chaplin and a spiritual adviser for Reginald Clemmons, a man who she says is innocent on Missouri's death row. Coburn ran for governor as an independent in order to have a greater voice as a prisoner activist and expose wrongful convictions and brutal treatment inmates suffer in her state.  (There are seven(7) numbered paragraphs containing thirteen(13) links and two(2) photos in this article. Paragraph 4 of  7 -- Much of the CoIntelPro activity that Coburn disclosed is similar too what I began to experience immediately after asking authorities "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?" Larry was my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. His death is still covered-up nine years later because the U.S. Department of Justice colluded with the jail and The Cochran Firm to shield the jail from any accountability for Larry's death. Rev. Pinkney's guests are thankful for the opportunity to expose injustices they endure. Both Rev. Pinkney and his co-host, Ralph Poynter, empathize with people who suffer injustices. They have both paid and continue to pay a high price for standing for justice.

Paragraph 5 of  7 -- Rev. Pinkney was recently ousted as president of the Benton Harbor, Michigan branch of the National Association for the  Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). He alleges that the NAACP bent to the will of Whirlpool Corporation, which promised to support the NAACP once Rev. Pinkney was ousted. Rev.Pinkney led a protest against Whirlpool and the PGA in May 2012. The NAACP had a special election on August 16 and omitted Rev. Pinkney's name from the ballot. This evidences that while the NAACP presses states for fair voting practices, the organization does not practice what it preaches in its own elections. 

Paragraph 6 of 7 -- The subject of the September 9 radio show was ACCOUNTABILITY. Rev. Pinkney and Ralph Poynter said it is important to hold civil and human rights organizations, labor unions, churches, political parties, politicians, and even the United States Government fully accountable to "be what they said on paper" (MLK). President's Agenda Should Include Prisons

Pew Charitable Trusts reports that 1 in 9 black children in the United States has a parent in prison or jail. America’s growing prison population has resulted in more children growing up without the love of a parent. Roughly 2.7 million children have a parent behind bars. That equals 1 in every 28 children. Only 25 years ago, it was 1 in 125 children, until the advent of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession - a racist law that discriminated against minorities but had the blessing of the 1986 Black Congressional Caucus. Many minors are in the justice system themselves. Children Defense Fund reports, "Nationally, 1 in 3 Black and 1 in 6 Latino boys born in 2001 are at risk of imprisonment during their lifetime. While boys are five times as likely to be incarcerated as girls, there also is a significant number of girls in the juvenile justice system. New York Times reports, "Proportionally, the United States has four times as many prisoners as Israel, six times as many as Canada or China, eight times as many as Germany and 13 times as many as Japan.With just a little more than 4 percent of the world’s population, the United States accounts for a quarter of the planet’s prisoners and has more inmates than the leading 35 European countries combined . . . There’s also a national election in the United States soon. This issue isn’t on the agenda . . . Barack Obama, the first black president, rarely mentions this question or how it disproportionately affects minorities. More than 60 percent of the United States’ prisoners are black or Hispanic, though these groups comprise less than 30 percent of the population. Actually, America's high incarceration rate was placed on the presidential agenda by Rep. Ron Paul, who promised to pardon every nonviolent drug offender and end the War on Drugs. That would be a positive Change for millions of individual families, communities, and state budgets. Fulfilling that one campaign promise might have released over half the African Americans presently in prison, which is probably why Rep. Paul is censored like Mary Neal and others who are against mass incarceration. Instead of reducing America's incarceration rate, both presidential candidates from the two major parties agree on implementing indefinite detention in military camps for persons to be incarcerated without criminal charges or trials. Virtually every country that ever had concentration camps used them primarily for minorities. Rep. Paul opposed NDAA's concentration camp provision and introduced H.R.3785 to repeal the law. Now who's prejudice?

