(10 links, 1 photo, 1 video - a 7-yr-old child's arrest) HUMAN TRAFFICKING BY GOVERNMENT - Trying and sentencing children as adults is a form of human trafficking. It is unethical and inhumane to charge a child with first degree murder who is too young to legally be left without a babysitter.  But that happened to 12-year-old Cristian Fernandez, a Florida child.  The U.S. justice system is depraved.  Prison profiteering has spread throughout this country like an airborne disease.  Young children placed in bondage for life (overwhelmingly minorities like Christian) can potentially serve as slaves for 70 years and be trained to perform jobs that are removed from the public sector so corporations and the State can avoid paying union scale wages or even minimum wage. Prison investors anticipate using youngsters as laborers all their lives to earn substantial profits from goods and services these inmates deliver over the next seven decades, PLUS they charge taxpayers for removing the "public menace" (a troubled child).  The Fernandez case may be particularly lucrative for prison profiteers.  Not only is the child charged for first degree murder, but his mother is also charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and felony child abuse because she left her two minor children without a babysitter and one was killed.  See an excerpt of the report from LawInfo.com below, followed by more information about Kids 4 Cash.

12-Year-Old First Degree Murder Defendant – Charged in Little Brother’s Murder

LawInfo.com - by SBlanchard on October 20, 2011  - Most twelve-year-old kids are excited about their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treating. For Cristian Fernandez, a twelve year old from Florida, he will be dressed in his inmate orange jumper and handcuffs because he will have his next hearing date in court on October 31. Cristian Fernandez has been charged as an adult in the brutal beating death of his little brother David Galarrigo on March 14^th of this year. Fernandez is facing first-degree murder charges due to the brutality of the death as well as the fact that police say he acted with premeditation and intentionally killed his brother. 

Outrage Over Treating Fernandez As an Adult - There are over 170,000 people that have signed an online petition that urges the prosecutor to treat Fernandez as a juvenile instead of as an adult. While the prosecution’s stance is that the law is the law and that is what must be followed, others are left wondering how a child can end up in this situation.

Apparently the boys’ mother, Biannela Susana, was not at home at the time of the incident, but she waited several hours before taking her injured son to the hospital. Reports have said that she searched the internet for various questions regarding being knocked unconscious and also concussions on children. While those searches seem innocent and even normal, there were also searches found on her laptop that included downloading music and a visit to YouTube.

Who Is at Fault?  Susana is charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and felony child abuse.  She is in jail on a $1 million bond and faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted. Cristian Fernandez’s public defenders argue that it is the mother who is to blame and Fernandez should not find himself in the adult criminal system.

While black, Latino, and poor white children and adults are prosecuted and sentenced for murders, proved and unproved, the United States Government and Memphis Shelby County Jail steadfastly refuse to respond to my family's requests for documents and information about the 18 days of secret arrest and murder of my mentally and physically disabled brother, Larry Neal.  His essential kidnapping and death in secret government custody are covered-up by the injustice system which denies investigation and release of records in order to shield offenders within the system.