Jason Smith Found Dead; Organs Missing

I emailed an article that included Jason Smith's death, which the 14-year-old's father said was a KKK killing in Louisiana. When I copied the article about Jason and others into an email and sent it, only three of the four videos showed at the bottom of my Gmail screen. The Jason Smith video was missing. Therefore, to ensure that you know about little Jason's death, which was ruled an accidental drowning, I republished his video along with some some recent radio interviews in this article. The JudicialJustice group at Facebook is working to expose Jason's death and get closure for his family. Dr. Randy Short and Rozalyn Ratcliff lead the justice quest for Jason's family. JASON SMITH STORY: A 14-year-old Louisiana youth's death was ruled "accidental drowning," but his father is convinced he was murdered in a racially motivated hate crime. His organs disappeared. Some people think they were taken for transplants. However, the child had been dead for hours before his body was recovered from a lake. Could all of Jason Smith's organs have been stolen to hide the theft of his lungs, which could possibly have disproved the medical examiner's finding of "accidental drowning"? Jason's father alleges that his son was sexually assaulted, also, and that one of Jason's murderers was the son of an FBI agent. Mr. Smith claims that police tried to kill him and another son on his way out of the Louisiana town when he went to make final arrangements for his son. It is very likely that signatures on this petition will be surreptitiously deleted or that some people will get a denial of service (DoS) trying to sign it. It has been my experience that Attorney General Holder has zero interest in doing investigations on black people's deaths, and he would probably prefer not to be asked to do so. When I was a teen, there was a song that topped the charts entitled, "That's the Way I Feel About You." Unrequited murders of black people seem to reflect what this administration feels that black people deserve, despite giving the president 90% of the black vote in 2008. My family's petition for an investigation regarding Larry's murder after 18 days of secret arrest was sabotaged like Jason Smith's petition might be. And there was no federal investigation into the disappearance and death of Mitrice Richardson, a young black woman who "disappeared" immediately after allegedly being released from a jail in California in 2009, whose bones were discovered a year later. Pit bulls' deaths are investigated in the United States. In fact, Eric Holder conducted an investigation regarding Michael Vick's pit bulls' deaths for the NFL. However, Africans in America do not ordinarily qualify for DOG JUSTICE. Instead there is the "illusion of inclusion" portrayed when blacks are represented in wrongful death civil actions and often defrauded by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. Google "COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD."

Although Jason's story has been on Black Talk Radio and international media, there is still an effort to contain the news about the young teen's death and his missing organs. How long will mainstream media in the U.S.A. be like the State-owned media under Egypt's ousted dictator? Journalists ignored their duty to report a rebellion that was right outside their doors while the world watched hundreds of thousands of Egyptians protest. May God bless young Jason's family with justice and peace. As Dr. King pointed out, we must have both. Authorities would prefer for Jason's father to forget he ever had that son. They would also prefer for this writer to stop publishing articles about the secret arrest and murder of my handicapped brother and news about other victimized persons, but as Reverend King eloquently said, "No justice, no peace."

Suicides, Accidents and Government Murder Cover-ups

If Christopher Ratcliff had been black, his mother might have had trouble publishing the video below. Families of blacks who die in police custody and denied justice are censored, stalked, and terrorized to discourage them from complaining about injustice online. The message above is one that cyberstalkers prevented me from posting at YouTube at this video about another suspicious death of a man who was in police custody. (Seven(7) links and four(4) videos are embedded in this article.) The death of Christopher Lee Ratcliff was ruled a suicide like Chavis Carter's and like Gregory Johnson's and others. (See a link to Gregory's story at the end of this article). Regarding my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, the murderous justice system did not bother to lie. Ours is the first family this century to have a member secretly arrested for weeks, murdered, and then be denied any explanation, excuse, investigation, or records. That level of disregard of human rights is not limited to the War on Terror camps. Larry was treated that way, and more people will experience government kidnapping and murder because of the acquiescence of black "leaders" in government and civil and human rights organizations that focus on crimes against humanity in foreign lands while ignoring or actually cooperating with police violence in the United States. The denial of my RIGHT to write a note at YouTube evidences the censorship the Neal family is subjected to to keep Larry's death quiet to enable Memphis Shelby County Jail to escape accountability for his death and enable The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm to escape exposure as being a CoIntelPro operation against grieving black families.

I was prevented from commenting at YouTube at the site of the video about Christopher’s death. The YouTube message said, “ERROR, TRY AGAIN.”  That is typical of my response when I try to comment at YouTube. There are black KKK soldiers positioned in houses nearby the Neal’s Stone Mountain, Georgia home whose job it is to prevent my freedom of press. This is to hide Larry Neal’s lynching and help The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm escape exposure about its treachery. The law firm works behind its own clients’ backs to enable police departments and major corporations to dodge accountability when blacks die. They MAY let you see the censorship at the next link. I took a screen shot of my denial of service at YouTube. They attacked my print screen of the censorship once I placed it in Google Docs, also. First saboteurs prevented me from emailing the print screen photo directly from Google Docs, then they allowed me to send it, but my "can view" had been changed to "can edit," including the copy that went to the USDOJ https://docs.google.com/open?id=1tkVSkZN_ymfKtZWW8mUNZ_3tvhYxVSfxJbm9bkbUvRzNLdjLpskSfx-EgSDv . My censorship is also done to keep blacks loyal to an administration that helps to cover-up lynchings like Larry’s. Isn’t that so, Mr. Holder? In fact, my home was burglarized on August 11, and the only things stolen were two boxes of court documents and evidence related to Neals v. The U.S. Department of Justice, The Cochran Firm, et al., a lawsuit for collusion to deny civil rights, racism, terrorism and censorship to keep Larry Neal's wrongful death a skeleton in America's closet. Therefore, I write my note to Geneva again on this page:

GREGORY JOHNSON'S STORY: Not every murder that gets covered-up was done by police officers. A black San Jose University student in an otherwise white dorm reportedly hung himself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOchKWq5e8Q  Gregory was 6 ft 2 inches tall, yet he allegedly hung himself from the 6 ft ceiling. There were no burn marks on Gregory's neck from the extension cord that disappeared after the students say they cut Gregory down and sat him in a chair before calling the police. (Seven(7) links and four(4) videos are embedded in this article.) Gregory's skull was cracked, and his neck was broken. His body had other bruises consistent with a beating death.



CHAVIS CARTER'S STORY: Chavis Carter was arrested in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Police said Carter had drugs on him when arrested for missing a court date on drug charges. He was searched twice, double-locked in handcuffs, and locked inside a police car, but he allegedly pulled out a hidden gun and shot himself in the right temple although he was a left-handed young man. JASON SMITH STORY: A 14-year-old Louisiana youth's death was ruled "accidental drowning," but his father is convinced he was murdered by the KKK. His organs disappeared. Some people think they were taken for transplants. However, the child had been dead for hours before his body was recovered from a lake. Could all of Jason Smith's organs have been stolen to hide the theft of his lungs, which could possibly have disproved the medical examiner's finding of "accidental drowning"? Jason's father alleges that one of Jason's murderers was the son of an FBI agent. He claims that police tried to kill him and another son on his way out of the Louisiana town when he went to make final arrangements for his son. All five of the deaths presented at this article are alleged to be murder cover-ups. I would never have known that murders are often covered-up by authorities had it not been for the WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL. My disabled brother was secretly arrested for 18 days before he died in the custody of Memphis Shelby County Jail, which was under direct supervision by the United States Department of Justice after a lawsuit by the United States for inmate abuse. (Seven(7) links and four(4) videos are embedded in this article.) Rather than enforcing justice, one of America's largest cover-up conspiracies began, and it has continued for over nine years.

May God bless the families of Christopher Ratcliff, Gregory Johnson, Chavis Carter, Jason Smith, and my own family regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal. Gregory Johnson's mother claims she experiences online censorship in trying to put forth her son's story, and Jason Smith's father said he actually had to run for his life when he contested his son's death by accidental drowning. This is typical of how black families are treated when we do not simply bury our dead and refrain from criticizing authorities for denial of justice, even in the 21st century with many blacks in high government offices.
